"endangers" poems
Preventing contamination, A constant challenge in cell culture. Contamination not only affects, The culture in question and, Costs time and money, But also endangers the reproducibility of results. No cell culture problem, Is as universal as that of culture loss Due to contamination. Generally, contamination may be separated, Into categories of microbial, And eukaryotic contamination. Examples of microbial contamination include: Bacteria (including Mycoplasma), Fungi and yeast; Eukaryotic contamination includes: Cross-contamination with other cell lines. Bacteria, yeast and fungi, The three more common types of contamination, But luckily these forms are often detectable, Under the microscope and, By visual cues, Like colour or turbidity changes in the medium. Mycoplasma is a small genus of bacteria, That lack a cell wall and for this reason, They remain unaffected by common antibiotics. They are also difficult to detect, With standard microscopes, Due to their size, about 0.1 μm in diameter, And the fact that they often attach to host cells. To prevent contamination, Use 70% ethanol for disinfecting, Equipment & surfaces, Related to cell culture. Sterile filter the media first, Before bringing to the lab. Fetal Bovine Serum, A potential source of contamination, Contains mycoplasma. Filter it at 0.1 μm, or, Gamma irradiate it. Aseptic technique, Necessary. The laboratory workers be the last, But not the least source of contamination. Teach them the ideal laboratory practices, To ensure asepticity in a laboratory.

Microbial Contamination & Ways of Preventing It

slipping away passages of time slips away down through the canyon rock where the forever makes it yawning gait and the weight of the fossils forces down upon the lightless tunnels where the urchins and sea shells learned to sing in their petrified state, where the smooth stone kiss where waters were once a rushing estate and eyeless fish swim not knowing the difference of light and dark in the deep lake echoing fathers, weeping widows silence endangers the sanity echoed into a beating soul forget not the smooth takeaway winds nor the shoreless wager of nighttime gin a mammoth cavern performing unspoken hollowed out by all that is forgotten

Or should I say: an Ode to You? Does it make any difference? Really? Let’s start again, let’s start by saying In’Lak’ech Ala K’in You are another Me. I am another You. For that’s what’s so unique about being Human. We are the Same. BECAUSE we are not. We were created equal BECAUSE we were all created different with this raging desire inside of being who we are who we truly are each one of us billions and billions of versions of creatures who can say I am who want to know who I am who want to define it be being just like X and by being dislike Y Unlike the flower, the tree, the fish, the animals, the mountains, the oceans that are what they are, we reflect. We reflect about who we are, We reflect about our world. I reflect about who you are, and I reflect who you are. You reflect who I am. BECAUSE on this or that, we are the same, look the same, feel the same, believe the same. BECAUSE in this or that we are different, look different, feel different, believe different. Billions and billions of reflections billions and billions of versions of being Human. This comes with great responsibility. For we need one thing to bring this raging desire to reality: we need to honour our differences, we need to respect them. From two perspectives, in fact: from the selfish perspective for if I want to truly be me I need the freedom to fully express who I really am so I cannot allow you or another version of the human being to shrink my universe of possibilities. From the altruistic perspective, too. For to define who I am I need you, every single version of you, to fully express who you are in order to reflect in all it’s glory who I am. The more I love who you are the more I love your differences the more I honour you as not me the more I can become who I am the more I can see who I am because you reflect it so well just the way you are. Billions of you. Hence any man, woman or child who endangers the difference of another man, woman or child is in fact destroying a reflection of his or her own uniqueness. Belittle the options you allow another human being, and you belittle your own self and your own glance. That is how we are all connected. Through the most fundamental right of being different. That is how we are all equal. BECAUSE I am not you and you are not me, we are the same. In La’kech Ala K’in An Ode to You. Or should I say: an Ode to Me. Marie-Hélène de Cannière, © 2016

hatred is just that a completely useless and shallow emotion that leads to empty anger and wasted energy hatred is just that its not a tool, its not even useful for DEALING with those of your enemies but it does create enemies hatred behaves much like friction does scientifically, that is, it is the killer of efficiency, it wastes your energy, it creates obstacles, and it stains your life with something so impure and unresponsive that you lose part of what it truly means to be HUMAN hatred is just that a lack of humanity, a variable that is not useful for survival at its most basic level, it kills love and creates the foundation of evil hatred is just that useless, something that wastes energy, creates obstacles, stains your life, takes away your humanity, kills love, endangers your survival, and lays down the foundation of evil- which in turn can make yourself into an obstacle for others who only love. And love conquers all so if you hate what do you think is going to happen?

hatred is just that
It begins with a soft bite That quickly forms into a leech Beseeching my thoughts... Controlling my speech.. Preaching important matters Carrying potential to teach All their essential condescending Never-endings out of reach Yet the pitfall arrives When I choose to listen With sighs and ghosted thoughts The result of some or other condition Bolstering a vision with apt precision When every remission indicates The necessary revision Envy stifles a stern conviction Jealousy trifles within final prediction Anger endangers calm Making strangers within this perdition Bring it all in as I wriggle and writhe Because I am to blame For all of my pride ...It stays inside As soon as my cards were shown I decided to fold. I can't keep this under control while I'm so vulnerable. Yet another rapport thrown in the fire and tossed out the door... And I'm so **** gullible. I watch this bridge burn from a distance before it will mend. Yet again the result of desiring you- More than a friend

It Stays Inside
Do you ever get that feeling? The one that you can't explain? Engulfing you, consuming you? The feeling of happiness It is what everyone strives for This is what I want for you Even if it endangers me Even if it hurts my feelings The best is what you deserve I can't help my feelings towards you But I can help how I deal Emotions are tricky business If you ignore them they grow If you feed them they will **** I cannot help how I feel But happiness is something that.... I would like to share with you.

Happiness
Hakuna Matata, It means no worries Hakuna Matata, Aligns many stories. You and me, Was my favorite 'We' For by distance Strengthen in hope and assurance Hakuna Matata My love, I'll remain This shouts only for thy name. For worry endangers you less, Cause I stood with loving you best. I love you Hakuna Matata, My heart with yours only to rest
