"curles" poems
I dream’d this mortal part of mine
Was Metamorphoz’d to a Vine;
Which crawling one and every way,
Enthrall’d my dainty Lucia.
Me thought, her long small legs & thighs
I with my Tendrils did surprize;
Her Belly, Buttocks, and her Waste
By my soft Nerv’lits were embrac’d:
About her head I writhing hung,
And with rich clusters (hid among
The leaves) her temples I behung:
So that my Lucia seem’d to me
Young Bacchus ravished by his tree.
My curles about her neck did craule,
And armes and hands they did enthrall:
So that she could not freely stir,
(All parts there made one prisoner.)
But when I crept with leaves to hide
Those parts, which maids keep unespy’d,
Such fleeting pleasures there I took,
That with the fancie I awook;
And found (Ah me!) this flesh of mine
More like a Stock then like a Vine.

I thank God for
The curles and curves
I see.
A bend of rainbow
In the sky
After a heavy rain
Paints a curve
On one chubby little cheeks
A smile that makes a day.

Don't breathe
If you breathe
He will hear you
He will find you
And you will die.
You see him
Through the slits in your door
And he sees you
But still you hold your breath.
He calls out your name
His voice soft
Inticing
He says that he gives up
Like this is some sort of cruel game of hide and seek.
Your lungs burn from lack of air
Your body aches
Tears fall silently from your eyes
Don't make a sound.
Without warning the door slams open
You see his dark eyes filled with
Anger
Hate
Love
His mouth curles up into a smile
"Hello Sunshine."

He was like
the most alluring
& complicated ,
street talking,
sweet rugged man
I had ever seen. A
drifting mess,
and tangled curles.
And all I wanted in life
in that very moment
was to catch his eye
and dance the wolf
I was.. and undo his shirt.
