~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ And so the Pu'erh and Jasmine Lily pearls are covered, my attention on the Phoenix Eye pearls, and I peel back the foil of a small handful. Ainhana had carefully remove the infuser and I pour in the pearls, listening as they gently hit the glass. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ As soon as Ainhana places the infuser back in the tea *** I turn the sand-dial and watch the cream sands run, and the pearls steep. I dare not let it run for the full five minutes - I find the perfect brew is made in three. The pearls now unfurl, the green leaves now floating. The clear water turns into the colour of the finest champagne. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ After three minutes, Ainhara pours me a cup, the aroma itself puts me more at ease. 'Do not waste it,' I tell her, holding the handle and saucer. 'Such fine pearls can be steeped twice, and I will make sure that I treasure every single cup.' 'Yes, My Lady,' She says with a curtsy. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ With my eyes closed, I blow away some steam and proceed to sip short and brief. It is a pleasure that is most welcome, indeed! Teeming with the fires of the Phoenix itself and caressing my tongue with floral sweetness. A delicious moan escapes me as I relax in my Summer Throne. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ My breathing is calmed as I look at the horizon with redolent eyes. The choirs sing as I drink such fine ambrosia! By a cup of Pearls, mine own eyes feel inspired, as I think of the lovely vision that is the Phoenix that is born of the lotus. Adieu, stresses of Court! Adieu, plagues of doubt and anger! Thy Queen is now jocund dove. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ 'Truly the finest Jasmine Pearls I've had in years!' I beam. 'Be sure to share this with my fellow Kings and Queens. Especially Queen Kim. In such a golden hour, we shall become Dream Children, to be lost in gardens of distant China.' 'Yes, My Queen.' Ainhara waves her hand, Semui and Ilazi now resume play. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ As I sip once again, the summer showers come. Lo! My gazebo glistens! Cleansed by the light, and life for my fields of my fair gardens. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ This blend cleanses the fire of my heart. This blend casts out sorrows for me to drink beauty. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ A  liquor the shade of champagne with the flames of life budding from a delicate flavour. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ The Phoenix merges with me, for I am the star of the morn that graces my Aurelinaea! ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ Such a blend of elegance in my tongue, a heavenly euphony. Dear ****
You know the type. She's probably called something like Isabella. Rosalie. Ginevra. and you find her in the sort of novel where she's outdone by someone called something like Jane. Agnes. Lucy. She's remembered in criticism as Trivial. Silly. Foolish. She's defined as Shallow. Vain. False gold. She's analysed as the mirror, the contrast or the foil and you're supposed to vaguely dislike her. She'll reaffirm to the reader that the heroine, whether she be plain or beautiful, is always, in the end, Rational. Independent. Brave. She reaffirms the heroine as someone who learns and grows while the silly girl is left looking at herself in the mirror. The thing is sometimes I feel more like the silly girl, the girl who needs a hand, the girl who reads books and wants to believe the stories. Sometimes, I'm looking in the mirror, chest deep in my own trivial, silly little worries, looking at the puddles not the lake, and I know. I know I'd be one of the silly girls, not the heroine, out there, just surviving. I'd be one of those silly girls and I hate it - and yet - what's so wrong with the silly girls? What's so wrong with the girls who love themselves, or love the wrong people or love their clothes? What's wrong with the girls who are brave but not rational, independent but trivial, selfish but practical? What's wrong with those girls, because I always find myself preferring the Ginevras and the Isabellas anyway.

silly and frivolous
Am I looking for love in Alderaan places? Most of my SerenityXEnterprise ship jokes go over her head. I feel like a John Cusack boombox blaring out nineties-age spaces. Like a comedy no one's heard of, I'm Better Off Dead without the love I'm not sure that I can find because then is it really possible to find The One like Neo? (Haha. Get it?) Like (p+l)(a+n)=pa+pn+la+ln, (Okay, Deep Breath) the universe is trying so hard to foil my love PLAN. (That one was ****** but the best I can present) I know you'll be saying "I told you so" when I realize the narrow parameters of my search are a little naive, but don't say I'm the Average because that's just Mean! My love is like Ash Ketchum; I need it to be the very best. My love is like Ariel; If I leave you I wanna know I'll be mist! I just needed to pull a Sasha Grey and get it off (on) my chest, I've already got my music, rhymes, and make-up. Give me the Kiss.

panic attack
Remember, that chaos first was a primordial deity, Chaos; the nothingness from which all else sprang headfirst and heartfelt, half-naked and handsome, hook, line and... halibut. All of this, every measurable moment, every particle, every object set forth in motion sprang from a void so harmoniously as if the absence of everything was kissed sudden by the presence of something. Often depicted with wings, a bow, and a quiver of arrows, Cupid, son of Venus - goddess of love, son of Mercury - god of trade, his story, almost identical in Greek and in Roman mythology, his story, about a couple of gods who seem so inherently human by nature, jolted by jealousy, dumbstruck by beauty, hellbent on immortality, his story has been hallmarked as red hot velvet rose petal fine wine and symmetrical hearts. Wrapped in tin foil red ribbons bitter-sweetly sugarcoated dipped in thin layer of chocolate taste-tested and lover approved. Remember that scene in Hook where Tinkerbell leaves her footprints on Peter's chest, well that's you and that's me-- touch me where my heart beats because I don't ever wanna be a lost boy. I wanna grow up like a good bedtime story with morals and purpose, I wanna have meaning. You might say that Cupid found himself. You might say that Psyche found her soul. You might say that Tinkerbell was just faking it-- with the clapping. Truth is, we can never know the whole story-- the complete truth. Problem is, we think we can and act like we do. So the only time we mean what we say is the first time we say it, every utterance thereafter is just an attempt at recreating a moment. I love you is a paraphrase that deserves three separate ellipses because there's a lot left unsaid. I (distinctively remember shadow-boxing with) love (against a star-dotted sky anchored to a moonlight so vibrant it can only be compared to) you (and your tidal waves). And that's where I fell headfirst and handsome. I (was punched-drunk by a kiss so breathless that it spiked my dopamine to a volume that can only be described as) love (in that every time my neurotransmitters feel) you (they spin themselves dizzy and dance to your science). There was a moment in the absence of everything when I was kissed silent by the presence of something. Hold me to your breastplate. I don't ever wanna go back to the void. 02/09/2010

You must never **** the spiders, While, they are woven their poems into the likeness of thunder? Kidnapped the poets, instead of the poems Therefore, I asked of you to stop all useless riots On poetry, read them, embrace them, and Learn from them: poetry is disciplined And disciplined is the most misunderstanding word In the dictionary: but somehow it is said that riots is the language of the unheard: we must never embrace racial riots, or racial profiling: reach out to racial equity stop allowing the messages of hate to go viral plants row of trees, in the name of love, I recently came across, ants yes, I said ants When army ants need to cross a large gap, they simply build a bridge - with their own bodies. Linking together, the ants can move their living bridge from its original point, allowing them to cross gaps and create shortcuts across rainforests in Central and South America. I recently saw human fighting each other, I recently read somewhere Where children were locked away in cages , McALLEN, Texas (AP) — inside an old warehouse in South Texas, hundreds of immigrant children wait in a series of cages created by metal fencing. One cage had 20 children inside. Scattered about are bottles of water, bags of chips and large foil sheets intended to serve as blankets. We must never **** the spiders, While, there are woven their poems into the likeness of thunder..

You Must Never Killed The Spiders
On a good day, the Sun shines on you. You are in a Disney movie, stretching your arms, As the first light of day hits your toes. And all the sores of the previous nights, Reduced as mere soap suds down the drain. Last night's shower is a preview of the first one today, and coffee smells like the freshest brew straight from a pre-packed foil. Nothing beats the thrill of a morning cup. Life is a sitcom, waiting for the supporting characters to show up and raid your ref, and then! The punchline. You plan your day. You invite a good day. You laugh out loud. On your best day, you lounge. You drink your cup and eat breakfast straight from the pan, and the pan loves you for calling the kettle black. You write your notes on some discarded tissue previously used to wipe off dust. You are free versing with the staunchest disregard for tones and rules of archaic poetry; sometimes, disavowing a semblance of order. Because the best is you. It is now. And you are but a small supporting character, Patiently waiting for the chime of the next five punchlines

Somewhere in the South Pacific a human-shaped speck casts a bottle from the shore of a tiny island into the interminable sea. The bottle contains a note which bears: a name an approximate location and a desperate plea. The bottle drifts slowly away flashing in and out of view on the crests of passing swells. It glides on mysterious currents and a quiet modicum of hope. Simultaneously, Above a particular point in the Northern Hemisphere, a ball of tin foil labeled Voyager I is crossing the threshold into the world outside the solar system. On board are a pair of golden discs engraved with: images and voices of human beings the relative location of the Sun to fourteen nearby pulsars and a plea,       naively disguised to look like a proud declaration of identity                              but what proud and accomplished                                        race of beings                          would need to search for                                  companionship                             among the stars?                          The little metal ball floats away                                         blinking bits of data back to Earth                                                      each grainier than                                                            the last                                      tugged by the gravity of distant bodies                                                      and a quiet modicum of                                                                     hope.

you swallowed prunes as if your life depended on it, and to your mental state, they were better than any gateway drug or needle implanted into your muscles the rough exterior cracked and ripped apart your lips unforgivably; tearing down your esophagus with the force of a peach pit you rubbed dried apricots onto your skin as if that could cure you of all your sadness; as if it could take the need to get away and drown yourself until you were buried deep into the soil and there are flowers nestled into the crooks of your bones and you tasted of sweat, ***** and tears when at night you sit on the edge of your bed contemplating life or death between sobriety and a drunk that lingers for days on end clinging under your nails and to all the people who roll their eyes at you and say ‘you’ll get over it’ tell them to **** themselves; tell them that when they see apricots, they see sunshine, but you see death to infinity and beyond; you see all the broken promises that were whispered into the knots in your back you see the lily pads of roses that dripped with regrets and words that were never said words that gripped your lungs like a vice in the back of a car when you thought of love, you thought of apricot kisses rubbed against your lips; of rolled up aluminum foil of lighters drained of their fluids in a week time of the close to boiling water that invaded your personal space and reached the tip of your nose and of peach kisses from Georgia that dug its way into you; promising another day

I love you to pieces. All of you being my favorite. After a long day, I look forward to seeing you. Being around you. I constantly loose myself in your eyes. Every moment with you a blessing. Whether it's early in the morning Or late at night. I love every moment. My chocolate peanut butter craving starts and ends with you. I can't help but smile. Thankful that your not wrapped in tin foil. A moment of trust easily accessible. By far the greatest gift I could ever receive. I accept all of you. Delectable pieces poured into my hands. Sensually sharing hidden parts of ourselves. Every inch uncovered beneath coated chocolate. Creamy peanut butter. Soon melted away by tastes desire. It's practical to see why I have to call in sick. Spending all my time with you. Your taste still on my lips. Stomach still aching. My chocolate peanut butter craving. Thank you for being you

Life does not walk these streets. It rolls by in tin foil fleets. Love does not fill the air. It gazes from windows with forlorn stares Liberty is merely bought. Dollar bills and silver change give amount to the thought. Dreams are what happens when you sleep. A lie. There are lessons to learn and rules to abide. I will not adhere to the word of the day. My path deserves to be walked, my dreams are not fall acy. My love is louder than the trains and sirens that permeate this city. I will show liberty to all who seek. Life is beautiful. Even if the earth is bleak.

Humanity has no support to duty Both contrary in dealing and punctuality: Non-the-less deny each claims still their validity Former needs emotional skip where later regularity! Humanity is a thing roundly soul concern Fancies of many idles, despotic and obligated. Estimate not to beautify active approach return; Deserve aid remarkable quiet pleasing black arts. Duty declares the deed must accomplish statutable, Gratitude, greed and gratification are sub-judice here-of: A crazy caution compel to foil inapplicable Yonker's pride, old hand cultivated doctrinal of. Certain condition humanity plays role of pre-eminence Duty looks wanting help out of heels, Depending on probation passion of sincerity convince, Rejecting deep binder satisfactorily set aside exceeds. Duty And Humanity
~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ Though glass, it is rimmed with gold around the cup, handle and even the saucer. Skilfully painted chrysanthemums   of various shades; the vermilion horizon, Spring's honey, songbird's magenta, sangria's fine wine, a parakeet's breast and the Aegean sea. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ And then, there are three sightly tea caddies with lacquered wooden bodies; one rosewood with red dancing fans, one burr-oak with golden mountainous landscape and one maple wood with green bamboo. Ainhana gently removes each of their lids by using the cloth, and presents the pearls that were wrapped in sun-kissed foil. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ She first lifts the rosewood caddy towards me. I close my eyes and focus on the scent. Without peeling back the foil, I know. It takes me to the far distant Province of Yunnan, past the snow-kissed mountains and rice terraces to a very still lake. I noticed that it began to bubble before a large splash rose. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ At that moment, I meet the lake's Guardian, the Imperial Wingless Dragon of legend. With its wet emerald-kissed scales drinking the sunlight. It's great body now entwined in a wispy clouds as it stares at me with eyes of liquid moons. Its tail crowned with a peacock feathered eye-spot whips around in the air, leaving an iridescent trail of colours. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ With a great leap, he soars through the air, trumpeting his great roar that rattles the skies. Just as quickly as he rose, he descends down with a Pearl Moon in his brown claw. By the stroke of its sienna-brown whisker, the small Moon cracks, presenting me it's contents, a long kept secret. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ The pearls are the colour of seaweed with streaks of yellow and burnt umber. With earthy notes whirls around my nose, along with some floral sweetness, burnt caramel licks, dragon spice and a wisp of apricot. Ah, so I see! One great guarded secret that he reveals to me! His best pearls ferment in the womb of the Moons! Purified by the Star Virtues of Elysia's Harmony! ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~ 'Wonderfully rich Pu-erh Pearls,' I say, my eyes now open. 'My Lady's nose is as sharp as ever!' 'I just know my tea,' I chuckle, 'it's very unique in smell and taste.  I will save such fine broth for another day.' Ainhana nods, places on the tray and lift the burr-oak caddy. I close my eyes once again and my mind wanders yet again. ~ ⚘ ⚪ ⚘ ~

I Felt● How You curled Your hands from the heights Did instigate● I Felt I could fly and catch your smiles I felt I could fly but to that mile Just like the kites● In Endless fantasies I clench myself like colourful crayons● But Someway, somehow I felt each had a riven beak And foil me To print the picture of these delusions So bright● Now I feel am right, and myself Waving back to the same heights● I Felt● ©Historian E.Lexano

In gravest, gravels of untouched soil, Spearhead of purple, beyond the pale, One statue of siege upon a windy foil, What mires meek airs in all you survey? Like a frost of summers, you are lord, To hold that seed in your spiny face, Depressions of land your promontory, All up with arms, iron clad as a mace, Beneath you, the grown motley fields Are desolate, all flowers bled, blender, Spiders and birds know you unyielding The lost aleatory scent of no surrender.
