"extenuation" poems
You can see through those eyes,
A beast to be unleashed.
That melts my will
and drives me to him
into a place,
where the pulpits of sheets
and my aching skin merge
In clamour of despair
Incessant his name
He gives such a pleasure,
a fiercely collision
without even trying
down to extenuation
where his godly solace
raptures me without omission
to a sacred harbour
that nor heaven,nor hell
Have comparisson.

"Why do you like him so much?" they all ask
"What's so great about him?"
Well let me put this into perspective
What’s so great about cigarettes?
The exhausting vapor oxidizing your lungs
Painting rough shades of grey filling all of the empty voids
What's so great about alcohol?
The acerbic liquid that turns one night into a celebration
But the next morning into a distressing *****
Leaving you sick to your stomach, feeling vacant
So what's so great about him?
He is the IV in my veins
His eyes possess a power that draw me to him
An addicting extenuation of unrequited love
He makes me feel like candlelight
A lighter without gas
A bottle with nothing in it
Astounding disappointments falling on top of each other
Constant agony but this love is too strong to feel anything less
I couldn't imagine feeling anything less

I
don't
know the truth
I see my future, in front of me
I got perfectly adjusted to it
Hustling here, hustling there
Will get a piece of myself...
I said, "no man - no cry"
I said, "I cannot back down"
My pen overflowed with words
Is it a statement of life or death?
I regained my words- my own
I love you, but I need my own pace
I won't ask you to follow - no one can
I want you close to me
but I cannot commit
Sleeping - it had no meaning
Running till extenuation - either!
