"clueless" poems
In That Moonlit Night Standing In The Abaft, Watching The Towed Flaccid Wooden Raft, I Thought That I Saw An Angel Resting, Lying Exhausted There In That Craft. I Call The Girl Out Unbeknownst Of Her Kind Name, "Hey Young Lady!!" To Which She Didn't Much Respond, She Looked Up Towards Me Once In Anguish & Collapsed, I See Desperation In Her Amber Eyes & Resolve To Help Her. The Crewmen Had Now Been Doing The Paddles After Resting, I Summon My Captain & Ask, "Do You See That Girl In The Raft?" The Senile Captain Smiles To Say, "Commodore, Better Get Married," I Look Just Clueless To Which He Simply Replies, "There Is No Girl." True He Was As She Had Simply Disappeared, I Started Thinking Of My Sleep Needs That Day, I Looked Around Again In A Hope To Find The Girl, I Had Compromised My Routine As The Commodore. Then I Immediately Realized It Was My Wild Phantasm, Now This Was Just A Plain Illusion Of A Tired Sailor's Mind, No Mermaids Could Have Ever Existed In Reality & Were Fake, I Turned Towards The Deck To Go Back To My Bunk For Sleeping. As I Climbed Down The Stairs To Enter My Room Amazed & Dazed, I Saw Her Standing And Waiting For Me By The Side Of My Bunk, I Accepted That Delusion Of My Mind & Started To Lie Down, She Said, "I'm As Real As Your Thoughts, Don't Fear Me." She & I-Me & Her, Had The Best Time That Night, In The Morning She Was Gone & Was Just Gone, Disappeared Into Thin Air While I Was Asleep, Each Day I So Dearly Long For Her To Return.

so it is, so it be. life granted me a boon, come to me, the honey. not the merest of coating, but a power enrichened, capable of driving out the slow acting, daily killing, poisonous venom. makeover, coverup of tears of ancient marriage-madness, black swan hate disguise, her lies, venom injection of coffee blood staining love pretense, now just scar tracks  for a new boulevard. the slow pour,  the golden russian amber intertwined tones, tongue tasted, inside me now, revealed in slow exiting, beauteous, mellifluous tears. you dance with the stars, I watch you watching, clueless that my thee-flavored tears, dance and pour down my face. destitute, nearer my God than thee, god blessed this child's life, love gifted from sweet bees, late in life, flew from my computer screen and sonnet-stung me with antidotes of love n' honey...

amor et melle et felle est fecundissimus - love is rich, with both honey and venom (July 2013)
i love you so dearly but you are dying me blue from the tips of my toes to the tears you make me cry i know you’re too clueless to understand the emotions of a hopeless romantic like me but i hope you can understand one day that i am doing this because i love you too much. for so long i never understood why people left the ones they loved “Why do such a silly thing to yourself?” I would ask the stars accompanying venus but now i understand that the silly thing would be to stay because as much as i love you i need to love me too. so for now i’ll sail my ship far away and maybe one day you’ll grow up as i did and love me as a love you. and it pains me to say this this pain is like no other i would rather take a bullet straight through my head but we all have to make sacrifices and so now i will take a bullet straight through my heart goodbye. ~ you know who you are. i love you too much to stay. i hope you can forgive me but for now let me forgive myself.~

goodbye
If you're looking up at the sky tonight Know, that you can surely win your fight. If you're staring at the vast night above Know, that you can make it, that you are loved. If you're walking in the dark, guided by stars Know, your destination is never too far. If you only see lies, searching for what is true, Know that I'm just as clueless, looking up, with you.

Can you feel all the suffering, can you see it? Stop embracing the hate of your own humanity, just quit it Why all the hypocrisy? Challenge your democracy Aim for enlightenment Fight against all ill torment Oppression, alienation, inequality The government's manipulative utilities Explore your human aptitude Your mind and your magnitude Because passion is power and You can make all evil cower Work to open your third eye Don't cry or comply, but rather ask "why?" Empathy and compassion are most important Without them, moral principles remain impotent Our world is nothing compared to the entire universe We are so small, egoistic, and it's getting worse Focused on all of the wrongs ideals Creating terrible and false ordeals Our world is cruel and mean Too many people die hungry There's no such thing as equality or true justice It does not exist in this realm of consciousness If only we could shift the system and our ways Then things would continue to fall into place But change is virtually unachievable Especially when entities with just intents are inconceivable Human beings are clueless, trapped in a trance Don't let yourself fall victim to your ignorance You need to expand your knowledge and your perspective Aim to be more pensive and introspective Challenge absolutely everything you are told Form your own beliefs, don't let your mind be controlled Remove yourself from conformity and complacency And you'll realize a multitude of problems, that I guarantee *You can't trust anything
 Hear what I'm saying
 No you cant trust anything
Believing is damaging
Creating is everything, it's promising Stop adhering to societal norms
 Why do you conform
 To all that
 The government tells us
All that society spells for us Why don't you realize
Wake up from all the lies
The world is an intricate place, that you can't replace
But you can change your ways and your pace
Create some displacement in the system Stand up your rights
 And what you believe in
 Be genuine
Imagine
Not one person, thing, or system
Can tell us, control us, conform us* With enough minds open and motivated We can help those oppressed and alienated We can change this race for the better Let's all work to be that kind of trendsetter Come on, let's start a movement So we can see some real improvement In our world, our ways, and our wisdom But most importantly in the system

You With your words The Knife. You. Me Knowing and not knowing, Afraid and clueless. Me. Us A thing that used to be, The dust on the mantle. Us. We Will never be the same The blood that was spilled across the floor. We. This crime scene filled with pain and sorrow and regret.  The murderer and the victim one in the same—but also separate.  Two hearts that both dance to the same miserable song.

You, Me, Us, We
Even the idea was worthy of a fight and all too much preparation. We dolled ourselves up for alienation, even though the faces present were so familiar and etched into memory. Who are you Mr.Cool? If that is your real name. Whiskey breath and filterless smokes only impresses the girls in the movies, with scripts written by clueless men like you, who can't supply injury so they bring only insult. You are a secretary bird, a mime, and the copycat kid. Trying to be a bad boy and hide amongst the spoiled brats you claim. Keep on burrowing and severing ties, ravishing resources leads to ruin. You say you've heard rumors? Well, I've heard facts. I've seen facts! Your parasitic disguise will crumble under the weight of your genuinely selfish persona. While the company I keep will only know the side you wished to reveal in front of all the pretty boys and girls.

Party Night (Rumors)
I used to smile all the time, all day and to everyone. Along the path of my painful and difficult experiences I lost my smile I have left segments of my smile in people’s lives People who do not care to bring it back Can I blame though? I let them take it I let them take my smile Their wear my smile on their faces as if it’s their own while I walk around without one I have to make a new smile It’s hard to because I was so used to the one I had It was filled with genuine innocence, joy and life Love, hope and faith Yet now I wear a mask to cover up the non-existent smile I have I listen to music to find my smile but I find pieces of myself rather in every song that I listen to So I have lost my smile and myself I don’t know who I am anymore They took myself away from me If I had opened my mouth and said something when I had the chance to I’d have my smile and be myself But here I am writing this poem, tears swelling in my eyes My hands are cold and stiff It’s hard to write about how I lost my smile Will I ever get it back? Time is going, the clock is ticking and days are passing I am getting older and wiser yet I still have not my smile Dear Little Child: Do not let them take away your smile and innocence. You won’t know any better but because I have been in your shoes once upon a time I am asking you to not let them take away your life. For those are your most vulnerable and precious years and not everyone lived those years so they always want to deprive the innocent and clueless of their own years. If someone had warned me like I have warned you I would’ve lived to see your sinless face. Do not let them tell you otherwise, be who you are, be happy, live joyfully and most importantly do not them take away your smile for once it is taken you can never get it back again.

I really am an excellent liar But I can't seem to convince myself That I'm no longer interested In your quickening heartbeat Or the taste of your tongue Or how your mind works When you're trying to fall asleep At night. I can't decide If you're careless Or clueless But it drives me insane Knowing that you're laying down All alone.

How do I hate thee? I cannot count the ways. That you are a clueless, narcissistic proto-fascist Are words so true They make me rue That I’d not the durst To use them first. But here are a few That well may be new To vilipend you. You move limacine-like Into the nasty netherworld Of our national nuttiness Spinning whigmaleeries That you prompt gailliardese Among those not yet dead of brain. You are a ********* a blatherskite, And a fanforan. So How do I hate thee? With the breath, Smiles, tears, Of all my life, And if Fate choose, I shall but hate thee greater After death. - Dan Wick

My gender can change at the flip of a switch They say it's impossible They say it's just a glitch They ask if I'm male, female or non-binary I'm all three I'll tell them finally that's when They start to frown and look at me like I'm a clown "you can't have all three you must choose one!" "the science doesn't support it, *** how do you explain it then when my gender decides to flip again when I go from someone who loves herself to someone who can't look at himself when I can't stand to be either gender I refuse to stand by and be a pretender Is it too much to ask for you to respect me? To let me be myself, to let me be free? To ask me what my pronouns are when you see me at a bar? my gender is mine you will not correct it you will not make me feel like a misfit because I know who I am, what I am there is no right answer to this exam my gender is fluid don't act like you're clueless because I don't fit in a neat little box I don't care if you think its a paradox because you don't get a say in who I am today I'm not nonbinary I'm not trans I'm fluid

You help me to recover in the state of confussion In a room of uncertainty where things are all in blurry The million thoughts in my mind You gave me a reason to pour it down and inked it. You'd shown me how clueless it will be if it is left stored Maybe your touch told me to break the barriers Because i read in your eyes a classic story That made me realize that I can still made the most meaningful form of poetry. You clean up the mess. You've touched my heart through a very small spark, Just as a flower blosoms after the winter And the ship settle after the storm.

Touch of an Anchor
There’s no other choice but to wear them, The drawer offered nothing but these. An odd pair of socks might be quirky, Odd sizes don’t normally please. The one at my ankle was spotted, The other was striped to the knee The latter two sizes the smaller, The former quite large by degree. This mismatch I thought to keep secret And cover the dissonant pair. I chose from the wardrobe some trousers And shoes, with considerable care. My ruse would conceal the divergence From prescribed social standards of dress And none would be any the wiser My discomfort I’d have to suppress. Now, it’s harder to mask discomposure When physical pain has attacked. The small sock had cramped my toes tightly That blood didn’t flow, was a fact. My colleagues regarded me strangely For they could see nothing amiss But I could feel cold perspiration, Anxiety I couldn’t dismiss. It was then that I felt a strange itching, The striped sock began to descend And round my right ankle it wrinkled And bulged at the trouser leg end. Dismayed at my great consternation But clueless to what was awry My friends made comforting gestures Need of which I could only deny. The moral of this story’s transparent Socks are always best worn as a pair Their nature is in the relationship Which provides a well-balanced air. And take the trouble to remember Be congruent in all that you do For disparity will often bring discord And that path, you’ll certainly rue.

A fueling, flashing fulgent, furnace, fulgurous, frothy, fumes and feathery flakes, I do not speak of waves of snow, hoary frost, or ice, a cold gelare or even frozen lakes! Formidable, furrows, fructifying, functioning fruition to foremost fondly found a flaming, I revel not in such destruction but choices for my naming! The voices in my head, brought me to this place A gloomy surrounding, everything looking lifeless and sad I question myself, “Why am I here?” But as I look ahead, I see a beautiful mountain; covered in fluffy snow, Almost looking like the clouds. Now, I am yearning to see the mountain up close, But how do I get to see the best view? With no one around, not even animals Who do I go for, for advice? I continue to look and walk around, Still clueless, not sure what has drawn me to go on this journey “It’s only a mountain,” I tell myself. Trying to figure out where the voices in my head came from My mind is blocked Can’t think straight or See clearly Everything is a blur. Could this possibly be a dream? I continue on with this journey Trying my best to find a way to get to the snowy mountains Tired and lifeless, I pass out in the middle of nowhere Flashbacks start to come You were the voice in my head Your harsh words, Harsh words that brought me into this dark place Left me feeling helpless and burdened I get up and try to find a way out Here I am standing, standing where I began Looking at the mountain, From where I’m standing, I question myself: “Which way do I go?” There’s the stream A stream that’s aligned with the mountain And the mountains with a path cleared out Directing me to the snowy mountain. The voices in my head Preventing me from moving forward, Drowning me with sadness. The longer I’m here, The more it overwhelms me I’ve got to get out of here.

Doves Cry
What can I tell you About how I feel? I can express that I'm aware of each one of my emotions.. And that I know I need to heal. I can tell you exactly where they came from And what exactly caused them. I can describe the unbearable pain they've given And that I'm working to resolve them I can explain in the most specific and descriptive ways How hard it is to face these emotions, Each and every day. I can weave my words on how I feel, In ways no one else can say Just to make you comprehend the stress That my mind and body pays I’m a thousand miles from my own words But the first to understand It's like I'm fixing you a puzzle, But the pieces are too far from my reaching hand. It's like I'm writing you a story, But run out of ink to write the end. It's like I'm without a paintbrush While I paint an image in your head So although I'm self-aware Of every emotion that I've expressed.. I'd rather be completely clueless, And unaware instead. Even though I can explain my emotions Down to the finite and specifics, Even though I can admit that I know That I've become undone and feel unfinished.. this entire time I know you’ve tried But there's a point that you've been missing. I want so badly to feel completed But the tools required ...are non-existent.

Lost in Translation
"silence is worse; all truths that are kept silent become poisonous.”friedrich nietzsche like poking the hornet's nest with a stick, you are a rose with stems and thorns so thick, your skin is protection from oppression, keeping the world out of your private channels like i'm AM and you're FM all of which are static with distorted voices only science can pry through your enigmatic cacophony on a molecular level, and any evidence of who you are, i couldn't find with years of knowledge, a indestructible ship could speak more evidence about why it was annihilated, obliterated, disintegrated under the ocean for months at a time without any current survivors, and the last person i could be described as would be Sherlock Holmes every detail washes over my head like a flood of details that can't enter because a force field surround my head like it's a crown being so clueless, but it feels like i'm wearing a dunce hat and maybe i do realize that there will be a position where you will be put out into light there is no way out of your mind, like a schizophrenic, if kryptonite killed superman, can it **** the infectious virus spreading like wildfire through these veins, can you stop worrying about when you will finally break down and open up to someone? **** - kra

his smiling self, walked through the hotel door, and greeted his new, innocent lover who is clueless about his greedy intentions. she smiles at him, as she looks behind his back, to find another expensive gold necklace that will soon be around her bruised neck. she is still unaware of his real character, and who is the man behind that facade of sophistication. but, just like the others, he is just another greedy man with a pile of money, looking for some fun.

Girl. the word that separates and complicates making each of us, less equal I’m a girl and rarely   have I ever been treated fairly. We are all human and should be treated as one. So why am I not allowed to kick the ball and run? Just like a white crayon you think I useless. But you’re just really clueless, because I CAN. yet at the same time I can’t, since the men are on top you see high above any other don’t take it as a bother being  below and under and where we will be. Because I’m just a girl,I’m not treated fairly The Overbolded Beauty © 2016

My love is greater than your mistakes Greater than anyone else Greater than what you could give to me... The immense amount of my love bigger than you might have thought deeper than you might have imagined My love is the greatest gift I could give from a sacred heart of mine but you choose to abandon the greatest love of all no words can define Thoughts of you still linger in my mind time is passing by as I keep getting patched as I keep getting hurt as my love shattered into pieces how could I move on? My love is my shadow as I walk away my love will follow and as long as I don't betray my love will not go astray My love is more than valuable more than the hatred I have for you though it tend to crumble like a diamond  in the rough gold in the mud still shining and precious My love has been locked up way too long inside of me leaving me alone and you hold the key getting stuck on my love you make me clueless to either fight or to give up you're always in my heart I wish my love has wings it flies away in the clouds free and easy in every motion finding the right place in someone's heart full of devotion But I still believe that someday, somehow my love will set me free free from you and the glimpse of your shadow slowly fade away eventually....
