"ladonna" poems
I saw Ladonna the other day She scrunched her face as if to say I love/hate you; Do you want to play All I could do was look the other way (CHORUS) Killer kiss, killer kiss, killer kisses They have you run from any kind of fun Killer kiss, killer kisses, killer kiss Don't need a family; don't need a gun Killer kisses, killer kiss, killer kiss Sweat your death, seven, twenty-four Killer kiss, killer kiss, killer kiss Stay away from any type of ***** Can't have a love life anymore Makes time slow down and life a bore Life's a school of fish; You have to catch one quick Or play survival and die in the scramble Repeat Chorus You think you know it all until you find her young You thought she would keep you there until she left you hung Now you are dying with every lasting breath The desert wolves are howling, waiting for your death Repeat Chorus END

Killer Kiss
The Tears of an Angel fall quietly in the night. Broken wings cannot take flight. Hopeless dreams, desperate aspirations. Reserved and shy, future salutations. Heavy is the heart that's left behind. Opened eyes are now found blind. Reconciling pinions and mending wounds. For lifetimes passages beneath full moons. Another touch, Downey feathers fall. With hope for love, to receive the call. Gently mourning with each moment passing. Waiting for love's kiss everlasting. Steadfast and patient but the angels still cry. Once she is free, the angels again fly. Ladonna Atherley.

Tears of an Angel
I will not return Bruised, battered, and beaten down; I will not return; To this place of misery and hatred. I will go on, to I know not where. Down a dark and frightening path. Alone; of course and with no guide. I am uncertain of what’s to come... But I know, I will not return. Ladonna Deborah Atherley
