Thoughts and Feelings

I get a funny feeling,
That comes from deep down inside,
I get all mad and angry,
Wanting to go and hide.
I tell myself to hang tough,
But all that does is
Make it rough.
My doctor calls it anger,
My relatives says it is too.
But the thoughts and feelings,
No one ever knew.
Some think I am ******
Others just think I am just weird.
But the thoughts and feelings,
Just weren’t real.
It’s like I’m a completely different person,
And the old me just disappeared.
I get all shaky,
Then get achy,
And wanting to go and hide.
I think about hurting myself
And others,
Then I get a headache
Followed by feeling sad.
I wish I could get help,
I wish it would go away.
Maybe if I keep praying,
It will some day!
