His name was Jack,
He dreamt of a farm
And a boy named Ennis.

Together they would grow old,
Sharing stories of love and happiness.
But destiny had something else in mind.

Love was a motion they couldn't run from,
But the world wasn't prepared for true love
Regardless from where it came.

Sad is to know that even though this story is fiction,
It has happened to so many
JACKS and ENNIS.

I hope to live in a century
That's more accepting of love and compassion.
So Ennis and Jack can be who they want to be.

Let me love who I want,
So I can truly love myself.

It's not a matter of not caring
What other people say,
It's a matter of freedom and respect.

Love yourself;
Love who you want to;
Respect everyone.

One wolf sister howls saddening, but encouraging tunes, to her wolf brother.
Cry she speaks let your rage loose, let your tears fall, only then can you begin to heal.
When you heal we will heal with you, as our cries join your own, you are our leader, it is you who has lost a brother wolf.
You are the son of a son; we are sisters of a sister.
Let the moons rays be your healing light.
Let the howls that we cry be your tears.
Let us be one as our voices reach the sky’s moon to our lost brother.
When he hears your voice and ours he will know that though his body maybe gone is soul is part of our own.
Forever he will stay, forever he will be parted.
This through does not matter for once a brother wolf always a brother wolf he shall be.

Rain falling from clouds of sadness
To heal the tears from crying eyes
Water flowing in heavy waves to swallow the emotions of rage

Mother moon be with us
Wolves howling to the moon to a brother lost
Mother moon be with us

Answering to the howls, lighting a path
We sisters and brothers are one print of a wolf
In this wolf we are many

Mother moon guide us
Rain falling from stars above
To heal the wounds of new and old
Water flowing in a gentle wave to encourage us all to release our rage
Mother earth guide us

“Humans have the inherent ability to persevere through the hottest hells and hatreds,
That **** so many on a daily basis,
If that hatred lie
In the Wyoming sky
Above Ennis and Jack and,
On the upper West Side Story of lower Manhattan,
We still find the will to love someone.
It is the ability to truly admire and adore
Perfect imperfections.
It is the paradoxical phenomenon that occurs when,
Despite even the strongest abhorrence
We find a way to break every barrier to joy.
Hunchbacks hugging the skeletons sagging in our closets.
We desire what no porpoise or purpose could satisfy
Only we know how a Creole creed could Reisz such a ruckus
Only we know the way to love”
