Listen My skin glistens The sweat drips ~n~ I feel the motion The rise of my emotions The tingle in the spine Expands in time Engulfing my muscles With adrenaline, hustle **** reason Incite treason Don’t back down Don’t turn aroun’ Introduced, an obstacle Beat it like a rock, unstoppable Heart, rhythm, momentum Breath, flex, go get ‘em Never rest, There is no success As soon as you think you won, Something hits your chest So stand up, strong This fight is gunna last long In 1 second, You could be gone ViKing By GeoEthE

Fly, Dragonfly, fly! Spread your wings and flex your tail take off to the skies, follow the blowing winds! Leave behind the Wicked Men of Hollowing Trail and escape the poisons of their worded sins Fly, Dragonfly, fly! Race, Dragonfly, race! Sweep your wings back against the windy skies Let your heart propel your spirited sprint faster! Faster! Escape from the Forest of Unnerving Lies and the creatures of the Lost Souled ******** Race, Dragonfly, race! Hunt, Dragonfly, hunt! Beat your wings to the sounds of the butterflies Feed your hunger for protecting the meek with the haunting taste of Honey-Soaked Flies and the sting of Sugar-Coated Bees Hunt, Dragonfly, hunt! Rest, Dragonfly, rest! Allow the venom to still your beatful wings Let the swift death claim a Hero's life Beckon the Raven of Heaven to blissfully sing to the tune of the Stalking Sparrow's whistling knife Rest, Dragonfly, rest!

flex and perspire my darling would you mind a small suffering for craven kisses to have your dark fig **** and drenching ***** stroked with a tickling finger lingering and strong hands around your sweetly curved throat that shunt the breath to yield willingly for sharp-toothed nibbles with surprise tongue whipping? will you present your soft belly and cupping ******* for dark cruelties that excite beyond tabulation will you present yourself with smiles and goddess leg show sobbing for feral pink spires gleaming while quivering thighs turn hot red from the slap of the leather strap splitting stings? will tears of love mix in wild berry utterance and flashing spitfire’s tongue? are you made for this? your every whimper an invitation like an open pink gate do you need the saint of dark desires to rescue you from banal dim-witted all american in and out? do you need to drown in oceanic wave tsunamis of hot butter **** glitter, blood flooding gasms and tender aftercare? my wish that you shimmer like silver possessed by the saint of sadism popes of eros who fill you with the milk of the moon all stars that melt you into the depths of paradise and that this dark ecstasy is the only suffering you will ever know.

*The Saint of Sadism
Sleeplessness Brought to you by sparkling espresso in a can I have underestimated you yet again, oh humble coffee bean But back to work Eight tabs open, going back and forth It's nothing short of a miracle if any given task is given more than a minute of attention at a time Muscle spasms, trembling, fascinating Overwhelming urge to mindlessly flex the muscles I don't have Fake machissimo brought about by exhauation? Or the exhileration of having to complete 8 projects in a day While simultaneously trying to grasp a breaking down of my mind which hasn't happened since...forever Hmm These are the prime conditions to breed a taxing marathon of productivity Or a chain of costly impulsive decisions to perpetuate procrastination. Signs that someone is going crazy range from ****** to inability to stick to a single topic to excessive use of run on sentences "How meta, acknowledging your insanity deconstructs the very notion of it if you normalize it within yourself and just look as everyone else as crazy! Ha.ha." That made no sense, i don't think. I like using big words to make myself sound smart you can make anyone believe anything if you use big words also it scares those Hippopotomonstroesquipedaliophobixlcs Grumble grumble Good night/morning/whatever

Deferred thought my mind speaks but unable to reach Since, lacking proper fuel words are no more than tools Idly on the shelf All alone by themselves Whether each has the skill Makes no difference still Needs a user to wield The brain must be unsealed Else it's nothing but noise And will only annoy To communicate one Has to pay attention And your message think through It is important to Listen right back Without barbs or attacks Open-mind speaking freely Add diplomacy Must employ use of tact Support statements with fact Do not rush; take your time Critical? Flex your philosophy under the influence Oh weak hearted, don’t you know that life is meaningless? will you find value, or just pretend? To love is to know, To love is to live In time you will find what this perplexing fence truly is

Meaningless,
That genuine smile of yours delicate and mild, Can soothe senses and tempers gone wild. A raging storm with ease you can calm, That smile of yours is ever so warm. It takes you only a few seconds to flex those ****** muscles, To brighten the days of millions amongst all the hustle, bustle and tussles. Your smile is so priceless and pure, For it all pain one can endure. It’s like the rays from a billion suns shining bright, Dazzling and sparkling like the brightest light. It gives that extra glow to your face, Making everyone’s heart beat race. It’s like the most pricey jewel one could admire, Among millions it could spark a burning desire. Every smile you pass is like a treasure, Making the few lucky, millionaires for sure. But when you frown in the saddest of ways, It’s like the happiness in the world has gone out of gaze. Dark clouds fill the overhead sky, Rain starts pouring as the heavens begin to cry. It’s like the world hits a note so low, Their happiness takes that heavy blow. An empty feeling fills the hearts of those, Who once with your smile happily would rose. So smile because the world smiles with you, Cry and the world sobs with you too. Times may get you down in life, But don't give up the strife. Don't let those pearls from your eyes fall, For someone or something who wasn't worth it after all. So keep smiling day in and day out, And brighten the lives of those you move about...

You never really know how strong you are until you're alone, crying and forced to pick yourself up off the floor. That is when you can truly see how big your emotional muscles are and I promise they are bigger than you ever thought possible.

**** this civilized **** I am set, like an object. So don't object. My eyes on the prize like my future subjects. All these haters is suspect, I pay them no respect. That's how a King treats his subjects. I blow minds like lare jets-- then take marks and get set. It could be the bad or the ugly, l'm as good as it gets. I'm raising the bar like I'm working my pecs, working hard, baring arms like I'm funk master flex. I'm laughing so hard it's hurting my chest. instead of getting money I'm enjoying my wealth,  weight a couple rounds, then rise up in belts. My Dawgs underdogs, like we training vets. I weigh the pros agasint cons, then Shakakon like I'm K. West. Extend my arm and drop a bomb when this mic turn on. My future brighter than prospects, standing on Prospect while the Sunset waiting to get it on

Sure, the Huns may be stronger, faster, But I’ll tell you first, it’s not disaster. They may be fearless, vice-less, And the stakes this day are priceless. That must weigh heavy on your mind, And it might away at your spirits grind. It makes your heart burn, your blood race, But on this day, they will be erased. They come, by day, by night, To conquer us and flex their might. Tonight, we’ll break their endless siege, Perhaps we’ll **** their liege! Let the sun blot with countless arrow, They fly like the chattering sparrow. Perhaps most will simply miss, And you shall brave the wooden blitz. That one, slash his head from his shoulder! Watch it fall off like a fleshed-out boulder; That’s it, keep riding, they’re already breaking! Your wives will, on your return, be waiting. Go back to hell from whence you came! Of the besiegers, we’ve killed and maimed! Haha, look at them run, back to their mothers; Keep them running for a hundred summers!

Bravery
Simple flex of a muscle Lift up Relax One rep at a time Getting stronger. Now part the lips just a little Pinch the corners of your eyes the tiniest bit to convince them it's real. Convince them it's real. All you have to do Is convince them it's real.

Wax captured in all the flex Structured detail with all the contour molds Realistic in looks of behold Wax of Bodybuilding champions at their best Craftsmanship in not settling for less It’s all about the pose All angles covered I suppose Imagine seeing Arnold Schwarzenegger captured at the time he won the 1970 Mr. Olympia Then Sergio Olivia comes to mind A waxed monster in the crab pose All the veins looking like an intense fire hose It would be competition in being prepared The time vintage bodybuilders stepping on stage, and commotion in making the competition mad The idea of muscles captured in pure wax To attend I hope they don’t add any tax But Bodybuilding is about facts Achieve with a will and it’s no matter what age being still Picture weights molded into wax A bodybuilder lifting feeling a little perplexed But it is true strength and dedication that makes bodybuilding work This would be the message that the vintage Bodybuilding Wax Museum would convey Bodybuilding exposure in every way A vintage bodybuilding wax museum encouraging people to give Bodybuilding a try I am quite sure there are questions of why It is the intensity with effort that would make one cry But the most important aspect would be “Stay away from drugs” This should be captured on every souvenir mug If anyone is caught taking drugs, we will just pull the plug Well vintage bodybuilding wax museum it does have appeal Now if we could just make it happen being for real.

~ **Wandering witches, wave your wands, lose your limbs of earthly bonds. Friday the 13th full moon sings so flex your power and stretch your wings. Wandering witches, weave your words to be the bane of beasts and birds. Hex the hateful with potions of love Poke the prideful in crestfallen thereof Sing sisters sing, into the full moon night never knowing the demon's blight. Fearful farce and fallen stones bury the bad in blood and bones.** ~

Witchery
And the fish swim in the lake and do not even own clothing. – Ezra Pound How would they style themselves for the net, the little fishes of the lake? Not robes of purity, Ezra, but sequins cut from trash, brands bright as lures, fashioned to catch the eye, a glint of sun. Would the big ones strap on knockoff fins to flex in shark cosplay near the shore, snapping reels in the reeds, captioned #greatwhitevibes #apexpredator? Would carp veil themselves in algae, funeral couture, posting stories of their grief in green? Would they admire the fishery tags: industrial piercings they can’t remove, or the hook-slit scars from catch-and-release, each one a verified badge, proof they were trending once, briefly, before sinking out of frame? Would they tilt to the water’s glass, checking which gill looks slimmer, tails arched like influencers at golden hour, the shimmer hiding shame, the shame we taught them to wear?

Ezra Pound Blocks Me
A poet's supposed to only post poetry If I try to do anything different under a pseudonym They'd know it's me They're not too dim To shine a light on similarity Between two varying laugh tracks despite all the hilarity Been getting down to brass tax with a microscope I could read the fine print even if both my eyes were closed So tie the rope tightly around your own necks As I work far outside of my trajectory from how I make the bow flex If I was Archie mixed with Cupid I would Follow an arrows arc like an archery marksman whose targets are Betty and Veronica's beating hearts And when they get hit, They both fall pretty hard And meet me in my back yard where I get their backs archin' Point is, I've got precision aim When I'm shooting for emotions Make you never feel a thing Make you clear minded and focused Let you all in on my pain Have you buzzin' like a locust

Black, Swiss cheese hulk on horizon The James Longstreet immobile old freighter of the bay Towed to the ignominy of its last commission in the curled arm of The Cape Tides flex their muscles against it But The Longstreet is steadfast in its dark purpose Standing target for practice A sortie if planes home in on its bulk Honing their skills on this “fish-in-a-barrel” Thunderhead-etched pyrotechnics Booming follows the miles over water Against The Longstreet’s silhouette enduring even God fixes sights firing bolts across its bow taking aim at our futures Standing targets for practice Vietnam? Cape Cod? No difference to teens before life’s ocean of conscription Sand is cold beneath dunes Beach grass rustles to the pulsing surf to the wind’s whispers just below hearing as if there’s a secret that must be kept We are targets for practice We are meaningless din Pulling our sweatshirts and blanket closer The Supremes sing thinly from transistor “Stopped for a moment in the name of love— Thinking it over”

Cape Cod Target Ship
The stink of fish on earthen streets A hot wind blows from ochre hills Black faces shine with brilliant teeth Street market ***** doth cure all ills. Redness in her plaited hair Rhythm in her steady tread A harmony of balance, she carries Water jars on her head. A market girl is singing As she sits among bananas The drama in her music Is as dusty as the street, It fills the air with magic As it lilts above street chatter In the atmosphere of Africa Where new and ancient meet. The goat boy herds his docile flock Through camel trains and bales The steamer tethered at the dock Announces that she sails With billowed steam and mournful wail It echoes through the town And the planter and his agent Bargain with a harried frown. The bleating of the goat herd And the stench of fish and dung Is as ordinary as Africa In the searing mid day sun. Zanzibar is spices, Zanzibar is Stone. Club Zanzibar is whiskey on the rocks Consumed alone Or shared upon the balcony In the shadow of a palm With the turquoise Indian ocean Reaching out beyond the arm. Do you see the dhows are sailing? Do you see the fishing nets? Do you hear the oarsmen chanting? Did you see black muscle flex? Have you watched the dripping sweat Cascade on alabaster brow? Have you inhaled the scent of Africa And allowed it to allow? Colobus monkeys in the treetops Narrow lanes in the bazaar Dull white walls adorn stone buildings And the rupee is by far The favorite tenure of the Island Since the days when slaves were sold By Arab camel caravaners Who traded coin for young black gold. East and west collide in concert Africa and Asia blend The Sultan's mix of race and spice In Zanzibar, beyond lands end. Marshalg Mangere Bridge 3rd June 2008

Various Muscle groups with a name A young aspiring bodybuilder died while achieving his own fame The Human Muscle Hospitality of Shawn Robinson He was the voice of encouragement He was the concept of going the effort Being honest with truth All this while still in his youth Shawn’s smile being his style The weights game came in for a while Yet remembering him on his buddy to buddy approach When it came to Bodybuilding his passion was no joke Don’t even try a Bodybuilding poke His true words in what he spoke Your life cut way too short In everyone’s mind a comfort of sort The weights are saddened The muscles can’t flex There is a feeling in the air of feeling perplexed That was then, but this is now Shawn’s spirit said “Keep training and continue to expose to the world in how” My departure is not an end But it is for your inspiration in continuing to begin Bodybuilding is about achieving and conquering the odds If the chain doesn’t break, there is no strength Seeing your own efforts at every length If you lose the concept and technique, there is no vision If the effort isn’t seriously made, there is no reason Remember me in all seasons Think on my coaching words in wait and see You will become in your training efforts the way you were might too be All I ask is to have patience, but wait and see Heaven knows the reason I was called up My spirit will always sit high and look down Help each other, but don’t become muscle bound Remember the numerous conversations we had Perhaps to some you got mad My life was bodybuilding My dream was to achieve My challenges in overcoming the struggles Bodybuilding is about being stuff, but I want you to be stuffer Strength is in the mind then pulsates throughout the body Mind over matter My life has been lived to the fullest Make yourself proud in my honor Again just wait and see I am in the arms of the almighty and that’s thee Together we are one But keep living as your life as only begun Yesterday was only tomorrow passing by Don’t cry I want to see you achieve with every try.
