"millie" poems
little millie mole she loved to watch tv
to be a tv star she just long to be
starring in a movie or a tv show
to be a famous star that everyone would know.
oneday she decided she would have a go
auditioned for a part in a tv show
she rehearsed her lines what she had say
millie got the part in a tv play.
she became a star of movie and tv
and became a star like she longed to be
a favourite of the people they just love her so
when ever they saw millie it gave there heart a glow.
they all loved the mole they came from near and far
just to get an autograph from this little star.

make a move
that’s what we
the busy bodies
are tryin to do
quick come ups
hittin licks
catchin people slippin
not workin
to build wealth
instead we flash
little riches that bring
those groupie *******
floatin through life
livin off your riches
givin that hot applause
leavin u wincin while u ******
cause u quick to pop off
in all these breezys
wit no latex
**** the safe ***
you like it raw when u beat
so does Millie the freak
babe had her eye on you
from down the street
knew you were gonna cheat
got u sippin on some potion
gettin them emotions
down below in motion
if you slowed down
you would have noticed
her track record
4 for 6 wit 5 kids
left the other 2 clappin
now they ***** need bibs
like that 6th baby
you just slid in this lady
yeah u pulled out
but the precum
got her period lazy
its not comin back
till after yo son's arrival
congrats gangsta
you a daddy now
10 yrs later
U Still aint slowed down
you lived fast enough
for two lifetimes
hood ****** get jealous
they say its your time
they don’t slump you
they want the next in line
cause u stole his timeline
puttin a tragic end
to another brothas bloodline
from them greenbacks
that brought green eyes
that lead to hot heads
who shoot that hot lead
to slow you down
so they can get ahead
slow down young men
the fast life soon will end
with black suits and tears
a eulogy from your peers
no child should die like
a pawn in a chess game
played in the streets
by the blood and crip gangs
dealers who sell dope
and shoot guns
cause they too scared to bang
my advise is
wise up and do right
or fall victim to this life
and crash in the fast lane

A Barry Hodges poem by Edna
I remember a girlfriend called Mary
Whose ***** was exceedingly hairy;
She came from Newcastle;
And the stench of her ********
Converted me into a fairy.
Thus I rejected your Glorias and Glendas
In frilly white bras and suspenders;
And sought sweet catharsis
From the nice juicy arses
Of poofters and other gay benders.
Redemption came to me from Millie:
A big girl, a well-padded filly;
She was just a Geordie
And really quite ******
But her **** smelled as sweet as a lily.

my mum's just told me about
all's the fairies that lives under our house
our house, millie, our house and that they'res
the ones who keeps making
all the smashings because they'res
clumsy and she says that the sticky
puddles are the fairy dew and that they'res
just bad at cleaning ups
and she says you gotsta leave them a silver
dollar and then they'll
sing a fairy song and
when mum and pa shout it's because they're
trying to scare off the fairies
because all the really do
is make a mess of things, millie
but sometimes this makes the fairies mad, millie
and they kick and my mum showed me
where the fairies punched her in the neck
and she also told me that when the police came last weekend
to put my father in the back of their car
it was because he had seen the fae
and he was to be a witness in their grand court
and my mother cried when she told me this
i'm not quite sure i believe in fairies anymore, millie

The darkening lights
Just keep flickering my mood
Leaves me curious
Wondering if those Millie seconds of darkness
Could bring me what I have lost in those long days of light
And what if those days of tranquility where bad for my health
And healthy as I be; I lay down today with nothing on my mind
But all the answers I cannot find
And on my way to perform my daily errands
I realized that you have become one of them
Like them pills my grandmother pops every two minutes
Or else she'll suffer from back pain, headaches, seizures and heart crashes
My medication is necessary…
My medication lies between your wondrous eyes
The dazzling looks of a challenger
A challenger to the world
And if not the world in your heart stays and survives
Then the universe in your eyes sure looks up to me
The dormant universe
The dormant world and when did we become this arrogant?
And when did we become this inconsiderate of each other
The fear just keeps on evolving in our minds and hearts
Till were ripped apart
The part I'm talking about
Is not the part I want to refer to
It's like I'm preparing
My life for sharing stocks
And stock markets just keep coming through
Hello, my name is Majd
And I came to the world from the world
And I can't fix either..the source or the being
My being is when I exist through papers
And papers exist on her tongue
Bumping into lips of eccentricity
I'll show you nothing of my flaws that’s my biggest one ever
I'll show you nothing of my flaws not because I'm in love with you
But because I'm mad
I'm different types of mad
I'm mad when my mother wakes me up 30 minutes earlier
I'm mad when my school is not my school yet it becomes a thing I go to every morning
I'm mad when my friends are not my friends
But they become a part of me
And you are a part of me
And this is the type of mad I am about you
I'm mad because I can't be whatever you want me to be whenever you want it
I'm mad because I can't be your entertainment, your consolation, your girlfriend, and your brother all at once
Though I try
Though I try
I came across a golden gem today
The ones you leave behind in my mind
But this time it was different
This time it wrote:
If you found a crystal keep it"
Care for it and seek its guidance
Do not turn it into a ring or jewelry
And don’t let your little urge of turning it into something it's not get over you"
So I did
I'm not in love with you
I'm just mad
I'm just mad that I cant be whatever you want me to be whenever you want it
But I try though
But I try…

You should have been
at my place
breakfast time
O’Brien said to you
in the playground
after double maths
with Miserable Morris
we’ve got my little cousin Millie
staying for a week
and she said
this morning
as we were sitting eating
what was Uncle
doing to you
in bed last night Auntie?
doing?
my mother said
in a squeaky voice
yes
Millie went on
he was on top of you
making big bear noises
and you were making
squeaky noises
like piggy
going to market
market?
my father muttered
almost choking
like we saw on TV
the other night
Millie said
just a game
my mother said
going red
I stared at Millie
waiting for more
what were you doing
out of bed?
my father asked
I wanted a glass of water
Millie replied
and stood
by your open door
and saw you
in the moonlight
from the window
fun game
my mother said
just fun
I smiled
said O’Brien
watching the parents
drowning over
their tea and toast
he guffawed
and Eddie joined
in his blonde hair
shaking as he moved
but you tried
to picture the scene
wondering what his parents
were doing in bed
in the moonlight
making animals noises
causing Millie concern
and guessed
it was some game
they played
as adult did
sometimes captured
but mostly hid.

Millicent hid a rotted tooth with her pretty hand , schemed every whimsical , nervous smile .. St. Patricks medallion hung prominent at the neckline , Millie scribbled in black marker on a company name tag ..
Her back to the building at closing time , an occasional laugh , whispering in a co-workers ear like girls do sometimes , glowing in the realm of a yellow security light .. Locked in brief thought , waiting for her ride home ...

Your my E=mc2 we collide like
Mu=Mv1+mv2 we become as one.
We are neutron stars that are hearts
Expelling love to each others starts.
We are love expelled in forms of energy
But it never fades only changes forms.
"I loved you in a millie second, that lasted an eternity,

A morning hum
from the heater
rushes my warm
January winter
in Baltimore just
a month before.
Past sits alone
at Millie's table
while Ed sleeps.
I write compressed
time late at breakfast
table, too early
after driving
up work's hill, daily
pass February
sunrises.

on our farm,I made a playhouse, out of old wooden grates, its a place to ponder about, the food I haven't ate, when mama is in the kitchen, her meals are light as a feather, but if there's nothing in the pantry to fix,how good a cook she is, really doesn't matter. preacher joe and his wife millie, are aware of our family's plight, they both prepare church cooked meals for all,who are hungrt in the town, so that their stomachs, don't growl in hunger, before they go to sleep at night, sometimes when I go to school, to get some learning, at home is an empty fridge cup plate, have to put my head down, on the desk, because hungry keeps striking me with crossed eyes like a coiled up snake, no one can see my hungry, but its always there, and I pray to the LORD above ,that the people in WASHINGTON who hold power over everybody's life, will open their eyes, and really help the voters, in the NATION,and stop pretending they really care ,and causing food shortage strife

*Millie's pondering Georgia's
next earthquake , a tsunami
over Sapelo Island , volcanic
activity around Stone Mountain
Her mind is quite medicated yet
the clockwork control freak is firing on all
cylinders , she's got blue , pink and beige pills
to control "the jitters"
A week full of rage to spill in a two hour period ,
anxiety drunk , her two o'clock tea , her momma's
favorite scissors , cutting photographs for a
collage late at night , hanging her wet resume on a tree branch
to dry
Poor , poor Millicent , not a friend in sight* ...

And as they spake soccer took Millie,
by the troubled shore of the city,
in the morning, out of his mind, John,
Daniel, And they all journeyed from
the wheat of the Chinese shadow to the
wall, one to Satan for the talents of
broken off, at least to the teeth, its own
sphere to flee, to seek the hidden things
of the monster is foolish in the city of the abstract,
then stand on the eve of the fame
of their *** mom's **** and warm,
and I loved the glory of the witch
to live in a clear manner,
of the other blonde's hairy daughters, I turned to my Laura,
almost at gunpoint to the merit of the origin of evil,
knowing the disciples: Laying the fingers of force
that the flames
ascended yech, the sacred kisses on the bottom,
and that she felt his thin knees in the sight of the Jews,
not made lean, all male in his right leather pouch,
and the songs of the breadth of the motion
of the planet a teenager himself
to return to the Holy Spirit to speak auguring an example,
it is the evidence which is in his cool flesh
to wander up to a strange
women,
looking at his **** & taking her by hand
saying, look here!
it is enough for the lover to die,
so that he, together
with the new corporation,
goes out to the streets of the falling leaves,
sweat socks hanging to dry, | and the scribes
came to meet me,
to give thanks to the pen of a living poet
who was ***** himself as part,
of a part of the sixth leading ||| to | | | |

Over the meadows far away millie played with mr moon beam that lived across the bay
They floated in banana boat's
They claimed up sugar hills
They sprinkled sparkle stardust upon the frosty hills.
Over the meadows far away millie played with Mr moon beam who lived across the bay
They fly on cotton candy clouds to catch a shooting star
They would eat rainbow icecream too make her dreams go far.
Back across the meadows come across the bay there is millie playing happy in her own special way x
Good night Mr moon beam I hear her say at the end of each and everyday ***

Swing until the world stops.
You could eat the moon like a piece of cheese
on a ******* although it's dry and choking
you munch through and smile,
hurriedly knotting shoes and off.
Friends in long socks, pink dresses
and school shorts on hot days. Passing
around carrots and milk like kisses.
I kicked the ball into Millie's legs,
she laughed after crying a bit.
We found a magic cave under a rock
where an Ant Queen ruled and subjects
were sent to prison for telling a
best friends secret; (she fancied
Jasper because he had nice eyes- don't tell him)
Shrill ringing of the bell. Moans of anguish;
math and religion next. "Quick!
Sneak under the fence and into the
field next to the school!" Loves me, loves
me not falls onto deaf ears.
Float, float, floating away....

I live like a ship on a wave
Dragged by the deep, still paving a way
A slave for the day,
Set sails north and I let the force of the wind take me away
Take me away, sight's on a star
What's outside's inside who we are
What's inside's outside who we are
So who am I to define who we are?
Or who we're really not
But they all get ill and do the Millie Rock
They all sell souls at a mill-a-pop
That's a millipede, running Hip Hop
One thing I know, I am not them
I'm not slipping cuz I got Him
Lucy’s gripping cuz she got them
They ain't tripping cuz they balling

It seems we’re the only people lett in this world,
Everyone else left their life to unfurl.
They walk around no better than zombies,
caught up in the so-called “real world”.
They can’t even go diving with their *******
deep in some broad named Millie
from late high school;
But that was when rockabilly was actually a thing.
Now, us young people have a choice,
we can be the same or use our voice,
to speak up when nobody else will,
to rejoice
in the opportunities we have now.
Will you die like the rest?

There was an actress named Millie Moo
Who wished she could nicely coo
On trying to parody a dove
The director gave her the shove
Copying a bird is hard hence a red card

Tick Tock, Tick Tick
Is the sound of the grandfather clock
In the sitting room it stands
Old and rusty are his minute and hour hands
Shipped from Germany in 1903
He's older than my Great Grandmother Millie
