What a wonderful view to see The flowers and the trees in serenity The people and animals strive for prosperity For peace, mans’ natures’ unity All united for every body’s equity.  A creation of such wonder and beauty The birds’ one and only sanctuary A product of God’s power of infinity There’s no other majestic than a tree. It stood so still and tall Its rustling leaves gave a melodious song Like a lullaby from far home That someone would always long. But now, man is blinded by treasures and selfish thoughts, And forgot the tree’s such true and noble worth He destroyed nature and the idea of balance he seems to abort He thought that maybe with treasures he will go forth, But never for if Mother Nature revenge he will be caught. Buildings, computers and other inventions These were the things which caught mans’ attention Trees and animals suffered from mans continuous exploitation Nature provided everything, so why can’t man give a little appreciation Cut here, chopped there, cut here, chopped there What a pity the fate of the trees were The forest was swept off, hectare by hectare, What a fool man was to think he will prosper, When the joy he felt now tomorrow will differ. Deforestation and pollution product of man’s wrong action Reforestation and sanitation, why don’t we practice these act of affection Why destroy nature, for mans upcoming destruction? Why don’t we love God creation for a better nation? Flood storm and fire, a taste of revenge from nature Catastrophes or calamities that strike and torture These will all happen if nature is not given cure A sign that doom will fall and it will be sure. Soon people will suffer without pity And nature’s answer will never be mercy For if man continues to destroy the tree Then it will be the end of the story But it’s never too late for us people to change Plant a tree and be aware For today’s, tomorrow’s, children’s sake Save the tree, Save the Nature, Save the Earth.

Inside the great big global village not everything is rosy even a cat knows it a leaf can sniff it. The Moon shines not in every night nor God promised always a blue sky. Still the roses bloom Cinderella has the lot the reasons to groom. The richest among the folks turns philanthropist in the globe. The wisest among the men celebrate the era for it’s the civilisation at its peak. Hooray what now triumphs at last is the wisdom and humanity! Really? O please tell me? Not very far, nor for much, just because some differ in faith mothers and fathers left in pain. Not because they are to lose Rohingyan sun nor the land beneath their feet but in no time their sons and daughters can be put to death into fire that too before their eyes before the silent established world!

Cries of the Innocents (Rohingya)
There are five widely known senses. Sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste. We've got some minor ones as well, such as balance, temperature and many more. However, people fail to realise that there's also the sixth major sense. Thoughts themselves.    If we look closely, all these five senses have the same base. Specified cells in eye react to energy of light, cells of ear recieve energy in form of air's vibrations, skin cells pick up energy of mechanical changes, and so tasting and hearing depend on translation of certain substances' chemical energy.    These cells in different organs differ in their structure and the way they appear, however, if we stop looking at them in such small scale, we can see that ALL of the cells or organs responsible for any sense translate the energy.    So, a light enters the eye, certain wavelenght of certain energy stimulates the eye's rod or cone cells with a certain intensity. Then the energy of light is translated to energy of electrical impulse, which goes straight to the brain, creating the sensation of sight.    If it comes to smell, a certain particle enters the nose, binds to a smell receptor cell, and the chemical energy of this particle is, again, translated to energy of electrical impulse, which goes straight to the brain, creating the sensation of smell.    Now, let's move to the crucial part. The sense of thoughts.    During the creation of thought, pathways in our brain that collect memories(and many more known or unknown pathways) connect. First, there's this spark of electricity, that moves all along the neuron and releases a dose of neurotransmitters(amount of different NTs is equiavlent to strength of this spark, basically resulting in "creating" various thoughts). Then, chemical energy of NEUROTRANSMITTER is translated to energy of electrical impulse, which happens in the brain, creating the sensation of thought.    Therefore the 'sense of thoughts' reacts to and is stimulated by neurotransmitters themselves, with receptors on neurons' membrane being receptors of the stimulus. So, kind of like smell, the stimulus is chemical, compared to sight, where it's electromagnetic wave; anyways the result in all of these is electric impulse in neurons (hence the idea of "thoughts" as a sense, due to the same basic layout; transfer of energy).    The 'smell particle' connects to receptor and is translated to a certain amount of neurotransmitters/certain strenght of neuronal impulse. SO, again, we can see that when the first outer layer of this communication is cut off, we're left only with the neurotransmitters and impulses themselves. Anyway, the transduction of energy remains.    If it comes to "sense of thoughts" the receptor lies within us, whereas in sight or smell or touch it's external. However, does it matter if it's on the surface of skin or under it if it all comes down to neurons of our brain?    When you lie in a dark, silent room, without any external stimuli, you still retain your thoughts, colorful, vivid or complex. All the magic of the brain - still happens. So, how isn't it a separate, full-fledged sense?

Thoughts#22 ; Senses

It is difficult to be a man, For I am not a typical one. It is hard for me to go on, There’s a secret that pulls me. I loathe when my memories strike, They hit emotionally with might. I struggle so much to survive, In a world so deaf towards my cries. I look at a He and my heart convulses, For I recall a He who gave me kisses. I was young, forced and naïve, I fought but He was much stronger. Society might tell that I’m gay, For I let a man violated me in a way. But I’m not a ***** and I’m sure, I play a role for which others envy. When I was a teen I met her, I admired her even if she’s older. I was then shy and very timid, With mental and emotional scars. I thought of her as a dear friend, Then she turned to be my worst fiend. One instance she forced herself on me, And used things that hurt me so. A girl’s tactics differ from the stronger *** Tears she used first and blackmail next. She was cunning, sly and very clever, She stole my pride and my dignity. My fears now mixed with anger, My determinations got bolder. I still cry and sometimes get lonely, Like any other victim I want to fight. I can not shout to the whole nations, For societies will scorn at my declamation. Both sexes forgot that I have feelings too, I am also made of flesh, bones and spirit. I am not proud of what I become, Within me clouding reasons try to calm. My desire is to win this battle to the end, I am capable of vulnerability like any human. But where does my right begin? This universe has compassion for women. The likes of me are expected to be steel made, Yet I have feelings too for I am just a man.

WIFE and servant are the same, But only differ in the name : For when that fatal knot is ty'd, Which nothing, nothing can divide : When she the word obey has said, And man by law supreme has made, Then all that's kind is laid aside, And nothing left but state and pride : Fierce as an eastern prince he grows, And all his innate rigour shows : Then but to look, to laugh, or speak, Will the nuptial contract break. Like mutes, she signs alone must make, And never any freedom take : But still be govern'd by a nod, And fear her husband as a God : Him still must serve, him still obey, And nothing act, and nothing say, But what her haughty lord thinks fit, Who with the power, has all the wit. Then shun, oh ! shun that wretched state, And all the fawning flatt'rers hate : Value yourselves, and men despise : You must be proud, if you'll be wise.

I  just don't understand why so many Guitarists, and moreover Musicians, so disdain drop tunings; Just because that technique may well differ from yours does not necessarily mean either is inherently inferior.

Stylistic Diversity [Drop Tuning]
there is no value in a poem that reads ____________________ ____________________ ____________________ M M l i f e s u c k s x x x n o p o e m i g o t just nerve; crap bs, a denial of craft seek the intelligent intelligible, kiss the sensational thrill that emotion harvests with resonating tenses that beg our brains to differ, sense this claims, there is no value in no words is a hoax cloaked as art by the weak, make thy metaphors metastasize, my every cell, a preposition, preposterous and precious and comforting in their privations and provocations speak to us in alpha and line our eyes wide, with pictures at an exhibition of a faun immobile and beauteous let me hang on every word of yours and let it be the raft that sees me happily unsafe home take your bs line poem   shove it down your silent voice this is not avant garde; this is insulting p.s.  write me a smile and all will be_______________.

I am no longer a Roman, Though my nose would differ. I'm not Viking, But my descendants have blonde and red hair. I am a beneficiary of the dark ages, The scriptoriums and monasteries That brought the Greeks and Romans to life. I am not Gael, though my eyes smile When I hear the harp and pipes. Neither am I Saxon nor Norman, Victorious or defeated. I, we, have metamorphized, Casted of the moulted casement, Spread dry wings and lifted, Carried on fresh winds To new worlds To read, write, fish and hunt, And I have gathered My lineage, Framed it in genetics on my wall, To point at in fond remembrance Of what I once was.

We Have Changed
We are all equal Our bodies may differ As may our minds And some may be more complicated Than the creation of the universe alone But let me say this You too are different So is the next man or woman All with individual faults All with secrets as big as yours And all following their own path For difference unites us Difference move us on And though it may be hard to accept The next annoying being who crosses your path Just think Who do you annoy? For that makes you equal To that person who pokes you To the person who is immature To the person who you think the worst We are all equal...

We are all equal
Its in my blood In my veins In my brain Feels good to feel insane Feels good to feel laughter For once. Its in my heart. Those pills i once popped. Those who i once trusted, betrayed. Couldn't pay em bills Couldn't feel sane again. Didn't wanna repeat the same mistakes as those who couldn't get home before 1. Mama told me i wasnt made for that life. I begged to differ. Now im indifferent. Couldn't tell who was better. The society i was being dragged into or the family who said they would stay. Liquor drowned me People crowded me Knowledge left my senses.

In my blood
We are each our own moon. Charismatic souls reflecting sunlight, As if to illuminate a room, We glow against black, void; an endless night. Like a caterpillar to a butterfly, emerging from a tight knit cocoon, Spreading each wing, confidently slicing the evening air…taking flight. Or even a flower freshly bloomed on a midsummer’s afternoon. The moon: a flower, silently smiling despite the plight. Aside from what each day shuffles in; each night simmers out No matter how often we feel we have lost ourselves… Or leave way to fill our heads with doubt. With recurring assumptions of a worldwide redemption:omnipotent stealth. Needn't some take longer than others to sprout? Staring blankly into a mirror, or a moonless night sky: hungry for answers, yet facing an empty shelf. However, that doesn't infer we embark on a divergent route. Simply due to lack of clarity, lack of reasoning behind each card dealt. With that in mind, Just as the moon, true colors may dwindle…they may fade, yet in essence are always there. Even on a cloudy day, or when the sunshine is at its peak…and just as well for the blind. Full moon, half moon, new moon…waxing, waning: dynamic phases the night sky shares. Moon phases;moody faces…natures way of emphasizing personality defined. Notwithstanding the dark side, each moon may wear. Like a guilty pleasure manifesting in a secret shrine, We all suppress a certain side; to pompous to face reality genuinely bare. Fragments of our faces may always be hidden, But there’s one thing that will never absorb into the eclipse: emotion. Some figure each phase, each wave of vibes … simply fate already written. Devils advocate begs to differ… let your mind emit all distraction and harmonize with the ocean. Effervescent rays, warm barrels in which emotions, old and new, have ridden. Chaotically contradicting thoughts, pulling and pushing, creating the paradox of serene commotion. A world of words from each moon face: a beautiful encryption. We are each our own moon, written in the waves, compelled by life’s devotion.

People ask me what it’s like to find women sexually attractive Often I’m an outcast for liking the same *** But in the lesbian world I’m an outcast for liking men too It’s confusing really There is no way to explain the way women are And why they are so appealing to me Not only is their outside appearance alluring and beautiful But their insides are vulnerable, broken, and insecure I like that, seeing a women shattered because of society I like the honesty that encloses them in a blanket of insecurity Men on the other hand Well, they are strong and handsome on the outside And a bit more emotional than you’d expect on the inside There really isn’t a reason why I’m attracted to both sexes I just am, I was born this way I suppose I say I suppose because I am not quite sure how the whole human nature and sexuality thing works Men and women are both appealing Their minds differ so much that I crave both Call me selfish; Because I am I crave to know human nature in any form it comes Man or woman, I will not judge

Sexuality
What has become of us Amidst the hustle and bustle of city life When did evolution condone us to regress into a state Of uncalculated caucus As we meander our way through the rapids of life Rapid Is hardly a best-fit descriptor For we are past the point of speed We mill around like headless horses Buzzing bees Stinging roaches Fallen leaves Roaring lions Try to lead But fail Like cottons fighting breeze Is this all we are? Is this what we were made for? To quickly climb the climb And await the graceless fall Parachutes prepared for praise But our pride prevents and prevails Till the day I climb the ladder Shall I not attempt to see What the view at the top might be like I fear it enthralls me But then reality strikes like a maddening blaze And suddenly I see That I'm well on my way up the hill As I swing from bridge to bridge Is this the way to live? Uncautious steps with kleptomaniac ease As we take what we desire From our capitalistic divider Though we hate to be the same Not at all do we differ Are we not all blinded mice With a tetra-human vice Spiders apt at spinning lies Banking life on Friday highs All around me boring beasts Lost to whims, to say the least What I fear most is the day I give in and join the race Is the day I eat my heart out Just to enjoy the highest gaze Till then here trapped in the zoo Enclosure encasing truth Finding fault with every human till the day I conform too

I KNEW OF A NATION, NIGERIA
You can’t smell it anymore, static cuts out the radio, it’s the new aftertaste in water. & the smell of someone’s house you’re visiting for the first time, Gawking at old buildings, hearing syllables differ- ntly, speaking the same, different, words heard A new kind of music and the scent of childhood You think you could stay here, escape You feel your soul change, and your heart beats stronger There is nothing to fear. There is nothing ***** here. How the thunder and lightening give you a new but old kind of fear but the rain washes everything the same.

Green Grass
There are times where I feel lost, And even through lenses life's still a blur. In this life even feelings come at a cost, Even though there are people who would beg to differ. Life always pushes us down to the ground So we can feel the pain, But it's our job to rebound And reap our gain. I say to hell with what they think, They cannot define me. I won't be pushed to the brink Waiting to fall into the deep. I just want to believe in who I can be Without leaving the real me.

The Real Me
Opposites I say love, You say hate, I say curve. you say straight. I say yes, you say no, I say stay, you say go. We agree to disagree, to my heart, you hold the key. We both beg to differ, seeing you makes it stiffer. I say pizza, you say salad, I say rock, you say ballad. I say front, you say back, I say tic, you say tac. I say you, you say me, I say pay, you say free. Sometimes opposites do attract, all depending on the chemistry contact. Nothing will ever tear us apart, we have a title for the last **** I say please, you say beg, I say breast, you say leg. I say *** you say **** I say three-way, you say group. Took forever to find each other, almost gave up on the love buzzer. Our love is so very strong, we both have the favorite song. I say food, you say drink, I say Halestorm, you say Pink. I say metal, you say alternative, I say positive, you say negative. I say blue, you say red, I say single, you say wed. Nobody said love was easy, it can make you sick and queasy. We love each other no matter what, butterflies fill up our empty gut. I say naked, you say clothes, I say fate, you say chose. I say car, you say truck, I say *** you say **** Love comes in mysterious ways, this is real, not a phase. Our love is happily ever after, the key is a nice ***** and some laughter.

The ties that bind us are the very ones that separate us. We have shared a lot of things in common; And yet most of those common things put a barrier between us. We have laughed at the same jokes, Danced to the same drums, Rejoiced to similar songs, And sang in similar tunes; The ties that bind us together. And yet our differences are always ever apparent. For as I laugh with tears in my eyes, You laugh with your teeth, Hiding the very emotion that binds us from the world to see; As I dance to the budima drums, You dance to the drum beats of the kuomboka, Having the sound that binds us, separate us by how its produced. I dance to ching’ande and you dance to mfukutu, Excusing the world from seeing our similar steps. Oh, the ties that bind us. I sang Jesus loves me when you sang give me the bible; Spreading your words in Bemba as I spread mine in Tonga. How the ties that bind us are so quick to separate us. Wow, I say to myself as I look at you standing right in front of me. The bonds of our ties grow stronger as we grow older, And yet weaker with the passage of time; We share from the same vein, bound by blood forever; And yet the differences in the ******* that provided for us separate us. We come from the same womb, And yet the little differences in the arrangement of our protein molecules make us different. Indeed the ties that bind us. Our mother rejoices in calling us all her children; And yet the men that take pride in us differ. Our father sings songs of the products of his manhood; And yet the women that sing along with him sing differently. He is the tie that binds; And he the one that separates us.

You are like me, I am like you, we differ, but relate too. You're so much like me, like the brother I never had, but when I realize the true feeling the butterflies never end.

Love
We the citizens, who live as refugees, We keep earning & see if our life is turning, To the price rise, we lose savings, Still we remain rock-bottom in standard of living. We belong to the middle class, Whose life always a breakable thin glass. Our life remains completely unsettle, Every second, life tests our mettle. Life chases us with pressure, failure and useless lecture, We are nurtured with a fear of future, Happiness remains just a leisure, Live with the unsecure & unsure present for a secure future. We keep us busy and function, We fear, when there arrives a function, Towards happiness, we run as a pilgrim, For the corporates, we become a mere victim. We run like an athlete for salary, food and target, For this globalized world, we are just a market, Like hungry dogs, we wait for increments, We keep running with bitter disappointments. We live in own house, only in our dreams, Our hearts cry with hopeless screams, Failures remain our tutors, Inability has turned us the irrecoverable debtors. Our appearance has a rich look, We have untold hidden burdens, That keep us shook, Keeps us forbidden and fear-ridden. Low class think us rich, High class always want us to be their ***** Politically neglected by the rulers, Economically exploited by the rich powers. We exhaust ourself for subsistence, We remain victorious and satisfied only in our existence, We lose our life to sustain in competence, We run our life with a mere persistence. More than the high class and low class, we suffer, Our lives never progressed as governments differ, All see low class with empathy and sympathy, To our difficulties, we are looked with apathy. On rich, we are not jealous, Towards our aim, we are zealous. Never think we are nothing, We truly have nothing to lose. We take risks to make history, Our path is nothing less than a mystery, You never allow us to come up, But we are not going to give up. Hello High class, Never pretend to live like us, to exploit us, Gone are the days, we remained fools, You will stand a day as the super intelligent fools. Before, we are hungry for food, Now, we are hungry to rule, Before, we feared to live, Now, we are ready to win the world. We are nothing! We are nothing We have nothing to lose! We won’t stop until having nothing could do nothing to us.

By the soul and it's order and porportion given to it Inspired by it's wickness and righteousness each spirit strives for it's own clear goal, wether that be nihilistic in some eyes, or of great worth to others, each soul has been brought with the greatest of purity at its time of birth. Corrupting it is as simple as purifying it, but the evil, shades, seduces tempts and leads astray to which a soul poorly responds. Desires, wishes, hopes and dreams of them differ in many unique, fantastic or irritational, preculiar and dark. However, each spirit of a living being shares one similarity, It is, as simple as it may appear, just the wish and dream to live a life in carefree attitudes and a happy manner. Of course, wealth too is amongst those shared desires, but this world is cruel, brutal and shows no mercy as others have too much and others have almost none at all. Oh you of humble birth, patience, tollerance, compassion, love are making this world a better place. So give from your wealth and purify your soul by such, in the remembrance of the poor, oppressed, depressed, abused, starving human beings, whom could at least have it a little better. And each soul runs on a clear course, determined to meet it's fate when the sunset of its life has arrived and death becomes a cover. ~ Umi
