The last kiss from you Lasted like a huddle in The snow blitz Rocking my anatomy In the frosty glitz The last words from you That barged in my eardrum You were in a hurry To smell a new leaf Draped in a diamond dew The last gifts from you Was an instrument Which still I use To recognize people Or to refuse! The last time You said I love you I remember I was laughing Hysterically as if I was watching Jared Leto’s jaded mimicry of Joker in YouTube Intriguingly, when the last time I saw you **** It felt like pretty Ivanka’s embarrassment Noticing her dad is a lewd The last time I was chatting With you on Facebook I was wondering why I shouldn't hack your account? To check your inbox Yea, it was filled with the message of ******* F- Bombs, **** shaming and tagging you as harlot All they were asking was your service of escort Either in full discount or in hefty cash drops! The last time I wrote A letter of love to you I discovered my Keyboard Began to blurt out No more, No more, No more… The last time I had a chit-chat With you in the Burger King or Pizza Hut I listened to your hissing clack-clack That someone else has become your puppy cat… The last time I became sick When I was with you I heard you threw a party Where you were whispering To your besties, how I become your double whammy! The last time I was With you in the bed I felt like I was indentured To **** a dummy toy Sans spirit and flesh! Loving you was like Santa Claus gifted me With a Pandora’s Box As soon as I opened it You decided to release Our *** tape of your having ****** In pornhub’s forum of interracial! The last time I heard of you Is that you were giving an interview To The Cosmopolitan’s board of review Facing the barrage of inquisitions You calmly joked, the series Of latest uproar about you In the social media or Internet Is because certain people always Love to rave about Women’s body Shoving in and out of their pigeonhole With their one night stand queen trophy To flavor your form in their fantasmic mouth You also smirked in a raspy voice Defiantly declaring “we (women) Have been locked indoors With no air, no food, no water” My last boyfriend is also no exception He certainly thinks I came this far Through ******* and deception

Up early as usually but this time with a mission to complete Halloween Costumes. Not a pain free day most definitely, but have kids who rely on me to be a good mom. Everyone has haters; the two faced, "your girls" wanting your guy or envy clothes style, or randoms you never met, desiring your life, home or new car bought with hard work. Most days what's posted on sites about me makes not a bit of difference in my world, I ignore and move on with my life, know haters have nothing better to do than gossip. No news is good news and nothing from my usual "Town Criers" saying "Guess What?" One day got messages in text, "You have been labeled Babylon's ***** by Craiglisters!" Not a "lol" nor "Roflmao" situation. Thinking, What in the world? and How in the world? Me, Ms. Abstaining and they, who love assuming and posting drama without thought. Their world; small town America and believers of truth in "all" internet rumors and media, not willing to give benefit of doubt, once minds, so limited in thought, have been made up. E-mail inquiries from potential employers I never met from destinations far far away, asking and informing that person with such low morals shall never be part of their world. Drama finds me and neither welcome nor do I seek it out, way too emotionally draining, believer in live and let live, authored "Celibacy" poem to stop jokes made to my kids. Who knew that trying for your dreams could bring forth bringers or illogical pure hatred? Who knew that emotions of my children whom I love, would be affected by narrow minds? After family conference and with full support, by the way, had to explain ***** to son, this mom carries on and still on second journey pursuing dreams and making realities. If I give up dreams it will never be because someone posted bold faced lies on open forum, it will be because I choose to do it with good reasons and those reasons are mine alone. Pitfalls? Have been numerous. Will? Strong and still determined to see this through to end. Tomorrow isn't promised and hear my dad say, "Daughter, go forth and let haters be fuel!"

I find myself looking for words. Combinations of feeling I did not know existed. I cannot breathe. I struggle for them & make myself a fool. The world was so big before I met you & now I'm grasping for it, unable to recall it's delusion as I am pulled into your orbit. Out of drifting dreams. My mind goes blank & all I can see is the dark galaxy that is you. Alien, beautiful & natural. You haunt me. I nearly never believed so big, & you infiltrated this complex defense to show me what's been missing. Half crazed by the loneliness of space I cannot articulate. Another form of art I hesitate to express. I do not trust myself that it will not be perfect, fluid, each stroke of the tongue like the brush fear failure. I want to show you all I see beneath the stars. Let the brilliance of the moon shine through. But she is stuck. In the cloud of curious awareness, my eloquence cripples me. How many things can I say before I lose my grace? & I dread the company of simple minds who cannot love stories. So eager, your patience holds the hand of the clock. I want to watch your eyes glow lit up by the music from my lips, & I want to be carried off by all you reminisce. I can't believe in chance when a soul like yours comes to court. Thrice even. I am challenged by the core of you. Inquiry. Things I cannot see & stopped looking for. If I take no notice, I will not be seen. Drawn into someone else's dreams, Abandoning me. I forgot how to identify with my kind so that I did not lose me. Then I rusted over. The great machine locked away while the shows went on in Technicolor. Introspective losing passion & luster inside this shell. How you found me, only body in forum. You took me out to play. Engaged, stalled, oiled & sparked Life. I am reminded of a better me. An affirmation, of my Dominant heart. His voice, the coaxing in my womb to Be. Away with closed up, dying to shine. You wanted to show me off, pretty girl. I remember being a Goddess & shattering the abyss around me with heart & raw warmth. The fire of honesty. Unsatiated wander bred in me & I held nothing back. Now the world is clay & my garden to build upon. Train me to grow. I am inspired to be stardust. Permeate every corner of this heavenly body.   I find myself the eager student of Aquarius.

This is what she looks like when she's sad: The human condition effective immediately. Winter shades shift side to side, exploding out of each iris. Skin falling off, when lunging forward to kiss me. Fingernail daggers dig into my pores. I'll bleed under her fingernails, if she'll drag them down my torso until her knees click the floor. This is her tongue inside of my mouth: We taste each other before we waste each other. Hip bones parallel and our eyes rubbing shoulders, my hands surfing her rib cage and it's all the rage because she moans. And when she moans, color tones orbit around her head. Planetary tumors dancing around her skull; jump roping with her hair, eating morals and removing plurals. Those are her lips around me. Her head moves up and down but her eyes focus on me. She makes eye contact and I empty my dreams into her mouth. We are a public forum. I ache with alcohol poisoning and liberal undertones. The terrain that is my face bleeds oils that would lubricate the axle of the car that she drove into the tree that we carved our name into. Come back to me. I miss you so much. I watched you die. I watched you die and there was nothing I could do. They told me that she wouldn't make it. They told me that she might make it. My hand gripped at blood stained blanket. I think she said my name under the air mask. I could tell if she saw me; her eyes rolled back into her head after she gazed a thousand yards away into the field of black that sheltered the tall grass that we would chase each other through and get lost in as we got lost in each other. I love you! I ******* love you! My back, a membrane coil that rises my stiff neck that cares my head full of memories. I turn on the light and you're not there next to me. I put my hand on your copy of The Thornbirds and know that you've read it more than the notes I leave in your inbox, hoping that it'll say that you have seen it. Walking to your grave, I am a darkness that the abyss has swallowed and I have followed myself into nothingness that is such bliss that I forget your kiss.

I shall never get you put together entirely, Pieced, glued, and properly jointed. Mule-bray, pig-grunt and ***** cackles Proceed from your great lips. It's worse than a barnyard. Perhaps you consider yourself an oracle, Mouthpiece of the dead, or of some god or other. Thirty years now I have labored To dredge the silt from your throat. I am none the wiser. Scaling little ladders with glue pots and pails of Lysol I crawl like an ant in mourning Over the weedy acres of your brow To mend the immense skull-plates and clear The bald, white tumuli of your eyes. A blue sky out of the Oresteia Arches above us. O father, all by yourself You are pithy and historical as the Roman Forum. I open my lunch on a hill of black cypress. Your fluted bones and acanthine hair are littered In their old anarchy to the horizon-line. It would take more than a lightning-stroke To create such a ruin. Nights, I squat in the cornucopia Of your left ear, out of the wind, Counting the red stars and those of plum-color. The sun rises under the pillar of your tongue. My hours are married to shadow. No longer do I listen for the scrape of a keel On the blank stones of the landing.

The Colossus
Never tell the girl with messy hair and wide eyes that when her father sexually abused her they were, "fooling around." Fooling around is a consensual act between two lovers, friends, or strangers in which both gain pleasure and to make her feel as though that is something she did is degrading and destructive. She's already been through that once. When I got that anonymous question asking me "why is it when you fool around with your dad, no one gets in trouble, but when I do it I'm a ****** I almost snapped. The smell of cheap beer formed under my nose and the entire contents of my stomach almost fell to the side of my bed, however, I had not eaten enough to push all of my mental instability out of my mouth. I could feel my father's hands around my wrist, pulling, pinning, calloused hands scratching my nine year old skin. I could hear my young cries for help, and the tears staining my cheeks. I could feel the air on my ear as he whispered. "Tell anyone and it'll be worse next time." I remembered cleaning my own blood from the carpet that afternoon. And I almost replied with a defensive remark, but I stopped. There was no need for this private matter to be put on display on a social media forum, because then who's the girl that "fooled around" with her father? But then the question, it irks me to my very core, the reason my hands are so swiftly typing this poem between waves of hurricanes in my eyes. It's as if my dignity has been stripped from me again, no more layer of scar tissue to protect even the deepest layers of my darkest secrets. Nothing was safe anymore. And when I showed it to my boyfriend, the look in his eyes terrified me. It was as if someone had just dropped a match on a mile long pile of bone dry trees doused in gasoline. But someone had. Someone had dropped a match on me, just as fragile and capable of burning up completely.

Is there anything more depressing than visiting a forum that hasn’t been active for a decade? Perhaps visiting said forum on a Saturday evening, reading every thread and replying to at least five comments before realising that the site hasn’t been active for a decade. The saddest part would be to continue replying to each thread before creating new usernames and replying to your own replies. I guess the next logical step would be to continue the charade for ten years before dying a solemn death atop your festering keyboard and not being discovered until seven years later. The forum continues to stand as a testament to your solitude as nobody has replied to your last post about the perfect way to make a ham sandwich.

A love so deep I gave you my all — From my mind & body To my spirit & soul. As a six-year-old boy Deeply in love with you I never saw the end of the tunnel. I only saw myself Running out of one. And so I ran. I ran up and down every court After every loose ball for you. You asked for my hustle I gave you my heart Because it came with so much more. I played through the sweat and hurt Not because challenge called me But because YOU called me. I did everything for YOU Because that’s what you do When someone makes you feel as Alive as you’ve made me feel. You gave a six-year-old boy his Laker dream And I’ll always love you for it. But I can’t love you obsessively for much longer. This season is all I have left to give. My heart can take the pounding My mind can handle the grind But my body knows it’s time to say goodbye. And that’s OK. I’m ready to let you go. I want you to know now So we both can savor every moment we have left together. The good and the bad. We have given each other All that we have. And we both know, no matter what I do next I’ll always be that kid With the rolled up socks Garbage can in the corner :05 seconds on the clock Ball in my hands. 5 … 4 … 3 … 2 … 1 Love you always, Kobe

For a time... It was to rule - divide. It was principle, hell it was doctrine. They killed Africa and today her children cry. They invaded the Xhosa with trickery which lead to famine. They ruled and gave not much for sharing. The children are starving, the people are angry. They knit a logical matrix tapestry. Equillibrium was being at the rich forum. The storm blew over and many knew of no way to show them a brighter day. Africa my only home, my humble abode they tore. Africa my only hope, my pride they wounded. Africa my fortress, our forests they burnt. Africa my wisdom, our minds they disturbed. Africa my loving heart, it lies dark and furious. Africa tell us where we go, show us the truth of the earth and quench our clarity-thirst.

learn your questions. discern the myriad as One, and console your misery with service. pour your fumes into the heart of mars; press pause when your gods make you nervous.  and when they don't exist, you whistle while you hurt... as if the Master Plan had jokes. but know this. your cathedrals have killed people, and your faith was crushed - whenever sincere. so i bid you peace. a peace with tranquil thoughts and night lemmings; squealing right over the Cliffnotes to Oblivion, in vapid terror and happy herds. their little parachutes; cumbersome, with snapped threads to a forum, that unpack, once filled with air and parents . you inherit the edge of your vague notions.... that expand upon dissent . heretic tick BOOM ! then make love, all day Wednesday learn your questions. gain the gist of your out-risible ignorance and invent the humor of  "precise submission" as humility will boast , enthroned above the kingdom of desire aching hermetic in a mob. but knobs - that turn,  despite severed hands turn Truth's ***** learn your throat. hold only the notes to your music to a golden standard ! Brandish your exile, like a rogue - from it's sheath of Turin [ and flash! ]   it's blade of grasp in Walt Whitman's Verile Phase... face your loved ones, but only with the face that got away. return... return unbridled and unkempt. more windswept than lost and found   haunted... and remember eat whatever you **** well please because " **** Dr. Phil, Really ? My friend Ana has many followers. She feeds us promises and fills our dreams when we cannot, will not, sate the cries of our bodies because those are easy to hush during the din of day, but not in the void, night when my friend Ana comes through a glowing screen in the form of thigh gaps, community forum posts, and calorie counting apps where our intake dwindles, anticipating the moment we take in the waist of  our skirts so maybe that boy with the blue-jean eyes notices our size 0 because on a scale of 1 to 10, we don’t fit. My friend Ana remains forever in our minds, teaching us to listen to our inner strength as muscle tone ebbs, seething when we reach for some bread, but loving the sweat-drenched skin as we run nowhere on a treadmill that we believe leads to a salvation as perfect as the symmetry of ribs— of cheekbones that jut out from a thin and beautiful face which smiles at muted murmurs and falls as I look in the mirror at bodies shaped so divine, you might see premature grace because Ana never dies.

Rise! Oh, Mighty Jupiter; Our Father now forgotten. Come claim your rightful reverence. Your pagan pedigree misgotten. You were once our Shining Father; Great King of all the Sky. But you allowed your world to set so a new Son could arise. Zeus once ruled before you, and Jesus became your heir. Today not many realize how we got from here to there. I have considered for some moments how our thoughts of god do change. Plural notions of so long ago, today can seem so strange. We like to think we've come so far, since those pagan days of yore. Have we abandoned superstition or just embraced it even more? It was millennia ago that Zeus ruled Mount Olympus. He, their leader, more than father, often beaten by hubris. The Greeks, they worshiped leaders, seeking standing in this forum. Such desires, democratic became their gods that ruled before them. As the centuries moved on, your new Latin home was Roma. Your title too, transformed to reflect a new persona. To Zeus we added "Father", or in Latin, pater, we prefer. So Zeus, becomes Zeus-pater, Zupater, then Jupiter. Our names for gods reveal exactly how they fill our needs. Over time our needs evolve and so a new name supersedes. As Rome aged, it developed   a need to know god as a man. To be one of his number. To see themselves as of his clan. This zeus, he can be talked to, can be greeted and be known. They "Hail Zeus" as HeyZeus. And now its Jesus on the Throne. Through such inquests we can see the needs Gods fill evolving, from cold, covetous Kings to a begotten Son absolving. We imagine in the Heavens things to help us understand, how a universe so endless can be the realm alone of man.

A nectar lingers in the midnight, Empty is the forum for all thought akin Confused, reflected, or bade to come in Or to come out. With loose time the moonlight was bought Playing with the chatter I hear desiring me: To write a love poem with all its proper irony. A thing of gold, I fantasy it Though blurred and warm as lighted wick Midst the darkness tall, timbers thick The lenses, its vital antecedents Are cracked or compelled by the acts of man. Yet, so good the tools, these fragments of Ears, eyes, and nose, They produce all the power behind poetry And find all I need, like a handless compass Forcing me to follow the moss That warns two strangers must first meet their paths Before they may cross.

my paris begins with those early days as a conscious flaneur i recall the couple seated opposite me on the metro when i was still innocent of its labyrinthine complexity slim pretty white girl clad head to toe in denim smiling wistfully while her muscular black beau stared through me with fathomless orbs and one of them spoke almost in a whisper qu'est-ce-que t'en pense and it dawned on me yes the young parisienne with the distant desirous eyes was no less male than me dismal movies in the forum des halles being screamed at in pigalle and then howled at again by some kind of madman or vagrant who told me to go to the bois de boulogne to meet what he saw as my destiny menaced by a sinister skinhead for trying on tessa's wide-brimmed hat getting ****** in les halles with sara who'd just seen dillon as rusty james and was walking in a daze sara again with jade at the caveau de la huchette jazz cellar cash squandered on a gold tootbrush two tone shoes from close by to the place d'italie portrait sketched at the place du tertre paperback books by symbolist poets but second hand volumes by trakl and deleve and a leather jacket from the marche aux puces porte de clignancourt losing gary's address scrawled on a page of musset's confession walking the length and breadth of the rue st denis, what an artist's paradise (as juliette once wrote me).

From the Labyrinthine Metro
What are we waiting for, assembled in the forum? The barbarians are due here today. Why isn't anything happening in the senate? Why do the senators sit there without legislating? Because the barbarians are coming today. What laws can the senators make now? Once the barbarians are here, they'll do the legislating. Why did our emperor get up so early, and why is he sitting at the city's main gate on his throne, in state, wearing the crown? Because the barbarians are coming today and the emperor is waiting to receive their leader. He has even prepared a scroll to give him, replete with titles, with imposing names. Why have our two consuls and praetors come out today wearing their embroidered, their scarlet togas? Why have they put on bracelets with so many amethysts, and rings sparkling with magnificent emeralds? Why are they carrying elegant canes beautifully worked in silver and gold? Because the barbarians are coming today and things like that dazzle the barbarians. Why don't our distinguished orators come forward as usual to make their speeches, say what they have to say? Because the barbarians are coming today and they're bored by rhetoric and public speaking. Why this sudden restlessness, this confusion? (How serious people's faces have become.) Why are the streets and squares emptying so rapidly, everyone going home so lost in thought? Because night has fallen and the barbarians have not come. And some who have just returned from the border say there are no barbarians any longer. And now, what's going to happen to us without barbarians? They were, those people, a kind of solution.

"Dear Basketball, From the moment I started rolling my dad’s tube socks And shooting imaginary Game-winning shots In the Great Western Forum I knew one thing was real: I fell in love with you. 5 … 4 … 3 … 2 … 1 Love you always, Kobe"

Kobe Bryant's Retirement Letter:
Step one, choose your topic. Likely yourself. Because what greater subject could there be? None surely. Step two, choose an image. Find something that can serve as a metaphor for you. Find the rain forest for instance. Or perhaps a pond frozen over in winter. Yes, these should serve nicely. Step three, place yourself somewhere in the midst of these things. Let you be the trunks of the trees supporting the lush, green canopy. You, poor, tired, supporting the thick boughs that are the real life meters and meters and meters above you. Or is your face the ice of the pond. All that people ever notice is how much you can take before you break. But there is so much more just beneath the surface. So much teeming with life. No one knows how deep you go. No one will know until the ice thaws      (which is unlikely to happen anytime soon.           but the metaphor was never meant to extend that far.) Step four, write yourself in to the piece in such a way that no one else will be able to identify you.      (Unless they're **** cunning.) Perhaps disguise your identity within the purpose of the piece or the flowing imagery seeping through the spacious cracks in your technique. Riddle the work with subtle ins and outs and minute complexities that vex the reader away from your intentions. Nicely done. Step five, ruminate. contemplate your reflection as it appears in your monitor. Not the image of your face bouncing off the glass but the snapshot of your thoughts so opaquely back-lit. Remind yourself that this is for you and no one else. Proofread. This is just for you and no one else. Revise. This is just for you and no one else. Justify this is just for you. Step six, post to a public forum. Check back in an hour.

Northern Michigan has got some pretty twisted people  but call themselves decent, God faring Christians. Copy pasting two typical posts on rants & raves forum exchanged between two typical Northern Michiganders. Not like them but think they are weirdos and get a good old belly laugh at the ignorance in the good old deep south errrr, I mean northern michigan. We got spared today from reading that Obama was chief ***** head but did get to read his racist post faking being American Indian. From northern michigan craigslist poster #1 RE; Curious in Fairview (TC) You sure were quick to figure out what "passes for" debate on this place. Good Job! Here's what I do....first, I don't give a hoot what any of them say or do to my posts. The name calling, and personal bashing are simply humorous to me. Truthfully though, I sometimes egg them on....It simply helps prove that the common IQ level is somewhat ( ???? ) LOW! Secondly---"Chief Itchybutt" is the ONLY one worth reading---he tells some pretty incredible stories....he should probably write a book in my opinion. As for all the rest of the spew---let it roll off your back like water on a wet duck...just read it and be glad your not one of "them"... Advice from: YBBB--the one, the only! Craigslist poster #2 with pic of Obama with huge photoshopped lips. Special for Bob, a deer hunting story (in my woods) Ugg! How! Chief IIttccheebutt of the Neverwiippee Tribe here to tell all what I see in woods hunting for deer, Ugg! Me go out with boomstick early in morning when turkeys are on roost to sit by deer trail to **** a buck.Very windy out, see no deer, me not even see a tree rat with fuzzy tail. Me wait and wait and wait, still no deer. It get dark now so me go in and try next day. Next day come, same thing,no deer, me think I pick a different spot tomorrow. Tommorrow come and I sit by the edge of a big field with sand holes and short grass with flags in little holes, it very quiet and me hear leaves crunching, me crouch down and get gun ready. Noise get closer and closer then it stop so I look out from behind tree and put gun down and pick up I-phone and snap pic of most stupid looking buck me ever see... then me start big belly laugh, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Ugg! How!

How many is a few? According to an online forum, it means 2-3 .So here I go Typhoon hits Taiwan today, so I can’t go anywhere but stay at home all day reading and watching movie (Wild Tales). I think should start reading Swann’s Way again. I was quite interested in Proust in my junior year, cause one time my ex said something I called ‘words of wisdom’ ,which echoed with Proust’s words about sleeping. Maybe they are completely unrelated, but while reading Proust I was unconsciously analyzing the reading in Proust’s way: comparing someone I know in real life with the characters in the book; or maybe I was just putting on airs by showing that I know the (far-fetched) relation between what ******** my ex said and Proust’s words… The wind is getting stronger and stronger now and I am wondering where you are. On this lame typhoon day I’m suffocated by the boredom and humidity. I call it poetic nothingness.

Hello Poetry to me is just another joint family How by a common bond, here we are strung together Though separated by geographical boundaries Distance has never been a hitch or a tether Your relentless encouragement helps me aim for heights Your heart felt blessings give me loads of happiness Your poems open before me new avenues of thought Your gracious company creates for me a new ambience Before my eyes, a hundred smiling faces appear in a row Some stand out as beacons of radiant light With words of encouragement, you vanquish all my doubts Revitalizing my spirit and leaving it shimmering bright Through this forum we share our inmost thoughts How close we feel though never been together Many have left the scene leaving trails of footprints And many join fresh to continue the endeavor Irrespective of creed we are here at art’s sacred shrine ‘Poets’ we are called and we breathe the scented pride We stand tall among many others of our species Let us proclaim aloud our fraternity worldwide!
