but I knew its walls ripe with the hate of an ancient dampness
and the ceilings leaking and the floor quaking with hatred
and the neighbours lurking at the windows, to see what happens in our house.

four generations have hated in here incessantly, no one escaped it.
at our house, hatred acts like a replacement for icons,
food and beverage. without hatred,
Sunday pours over as turbid as lye.

in the beginning it was, maybe, just the hatred of one
deprived of love, but later, for those that followed,
it became a natural hatred, a
homely feeling, our title of nobility
and for some time now none of us has taken any comrade
but the one that he or she could hate the most.

especially at night, when the ending is close,
hatred nestles in its bedtime garments, bleeds between the sheets,
all night we turn from one side to the other
with our eyes focused in the dark to the other's bed.

the children have already learned it, know that nobody sleeps,
listen with their eardrums swollen by strain how the hatred crawls,
with the noise of a heavy spider, from one bed to another.
now it packs one into another and quakes, and from them
here comes a fresh smell of frozen dampness.

this nonetheless only for a few months, two-three years at most,
after which their blood
gets darker and the hatred sends down into them a somber conceit
and then we recognize them as being of our kind.

when I was born, I was born for this:
to take the hatred further, to throw it into children -
I do not matter, none of us matters,
only the hatred we pass on from one to the other matters.
we marry out of hatred. we make children out of hatred.
they must hate in their turn, because otherwise,
our more than a century-long heritage will go to waste.

and if we were not to hate, those prepared for it since childhood,
it would spread among you and we must be very careful,
because our regular doses may **** you,
although nobody can be sure that life
is just life.

which is stronger?
the answer might be obvious
come one guess
it could never be hatred but..
no, it has to be hatred
that's all I see in the world anyway
hatred, hatred, hatred
but no love
but wait
there is love in the world
but it so superficial
maybe that is why hatred is overcoming
but naturally  hatred will overcome
as naturally humans have weak love
but then that is okay
that is why the darkness is there for
it is to increase that love
love will never be stronger than hatred
but then love will always be desired
for eternity to come
A simple Poem
Hatred is what develops once your lust for love has faded away,
Hatred is what makes your heart slowly decay,
Hatred erases the heart and leaves a black hole,
Hatred discards every other emotion and acts as the main role,
Hatred is one of my favorite allies as of today,
I wish Hatred was a person cause I know they would stay,
Im usually not the type to even associate myself with anything but joy,
But as of now I guess you can call me a new boy,
I have learned many truths and lies towards my own existence,
This essence of hatred has overcome my resistance,
Hatred can take many forms but mine is through poetry,
I used to express much love but that part of me died recently,
Anger the ******* child of Hatred despised and rejected stands before his father and ask
"What do me and my mother mean to you?"
With glowing red eyes Hatred answers
"I care nothing for you or your mother Lust.  Lust your mother is nothing more than a **** who I had *** with."
Looking Hatred in his fiery red eyes Anger says
"For someone who lurk in the shadows you hurl a lot of insults."
Stepping closer to Anger, Hatred responds with another insult
"Your mother is a **** plain and simple.  How can you not know and who are you to question me?"
With a bold voice Anger says
"My mother is not a **** and I am your son."
With an evil smile Hatred says
"Her name tells you what she is.  Don't blame me for the life you was dealt.  If you're looking for Love you'll find her with the rest of the virtues in Tranquility.  Why can't you be more like your sister Cruelty?  Truly you are a waste of *****."
Turning his back to Hatred, Anger responds by saying
"These are my last words to you.  You're a pillar of salt.  No one wants to be around you."
As Anger walked into the night he heard Hatred say
"Like father like son."

This story takes place within us.  A story about Hate, Anger, Lust, about relationships
there is enough treachery, hatred violence absurdity in the average
human being to supply any given army on any given day

and the best at ****** are those who preach against it
and the best at hate are those who preach love
and the best at war finally are those who preach peace

those who preach god, need god
those who preach peace do not have peace
those who preach peace do not have love

beware the preachers
beware the knowers
beware those who are always reading books
beware those who either detest poverty
or are proud of it
beware those quick to praise
for they need praise in return
beware those who are quick to censor
they are afraid of what they do not know
beware those who seek constant crowds for
they are nothing alone
beware the average man the average woman
beware their love, their love is average
seeks average

but there is genius in their hatred
there is enough genius in their hatred to **** you
to **** anybody
not wanting solitude
not understanding solitude
they will attempt to destroy anything
that differs from their own
not being able to create art
they will not understand art
they will consider their failure as creators
only as a failure of the world
not being able to love fully
they will believe your love incomplete
and then they will hate you
and their hatred will be perfect

like a shining diamond
like a knife
like a mountain
like a tiger
like hemlock

Americans, well, at least in the media believe that the way to change behaviors is to punish either criminally, civilly or socially anyone who doesn't fit the societal norm.

Think about that for a minute,

...when someone is emotionally conflicted to the point that their behavior is no longer considered within a range of acceptance and THEN society decides, or any group, movement, political ideology or party to shun or expel, to incarcerate, admonish and thereby torture an, "emotionally conflicted," soul what you have accomplished by society's response is to create permanent anger and hatred.

Permanent anger and hatred.

American society therefore can be said to relish hatred and permanent anger as a way of life for all of it's citizens since every single person whom is inflicted with pain upon suffering will be assured to continue inflicting whatever pain and suffering they can on everyone else the rest of their life. So your only solution is to remove these souls from society permanently.

Was that the intent?

Is that the goal?

Do we need law, rules and fantasy crimes for every single thing a person says or does?

Is the endgame to remove these from society or to reform them?

Imagine now,

America arrests or imprisons one million people per year for using drugs,

...there are forty million felons alive today.

Wow! Lot of bad guys off the streets huh? Let's put that another way shall we?

America ruins a million people a year.
America creates a million 'soon-to-be' violent felons every year.
"Felons," who were nonviolent before being tortured by society and tortured in prison...forty million angry people live around you right now.

Forty million people!

America must want the nation to fail for every year we destroy a million people just because we want to be able to say at least I am not as bad as that person and point your finger while knowing there is no reason, no civil crime, that warrants bankruptcy, imprisonment, violence, ****, abuse, belittling, shame and banishment just because you personally don't like video games.

...or you don't like gambling,
...or you don't enjoy ***.
...or you don't smoke marijuana,
...or you hate Hollywood liberalism.
...you can't stand alcoholics,
...or you're afraid of the mentally ill.
...or your jealous of the *** you perceive someone having,
...angry because you think you work harder than someone else,
...because you deserve a better life so why not destroy others right?

Hatred as a virtue.

I wonder what our economy would be like if the 'fifty-plus' MILLION alleged criminals had jobs instead of listing away producing the smallest amount of productivity possible because YOU THINK they deserve to have a worse life for acting in a manner you do not agree with PERSONALLY.

That is one out of every seven people in The United States.

Hatred perpetuated.

That is American culture and that is why Black Lives Matter.

I had to think about the words before I wrote this Poem, see the hatred in-side me had no were to go.

Words broken by letters that felt abused and ripped apart thoughts searching for a place to hide in the dark.

My Poem books about to explode scattered words filled with Hatred falling apart, my angers lost in a rage strangling this poems page.

I'm writing and shaking my pens fighting this Poems writing.

Understand the meaning my cravings addicted to this writing, it's so exciting it's creeping out from some were inside me.

Hatred looks like a water drop falling fast running away lost, I want to rip my soul out into many pieces and let my eyes watch me try to fix it.

It's a dark hole scars filled with Hatred many alive with secrets story's that bleed when they start thinking.

My mind try's not to day dream my day dreams make my Hatred speak day dreams screaming never going away qweek.

Hatred in this moment many memories filled with moments hating this Moment, remember that day when your life changed? Another moment lost away when you try to pray.

No answers coming back and yet you pray and pray all day thinking of what to say. See my Hatreds alive burning me to ashes in-side.

A smokeless fire with many flames my Hatred will have to be contained in this poem books page.

#JidosReality The anger my pen feels sometimes. the hatred it has to express it's self so deep it can't be left alone.
I have a love for hatred

Since you clipped my wings

I wasn't trying to get away

But now I want to leave

If there's no trust -

How is there love?

How can you judge my dreams?

All I wanted was to be loved by you

Now only hatred is left for me

You can argue that hatred is the absence of love.
Or that love is the absence of hatred.
One thing you can't argue about is that either one can exist without the other.
On the basis of love,
there must be hatred.
On the basis of hatred,
there must have been love.
One can simply say that,
love is hatred and hatred is love for,
both end up hurting you.
Hatred hurts,
It hurts the hater.
It makes you feel they deserve it,
But do you deserve it?
Do you deserve to be killing yourself slowly?
Hatred steals,
It steals your joy,
It takes healing far from you,
Hatred betrays you,
It makes you think it's there for you,
It comforts you,
But guess what? It's deception.
Hatred is in no way close to revenge,
To let go of hatred is the ultimate win.
To hate is to lose,
You lose your peace of mind,
Allowing the people you don't want in your life to live in your head,
Is far worse than dropping the pride and letting go.

LOVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TO NOT ALLOW HATRED RULE YOU.
If hatred was a pencil, I’d write your name and address on the subscription form in every magazing in the world and mail them in.

If hatred was a marker, I’d write a rude comment and sign your name on every wall in town.

If hatred was a telephone I’d autodial your number a hundred times both day and night.

If hatred was a needle, I’d poke it into every VooDoo dolly I could find.

If hatred was a letter, I’d threaten every elected official with a grave injury and sign your name.

If hatred was a song I’d play it at 180 DBs in your back yard, twenty-four-seven.

If hatred was your Cadillac I’d key it til the last shred of it’s paint was gone.

If hatred was a poison, which it is, I must research an antidote...

It seems my hatred’s really killing the one that I love best -  and that is me.

An old hate rears its ugly head.
hatred is just that
a completely useless and shallow emotion that leads to empty anger and wasted energy

hatred is just that
its not a tool, its not even useful for DEALING with those of your enemies
but it does create enemies

hatred behaves much like friction does scientifically, that is, it is the killer of efficiency, it wastes your energy, it creates obstacles, and it stains your life with something so impure and unresponsive that you lose part of what it truly means to be HUMAN

hatred is just that
a lack of humanity, a variable that is not useful for survival at its most basic level, it kills love and creates the foundation of evil

hatred is just that
useless, something that wastes energy, creates obstacles, stains your life, takes away your humanity, kills love, endangers your survival, and lays down the foundation of evil- which in turn can make yourself into an obstacle for others who only love.

And love conquers all
so if you hate
what do you think is going to happen?
some negative emotions can be useful tools, jealousy and sadness can be used in life for some purposes, but hate is absolutely positively a self destructive emotion.
Amitav Radiance May 2014
The heart, full of hatred
Hardened with tarred emotions
It does not beat with rhythm of Love
Discolored beyond recognition
Pumping thick fluid of crass
Across all veins in the body
Paralyzing the mind and the limbs
Finally, hatred suffocates
Unable to breathe the fresh hope
As the body is full of vicious hatred
Asphyxiating the last breath of hope
To revive the chances of Love again
Hatred wins, and the soul, succumbs**

Hatred is a poison that fills your body. It becomes impossible to think of anything else but the object of your hatred. Sometimes if you don't encounter the object of your hatred for a length of time, the hatred may dissipate throughout your body. You may be under the impression that the feeling is gone. The truth is that is has spread like a cancer. It is very important if possible to tell the person who you are angry with how you feel. If this is not possible it might be helpful to discuss your feelings with others. In any case do not let this hatred sit and poison your body.

Despite the heart which is froze
Hatred runs fluidly
Like the water in shattered glass
Like the blood in broken bones
Like the flames in our homes
This hatred
It speaks to me
Like drugs to an addict

When it tells me to shoot
                                         I relapse and
                                       aim for the sky

I said..
In spite of my own humility
Hatred runs deeply
Like the roots beneath the dirt
Like the pain beyond the hurt
Like this poem before your eyes

I despise
                Way too many lies
                And so little truth

I said..
I hate beautiful
It cripples me deeply
For you are my pity
My pain and their pleasure

When I am high
                           I'll collapse and fall
                        Far from this place
                        Of rotten bliss

I said..
Look at me
Blood misrepresents me
For I am cut differently
This pain isn't felt
Like the emptiness
Residing in your cup
It is felt
Like a toxic
Living inside the gut
Like these words
Traveling directly
Towards the stomach

I mean..
             Although this addiction kills me
           Hatred is also the remedy
It is all I need to truly appreciate
The little love I have left.
((Recovery))
I should not have blamed only my father, but,
he was the first to introduce me to
raw and stupid hatred.
he was really best at it: anything and everything made him
mad-things of the slightest consequence brought his hatred quickly
to the surface
and I seemed to be the main source of his
irritation.
I did not fear him
but his rages made me ill at heart
for he was most of my world then
and it was a world of horror but I should not have blamed only
my father
for when I left that... home... I found his counterparts
everywhere: my father was only a small part of the
whole, though he was the best at hatred
I was ever to meet.
but others were very good at it too: some of the
foremen, some of the street bums, some of the women
I was to live with,
most of the women, were gifted at
hating-blaming my voice, my actions, my presence
blaming me
for what they, in retrospect, had failed
at.
I was simply the target of their discontent
and in some real sense
they blamed me
for not being able to rouse them
out of a failed past; what they didn't consider was
that I had my troubles too-most of them caused by
simply living with them.

I am a dolt of a man, easily made happy or even
stupidly happy almost without cause
and left alone I am mostly content.

but I've lived so often and so long with this hatred
that
my only freedom, my only peace is when I am away from
them, when I am anywhere else, no matter where-
some fat old waitress bringing me a cup of coffee
is in comparison
like a fresh wild wind blowing.
My hatred is a cloud,

Dark, filled with anticipation.

Laying on the grass the clouds

become bunnies and bows.

Some stretch like cotton candy

and some like taffy

A thunder in the distance

I hear.

An illumination of lighting

I see.

A scream of serpent fires

I speak.

Words become muffled

behind my tears.

Slowly tearing apart

all that I am.

No longer will I take

what my father has done.

The hatred moves across the sky.

Disappearing in a wisp of smoke.

Blending to the color of the heavens.

Into the clouds it drifts

becoming one.

Moisture I feel

as i wipe my face

free of burden.

The clouds

released my hatred

through their tears.

The cloud knows as it

empowers my strength

to make me invincible that

I walk and push away

my father

to stop

him from harming

my sister and mother.

The clouds bunch together

in a dark charcoal storm

fueling my rage

making me a red cloud.

Alone.

My teeth become unknown

as they gnaw and tear

at flesh. My hatred

is a cloud.

It is scaly.

Black eyes it has

with claws that reach.

I am me no longer.

A wondering thought

of morality glides

and makes the red cloud

disappear. White

puffy bunny tails

Hatred and pain are such strong motivators
Stabbing pain like the jaws of alligators
I'm not the best with words, so don't try debate this
Coz I'm feeling so high, so ******* elated

Hands curled and heavy breathing
Pain and bloodlust are all I'm feeling
My eyes dark holes where darkness is bleeding
And all my sanity is ******* receding

Are you receiving?
Are you still needing?
Wanting
The end of all my hatred and pain,
All those days that I had nothing to gain
So I acted with no shame,
Ripping hearts
And tearing body parts
Out of a need
To be seen
Clearly
As what hides underneath
The monster free
Like a sword from a sheath

Hatred keeps me going strong
Pain makes blood fall
And my heart stall
First rule
Of the emotions
Is hatred is used in locomotion
And pain is what stops you,
A paralysing potion
That ends your motion

Stops your momentum
Completely
and then some
Trying to defeat me
Secretly
You just want me to fight back,
You want a piece of me?

Come get some
Once it starts it stops when I am done
Shred you up just for fun
Lusting for blood and adrenaline runs

Hatred and Pain
Day after day
Pulsing my temple
Making my head sway

But I enjoy it for the power
That allows me to devour
Those who try to speak louder
Talk **** and now a blood shower

Nothing hurts more than an insult

Nothing hurts more than a misunderstanding

And here I am

Ready to accept all the hate

If you hate me of what you think I am

Then, yes I accept all your hatred

Even mighty God has to face some hatred

Am just nothing under his holy feet

But, your hatred makes me stronger than you ever imagine

And thank you for your kindly hatred
Yes am distressed and upset a bit

But, my strength is immense

Which help me come back like

Anything you ever seen

I don't scold you because that's not what I was

Thought from my childhood

I pray for you instead to God to bless you

I have so much love with me

So there ain't no space for hatred

Thank you all for reading

Thy who have no hatred,
will never have love;
Thus says the one,
that knows hatred is in love.

Emotions are hateful,
depression is lovely;
yet they say its the opposite,
because they've never tried.

And so I close my eye
in hatred and in love;
To advert it from you,
to amend my mistake.

So Hatred started to fall,
to fall into,
to fall deeply;
and finally In Love.
It's not love when there's no hate.

Hatred decked out
In free speech finery
Isn’t opaque
It’s clearly binary
Give us a break
‘Cos we can see
How it’s directed
At you and me

On the surface
Hatred would appear
To have an objective
That's not very clear
To anyone other than
Those who might share
In the ultimate goal
Of its puppeteers

By another name
Like free speech
It's hatred no less
Listen while I teach
Because it's a game
That must be impeached
By those who'll make the claim
That it’s only free speech

Hatred is subterfuge
Which is implicated
By how it is used
It's easy for us
To become confused
But it's still a tactic
That's often abused
Think of it as a convenient ruse

‘In the end, it’s the indifference that gets you. You think you’ll have years to get to know each other and, what the hell do they call it, grow “emotionally” together. Relationally. Forget it. That ****’s for the birds.’

Scrtchschrrttchschrttch.

The subject arched his extended index and middle fingers on both hands twice in quick succession as he said “emotionally”. He pronounces “birds” as if it’s spelled b-o-y-d-s.

‘I’m serious. I’ll tell you I’m deadly serious. You think you’re going to grow old with some broad and not cater some resentment? Where the ****’ve you been, kid? Didn’t your old man teach you about women? The times change but one thing remains the same: women. You think that fancy piece of paper over there on the wall really means anything? There’s stuff out there you just got to live through to understand.’

Scrtchschrrrrtschrtschrttch.

‘Well, yeah sure, okay that bit about taxes is true too. Taxes and women. Anyway you got me off track. You marry a girl and sure you feel good. But whatcha don’t know is that a successful marriage is the product of compromise. Love has nothing to do with it. It becomes something you just accept, like gravity. The apex of microdemocracy at its finest. We’re talking respecting and loathing, and I cannot stress enough the irony here, a person too much you wonder why you don’t just wake up the next day and put a bullet through both of your sorry skulls so you both don’t have to live out this day-to-day ******* nightmare anymore. No more waking up and sitting at a breakfast table so quiet the steam rising out of your cup of joe is audible. We’re talking no natural human noises whatsoever. It’s like high-security solitary confinement, but where the schmuck in the straightjacket’s not allowed to even use plastic silverware without the business end of at least three 9mm’s pointing at him by state-appointed officers of the law, not allowed to even ******* feed himself. He’s like almost forced to live like he’s 5 again, kind of like a sick joke, adult supervision one hundred percent of the time. But then at home it’s worse because there is someone in the room with you. You feel this hole in your soul and it’s big. It’s like both of you are looking at the elephant in the room and at the same time looking at each other looking at the elephant. You want to cry but you can’t, you just physically can’t. Screaming won’t help neither because then everyone else but her will hear it. We’re talking about complete isolation.’

There is the sound of cloth across cloth and loose change jingling as right ankle is lifted off of left knee and left ankle is placed on right knee. The subject is visibly perspiring. His face does not have a flush look to it as so much as a sort of the homogenous color of deli ham. An office door slams. The subject’s breathing is audible and moist.

‘What happened? Why doesn’t she give a **** about me anymore? Why don’t I really care? Why do I feel worse about not caring I care than the actual caring? Jesus. Jesus.’

Scrchtchrsctrch. Schtrschchsshtsch.

‘I used to love her you know. That **** I said to her in front of God and Jesus and, like, everyone I ******* knew, those promises to till death do us part and yadda yadda, none of that even came close to mentioning what this is like. I used to love her. I think she used to love me too. I don’t know what even happened, my marriage. One day we’re on a beach in O’ahu and next thing I know I’m shaving in the shower with a straight razor, eyes closed, and hopping on one foot, just tempting fate. I haven’t seen her smile since last May, the episode of my missing glycerin tablets. Heart murmurs.

Sctrtch. Sctrchtrchschtrschtchschtrchshctrch.

‘Of course I’ve thought about a divorce. She’s got to have to considered that too. But here’s the ultimate irony. You go through these pointless gestures every ******* day; every ******* day you get up and wonder just how much more you can take it. It’s like it’s so strong you can feel every second walk on by and slap you on the mouth. It’s so strong that the sight of her literally, literally turns you mute with pressured hatred. Hatred towards the ***** sitting at the other end of the table but sitting there with her head down, complete undivided attention on her toast. Hatred towards yourself for not getting up and chugging every bottle under the kitchen sink right then and there. Hatred for realizing you have nothing in common with your wife anymore and she couldn’t care less that it’s eating you up so bad you get cold sweats. It’s so strong you just sort of freeze and not say a word, just sit there and take it all in, praying for that arterial blockage that will take you to the promised land.’

Sctchschtrch.

'Do you know what it’s like to live with self-contained hatred? Feeling this hate but at the same time just not caring. Hatred that only grows from not a lack of communication but a complete absence of communication, like, I can’t talk to her because I’m too full of pent up depression, loathing, anger, anxiety about actually trying to talk to her, anxiety about failing to talk to her. And these feelings just stew in me and shut me down. No talking. With her. Just sitting there, the desire to communicate just to see if we’re even on the same ******* page, sitting there and wanting to talk but can’t because the loathing and anger towards your wife completely and utterly removes the ability to express any sort of rational thought and the anger over your spontaneous speechlessness just keeps growing making the attempts at even idle chit-chat a prospect steadily receding into the sunset. Just sitting there feeling perhaps the strongest emotion I have ever felt but at the same time feeling completely apathetic towards the current situation.’

Sctrchtrchschtrscrchtrchschtrsch. Sctrchtrchschtrschsctrchtrchschtrsch.

‘Do you know what that’s really like to have to live in this cycle of perpetual hate and silence and the same time indifference toward the hate?’

Sctrchtrch. Scrtchschrrrrtschrtschrttch. Sctrchtrchschtrsch.

‘Do you know what that’s really like?’

No matter how many papers we write, protest we have, and laws we pass, we will be surrounded by Hatred. Hatred isn't just a emotion you feel. It's in everything we do and say. It's the voice telling you who ur suppose to be. It's society defining u in numbers. Hatred is this world. It doesn't make sense to me becuz we're created to be an individual standard, yet we're always trying to fit into a standard. But out of all the never ending hatred, inequality, unfairness and agony, only u can define yourself. You have a short amount of time on this earth. Be the change you wish to see
It's your choice

Don't follow others unless u ACTUALLY deep down really want to

Yes there is social and religious hatred spreading
like an incurable cancer across this world
We the ordinary people, the masses have no
control over that

That same cancer is now infesting the pages
of this great site and yes I was part of the disease
But I have turned the page and the abuse I hurled
at one person has I hope turned more
towards kinder words

Will that make a difference? I'm not sure
but I can only try
We have a comments section so we can post
our views on the poetry we read
That if you like is democracy

We all know that there are world class writers
posting here
Just as there are some who perhaps will never
be able to attain those high standards

Is it then not true to say the good should encourage
the less good?
Note I did not say bad simply because there
Is no bad here

Most people recognize their weaknesses no matter
what walk of life they come from
But on this site they are the people of courage
because against the odds they are prepared
to put their work to be judged by their peers

What then is the answer to the question, the problems
that we're seeing here on a daily basis?
A better understanding, more humility?
Yes but that is purely my point of view

I liken the better writers here to college professors
others as high school teachers
So teach, don't let the hatred show through
your students need educating not humiliation

Can things change
I hope so given time
You hated me throughout my life
I remained on a double edged knife
With the time I learnt a lesson
How ugliest things become so crimson
Time tested and showed a path
How to encounter the abominable wrath
Now hatred has changed into a force
Through this I can enforce
My strength has suddenly increased
All disappointment and dejection decreased
I am full with force of hatred
It has become my butter and bread
Vengeance is stronger than forgiveness
Hatred became a strongest bless
Feelings of hatred has gone into blood
And now oozing out like a flood
Hatred is must to establish right
One has to keep this duty in sight

Once again I wore my spiked choker and wristband today
I haven't worn them in a while
Because everyone thinks I'm depressed when I wear them
But I realized I don't care what people think of me
I'm not hollow like I was the last time I wore this
So that is all that really matters
This is my little symbol of rebellion
Against hatred
To say to those who prejudge me and hate me:
F!ck you
I'll do whatever the hell I feel like
Your approval is not needed
I'm happy dressed this way
That's all that matters
I encourage everyone to have a little bit
Of that "F!ck You Attitude" today
Just little symbols of rebellion
Draw a black X on your wrist today
In black ink
If you support
Being yourself regardless what people think
And through this little ink symbol
Though apart in miles
We will be united in spirit
Be YOU :)
X
I'm drawing the black X on my wrist right now. Comment if you are going to do it too. So we know someone else out there supports rebelling against hatred. ;)

'ᏰέƦẙḽԃṏሁ's the most "unappreciated" poet on this site.
Being "misunderstood" is what gets him into a fight.
Now that I'm retired and free,
He's the new "King" of HP ~
Now I hate that Jew because he's better and right.
All words in quotes are Nat's. His changes his opinion of me every second like the eyes on a Felix the Cat clock.
I love him but I've given up on him.

-------------------
Poor man he believes his own totally manufactured press. Oy!

Why does he obsess over me?
Ask him, not me...

Why does write me in pvt messages to tell me I am "delusional" and he is by page view,  the Emperor(!) of HP and that
"you've become an embittered man and can counted yourself among the cursed.
And if you've chosen not to read this, it's because your blinders are still on.I wish you well as a fellow Jew; as a poet I welcome you're  extinction for your inability to adapt."

Whoa! Is he worse than Ormond, who only wanted to "burn" us together!  Extinction now that is  a code word makes  every Jewish person's hair curly,

The humorous answer would have the
Lew I like laughingly say "***** envy!"

adapt to his standards, of ******* up and publishing outrageously bad poems sux times a day - no babe, those things are not standards

instead he is he is committing a error of sinat chinam, empty hatred...

"Sinat chinam means groundless hatred. (The verb soneh means to hate, as in the command lo tisnah at ahicha blevavecha, do not hate your brother in your heart, Leviticus19:17)

Chinam comes from chen, grace. Sinat chinam is therefore hatred that is gratis. It refers to the internecine strife which is unfortunately too common in Jewish communities, whether between Reform and Orthodox, Ashkenazim and Sephardim, the rabbi and the chazan, the president of the shul and the board.

You could charitably ascribe its existence to the high-stakes decisions that Jewish communities have had to make, or to a persecuted people internalising the hatred directed at them, and then projecting it against other groups of Jews. (emphasis mine).  Either way, there is clearly too much of it about.

The Talmud already knew of the phenomenon and its destructive effect on Jewish life. Yoma 9b records that the First Temple was burned down because of idol worship, ****** immorality and bloodshed. At the time of the Second Temples destruction, the Jews were, on the other hand, pious but the Temple was lost because sinat chinam, groundless hatred, was endemic to Jewish national life."

But since he is self acclaimed Shakespeare expert,
I'm sure  he is familiar with this riposte:

The quality of mercy is not strained;
It droppeth as the gentle rain from heaven
Upon the place beneath. It is twice blest;
It blesseth him that gives and him that takes:
‘T is mightiest in the mightiest; it becomes
The throned monarch better than his crown:
His sceptre shows the force of temporal power,
The attribute to awe and majesty,
Wherein doth sit the dread and fear of kings;
But mercy is above this sceptred sway;
It is enthronèd in the hearts of kings,
It is an attribute to God himself;
And earthly power doth then show likest God’s
When mercy seasons justice. Therefore, Jew,
Though justice be thy plea, consider this,
That, in the course of justice, none of us
Should see salvation: we do pray for mercy;
And that same prayer doth teach us all to render
The deeds of mercy. I have spoke thus much
To mitigate the justice of thy plea;
Which if thou follow, this strict court of Venice
Must needs give sentence ‘gainst the merchant there.

Merchant of Venice

More would be superfluous...sure glad he loves me, imagine if he didn't!

what waste of a good poetry skills... this is getting snoring,
boring... So let's bring some appropriate lyrics with which to conclude:

"You're so vain, you probably think this song is about you
You're so vain, I'll bet you think this song is about you
Don't you? don't you?"

Carly Simon - You're So Vain Lyrics
in the movie Patton, there is a scene here,  Patton tells Gen. Omar Bradley (and I am paraphrasing here) in his rivalry with the pompous General Montgomery to get Eisenhower to pick  his  invasion plan,  Patton tell modest Bradley that he knows they are  both arrogant SOB's but what make him crazy is that Montgomery won't admit it...and he can...love you too babe, like I love my BVD's and certain parts of you..which I leave to your lewrid imagination to ascertain...Peace brother! To then own self, be true, you marvelous schmuck!

the hatred that humans hold will destroy
cities, homes, families and lives.
taking each person victim and tearing
apart the life that they have come to know
and come to love.

the world will crumble and the dust will
run with tears and blood and fear.
the hatred will birth more hatred.
people will fear for themselves and their
loved ones in a way we shouldn't need.

the children will be broken, their spirits
smashed in the war, and their innocence
thrown aside as they become soldiers.
the world will be destroyed by hatred.
