"christianity" poems
No accounting for taste. What you dislike and called a waste is what I like. You call cheese, honey I called it bitter pill. You prefer a monkey while chimp makes me chill. You like worshipping sun I love worshipping God It really fun you called mine odd. I lived in tradition You lived in modernity But in addition I lived in christianity. You urged me to study biology I urged you to learn Shakespeare You want me to live by astrology Let poetry be your spear. You prefer winter that is your choice Mine is summer when I'll rejoice. When you lay on your bunk, you hear the music, rock but I listen to punk who should be given a sock? You love a black lady with long dark hair I love a white baby to be my heir. You desire democracy as system of your government I desire theocracy it had the best management. Let us be a union Let there be chaste Let's tolerate each one's opinion for no accounting for taste.

Religion is like wrestling when it was kayfabed The kind of immersive storytelling that is A grade We became trapped In the Walls of Jericho Separated on the map From the fields of marigolds Shinier things catch our eye Like Goldust in the ring Not of Mankind But McMahon's kind We start to see behind the Big Show Until they introduce the Boogeyman Manipulating until progress is slowed All according to plan Jake the Snake offers the apple to Eve And into calamity we are cleaved This was something I never agreed But Christian pushes me to Edge No room in discourse to hedge Swanton bombs fall in cities The Million Dollar Man cracks a smile Unable to feel pity The billions of bodies start to pile And I haven't seen the Hart Foundation in a while These ideas pin us down And we can't kick out We end up indifferently submitting To the Big Boss Man A legacy we're cementing Like the Ku Klux **** I'm from Kentucky Where biology is taught in the context Of where it fits in with Christianity's teachings I wonder how many people this knowledge is reaching When we're trapped in Wrestlemania We cheer for the Undertaker's victory Because we're constantly wrestling with demons Transcendence is only something we can dream of

The beloved country Africana can boast of is Ghana. The manana of Africana black star is Ghana A nation rich in culture and natural pasture. Its nature reflects the creatures’ caricature We are black reflecting our true beauty. And we are packed with captivating ability. The typicality of our nationality brings unity. Who knows whether our safety lies in our variety? This unity amidst our diversity is our reportage. About twenty-four million are surviving in our age. Over sixty ethnic groups and fifty-two major languages. There are hundreds of dialects which are to our advantages. In W/A, Ghana records the highest percentage of Christianity… Yet the modernity of our sanity portrays minds of malignity. But the fraternity of our humanity builds our community. The variety of our morality and privity builds our society Who said Ghana cannot be capaciously superfluous? We have the very illustrious and exuberant resources. The elites and the voracity are harnessing the recourses. The destitute remains poor and the gentry linger the forces Our democratic government is an African paradigm. Our peaceful political regime is of no pantomime. Who of course would help us measure corruption? The whole nation would have tensed up to eruption. If not the gargantuan wayomelogy of the wayometer. Who knows whether the next tool would be attameter? Who wouldn’t love to be a proud Ghanaian to enjoy our hilarious fila and jargons tongue can employ

mackelmore got it focused, and eminem did too, if hip hop can have a tolerance, then why can't you? you say you're against abortion, but what if your child turned out gay? would you change your story? or would you try to drug the love away? pro-life's is what you preach but against gay marriage from a book's depiction? no wonder we are lost, when we think in contradiction... this isn't only a hit to Christianity, it's aimed towards religion, insanity comes to definition when a book make your decisions. we try to preach peace, but peace still hides, when every hateful slur comes with a demon surprise. so many wars over **** like this, when we should all stand up and fight against it. some say it's on oil, but see the bigger picture, internal wars fueled by hatred written in scripture. the essence of the soul is trapped within a cast, maybe we are already in hell but our soul stands center mass, trying to escape with reason by which you just ignore, when you speak without though or a pulse within your core. why does it matter if someone has a lover of the same *** just because you were raised that way, you have to continue this hex? ink written on paper, by the hands of man, over thousands of years, translated again and again. but you're so set in stone on what you believe, that if Jesus himself appeared and proved you wrong, he would get the third degree. set you human thoughts aside for the sake of humanity, and fill your heart will love, respect, and a sense of humility. I'm not anti-Christian, pro-life, or pro-choice. but I am pro-Humanity, Pro-change, and pro-voice.

Excerpts from “Travels with Einstein” by Michael R. Burch for Trump I went to Berlin to learn wisdom from Adolph. The wild spittle flew as he screamed at me, with great conviction: “Please despise me! I look like a Jew!” So I flew off to ’Nam to learn wisdom from tall Yankees who cursed “yellow” foes. “If we lose this small square,” they informed me, earth’s nations will fall, dominoes!” I then sat at Christ’s feet to learn wisdom, but his Book, from its genesis to close, said: “Men can enslave their own brothers!” (I soon noticed he lacked any clothes.) So I traveled to bright Tel Aviv where great scholars with lofty IQs informed me that (since I’m an Arab) I’m unfit to lick dirt from their shoes. At last, done with learning, I stumbled to a well where the waters seemed sweet: the mirage of American “justice.” There I wept a real sea, in defeat. I Tomorrow waits in the dried plant bones splintering balcony karma next to the ****** galatic twilight. Moon poems paralyzing yonder one color chess matches on transcended leather --thigh laughter buried alive in rubble under fifteen cushions of red flesh. Let's go wave our bottom banners undying in the realm of lifetimes and its spontaneous chases. Plethora inhales from one-legged warlords under fragrant wash pillars obstructing the pilgrimage of wrapping my stranger around a blade. The second blameless pantheon of Christianity. II put down the flowers, thought scars from a thirsty delusion that taste the industry instruction deep in meditation spoons that pierce the sides of students. Heaven rains/*angelic ************ on the obscure sail drifting towards the horizon --a mad-religious shape from the bottom banners undying III there isn't even the smallest incense that the earth's door shortens, an attempt in debt to defame the impregnable summer with washroom axes on the grape's night before you and I snap.

We're not allowed to mention Christianity A Muslim man discusses Allah, we can't judge.Black people have pride in themselves, so do white people .We're automatically racist and unaccepting. A man gets hired for a high paying job instead of the women. This is a case  for feminism because it's injustice. A man cheats on his partner, he has hormones.A woman cheats on her man, she's a ***** A woman is ***** she's making it up.A man is ***** no one believes him. A gay person is disliked by a certain individual .It's homophobia, a black man kills someone and the whole race is blamed, a white man kills someone he's just a ****** You say crusty old white men are making decisions about your body.Should he change his race then decide if you can reproduce? I'm eating Sushi and I'm not Asian, it's cultural appropriation and it's  offensive so only Asian people can eat at Asian restaurants? That reminds me of when segregation was going on. We have a right to our opinion but I say something I'm instantly prejudice and you don't want hear it. I made the wrong assumption now I'm a horrible person because you feel that you can monitor my thoughts. You all think that you're all for social justice but it's really going to come back and bite you in the ***

Dear political correctness
if you drill down, past the hair, flesh and bone. into my mind where the ego and id  reside. then turn to the left, and follow the i.q. down the alley, you will find a place. where on thrones of cogitating thoughts, king big questions asked, reigns in conjunction, with, queen yet unanswered. they watch with interest benign, over a field of  an eternal tourney, split roughly down the middle by a chasm quite wide. on one side of the gorge is arrayed, the banners of philosophy. at the vanguard, the epistemological knights; plato, descartes, ferrier, kant, hume, spinoza and bosanquet. the major forces ride beneath the banners, of their schools of thought. followed by the lesser lights, and those, obscure or forgotten, who walk at the rear, carrying the gear and to set the tent poles. as to the other side, that is given to, the seminaries of religion; bhuddism, taoism, islam, hindu, juche, rastafarian, sikh, diasporic, parsis, tenrikyo, judaism and christianity with all its clans. they array themselves in cadres, according to belief. and to the rear, there rides, an interesting guerilla band, of intertestemantals, about 3 or 4 hundred years wide. these are the few who are  accounted for, when god spoke nothing, or perhaps a lot but the message just got lost. they number in their disparate clan, alexander the great, ptolemy, the hellanic masses, seluecids, maccabeans, hasmoeans and pompey the great, not all, but the noteworthy. across the divide, by arrowing thought were fought rallies of acumen and battles of wit and occasionally, a persipacious fire was lit. but there is one more player, to mention. apathy, the great hulking ****** who for want of gumption, and get up and go, sat crouched, (quite uncomfortably so) on a spire. made of mediocracy, cemented by woe, in the iddle of the rifted abyss. unable to decide with which team to go.

At eighteen he could not believe No one could change his mind At christianity, he rolled his eyes Buddism never made he think Refused to become Wiccan Never picked up the Bible Nor tempted by the Koran For years he was never swayed No embracing any religion When they said he'd go to Hell Well, he never believed anyway Not wanting to know any God Laughed at thoughts of a Devil Lived his life with his family Even though his children Grew up to have faith Now an elderly man in hospital Alone in a room and dying A night so dark without stars When a light shone in the window He felt tears on his cheeks Put his hands together Then he whispered "Please forgive me". copyright Chris Smith 2012 www.facebook.com/welshpoetcs2.

406: The Atheist
You quote from Leviticus Call me an abomination As you eat cheeseburgers And claim a Christian nation. You don’t ****** daughters Who have had unmarried love Yet, demonizing gay people Fits you like an expensive glove. You vilify your children daily And quote the bible to boot, While you work on the Sabbath In your fine mixed-fabric suit. You talk so glibly about us Out of both sides of your mouth. You are embarrassing examples Of the sickness of the Old South. You just ain’t right. Your head’s on wrong. Your hypocritical ravings Are the cause of this song. You’re a liar and a nut And you’re halfway crazy. We'd make laws against you But we’re too **** lazy. You wave your hands and pray In public so you are well seen. You copy your Christianity From the latest People magazine. Your idea of pious philosophy Is way off the Christian track. If I ever shake hands with you I’ll count the fingers I get back. You just ain’t right. Your head’s on wrong. Your hypocritical ravings Are the cause of this song. You’re a liar and a nut And you’re halfway crazy. We'd make laws against you But we’re too **** lazy.

You're the kid that asks how the cotton candy skies got that color except now it's all blood red "I guess God killed all the angels" he said and I think: baby my wrists are rags, ripped up rags, and needles give you bad memories, and my minds a black, empty, hole but it's still so ******* heavy just a weight that no matter how much you want to say you can, you just cannot carry and you need to stay alive because there's no spots for angels anymore when they die but I just can't bring myself to say it and he knows people only remember things about me like the fact that I like whiskey, and my suicidal tendencies a lining of lightbulbs infused on the wire in my brain he says Jesus was like any other psychopath , just a normal schizophrenic and if there's a God we pray for him to fix the problem he's created what if heavens just like hell in the form of a maze golden maps leading you to places you aren't any happier acid trips into abandon attics, blonde babes with tied up hair and yellow teeth cracked out, veins complaining that the life they hated ever changed he says I ruined the calm after the storm that no one lives to see the ending of the bible that no one has enough attention in them to read

Constantine and Christianity
Church A place we call sacred Though it is far from holy Plagued by the lying, Fake, judgmental, deceptive, wannabe, Overly religious, ignorant, bigot, crazy, Hypocritical curse upon society known As Christian A place said to be filled with love So sadly love is not the first thing seen Rather, we feel the ever-watching eye Looking down because our clothes don’t Seem as clean, our shoes are not free From dust, our scars, they bring disgust But not all who walk these golden Streets of Christianity bring hate Some do not raise their head so high These few who know love This minority who is actually true They are the church Even though these phony haters Infiltrate the lovers’ ranks They are not Christian They are not the church They’re nothing but arrogant imposters And close-minded fools A tree must bear fruit to be a fruit tree Likewise a Christian must bring forth Faith and hope and love They must bear their fruit Otherwise these Christians Are not so Christian after all So remember, the church is this group of People who love, not the building Filled who those who destruct

Church
the Hebrews call the Greek myth of Icarus by name: Lucifer - i know man is prone to plagiarism, esp. in the religious realm, the easier the plagiarism the easier the governing of men - for indeed the Hebrews claimed Icarus prior to the Greeks, the former with Lucifer and the latter with Icarus - but how i loathe peasants claiming medicinal endeavours of knowing only the spotlight cursors to curate and environmental care of origin of such negated ease, they have no knowledge and no power, their interests in the subject matter would never encourage them to run a marathon for accumulating funds for a cancer charity - one word answer? ***** they're basically ***** should have engaged in a family life before you blamed me m.d.! take your regressive anger and shove it up your little bee magnet **** to take a **** like extracting honey - now i'm ****** but look where i'm writing it: on a colour of defeat - militant heaven of the archangel Michael sword in hand and Satan defeated waggling a tongue - isn't that importune to speak of the current times with the defence of a freedom of speech subdued by a fear of insult demanding? monotheism did as much good as it shouldn't have - and did as much evil as it should have - and did, crafting the strict labouring of judaism's orthodoxy - so for each niqab there came the madness of a jewish girl's care for wig - translated into christianity as the donning of wigs in the 18th century, and the 17th - bypass the concerns of monotheists and you came across cuisine freedoms of mandarin, and the colour backlash sprinkling to a billionth birth, a land where the homeless have a mother kamadhenu - and celebrate Holi for chance of extracted mundane hue of man polarised with fluorescent ivy and x-rayed orange... or that's how the thing was said.

Multiplication, Tabled
so what, they're slobs, but at least they're not cannibals... then again, maybe they are too, although i haven't seen it... then again i only write within an empirical disciplination... and i have seen these pecking cannibals... maybe it's an innate feature in all animals, then again these chickens were domesticated, there was no shortage of food, then again maybe it's some version of a religious tendency: translated directly into christianity... poetic cannibalism is not exactly my choice of events that follow a book written by kant; after seeing those chickens cannibalise that head of the sacrificed hen, and sipping the blood, while the head was still agitated into movement by the oozing out of electric currents... you know... i still managed to eat that chicken broth. i don't understand this critique of pigs... i have relatives living in the countryside... and i was once upon a time engaged in catching a chicken,    and upon the stump of wood her head was chopped off...    why complain about pigs being "filthy" when chickens behave like cannibals, no, actually: chickens are cannibals, the corpus was taken into the house, while the remaining chickens sipped, picked and nibbled the decapitated head of a chicken to a non-existence... bewildering, pigs are seen as filthy creatures... finally, god is the counter-perfectionist who sees some sort of imperfection in his lie...        i don't mind a ***** animal...   but i've just seen chickens become cannibals once one of their own gets its head chopped off, and they congregate, peck at the decapitated head and sip pecking the running blood on the stump of oak...             huh?! pigs are bad... yeah right... you haven't seen what chickens do then one of their charles the 1sts gets the chop.
