That workaholic lady who's always on call, keeping up with the market fall. That newly married lady with chunky red bangles, returning to her father's big castles. That person who's scared to get lapse, so stays active on the google maps. That person who swings like a kid at the back door, Or the one who perform calisthenics on an empty floor. That next door girl with a red lipstick, flicking her shinny hair & gossiping with her clique, That dreamer gazing outside the window, That overworked soul dozing on his elbow. That 21st century kid, listening to Eminem & playing video games. Or That 90’s kid, listening to Jenga Boys & playing outdoor games. That banker with a big fat stomach, filled with his beautiful wife’s love. That lady who eats like a thief, in her big fat bag hiding a beef. That old man who can’t stand Bombay's winding turns. That granny spotting & criticing  every fashion trends. That man who has Raju Rastogi’s concerns, thinking & chanting for earns & returns. Those kids who believe their job is to fill the voids in a battlefield, in the still crowd surpassing like electrons into a magnetic field. That lady sitting under cold seat like a glacial, than standing with 7kgs in a crowded central, & tryna stay sane listening to George Michael. That geek who switchs from Linkedin to Arjun Reddy, when the masses flee into the scenery. That trader crunching numbers so rapidly, when the stock prices go down hourly. That person on the last seat, diagressing from work & gazing around, soaking in her pashmina, with a career newfound.

#*It's at the point of desperation that the soul finds its deepest desire, and in that desire lies everything of which true life is made. Perhaps the first and central question concerning surrender ought not to be, “What am I willing to give to God?” but “What am I willing to receive from Him?” For it's only in the realization that I have nothing to give Him and He has everything to give me that true humility and surrender come. If I would simply receive all He offers me and let Him fill me up I would have no room in my hands to hold onto anything else.   But how often it is that we won't receive it until everything else is lost. It's the secret and inexpressible dreams of the soul which are the hardest things of all to let go and the last to go. When they are finally gone we have nothing left to run to but Him, and when we do we find that He is the beginning, the end and the center of every secret dream. Ah, blessed Peniel—that mysterious and holy ground where heartache collides head-on with romance, that deep and shadowed land where we struggle with God and with men and we overcome, that painful yet glorious place which we may leave limping with a wrenched hip but we do not care, for we have seen God’s face— like Jacob, may we not pass you by without being forever changed.*#

A single matchstick is all it takes to brighten the chaotic dark; but it takes nothing for the darkness to feed on and consume our fear. °•° In all of our eyes is a tiny bit of light, big enough to see. In all of our eyes the pupil's darkness is void: central to all light. •°• Man created fire, and he brought light to the earth to fill night's darkness. The man who knows fire gains a fear of the unknown: the dark he forgets. °•° There is no darkness without light. To see darkness you must have sight: light.

Twenty years in the fast lane, speeding was ecstacy at the time. Sweet heady bubbles of coke, buzzing at feeding. No softeners added, lemon or lime. My therapy, my medication. ****** my mind on a long vacation. Knowing this time would one day arrive. My restless legs, my tired insides. My not so central nervous system, twitching fingers, flickering eyes. This to me is no surprise. My therapy, now my reprise. Peotyr by aKydee.

The prologues are over. It is a question, now, Of final belief. So, say that final belief Must be in a fiction. It is time to choose. I That obsolete fiction of the wide river in An empty land; the gods that Boucher killed; And the metal heroes that time granulates - The philosophers' man alone still walks in dew, Still by the sea-side mutters milky lines Concerning an immaculate imagery. If you say on the hautboy man is not enough, Can never stand as a god, is ever wrong In the end, however naked, tall, there is still The impossible possible philosophers' man, The man who has had the time to think enough, The central man, the human globe, responsive As a mirror with a voice, the man of glass, Who in a million diamonds sums us up. II He is the transparence of the place in which He is and in his poems we find peace. He sets this peddler's pie and cries in summer, The glass man, cold and numbered, dewily cries, "Thou art not August unless I make thee so." Clandestine steps upon imagined stairs Climb through the night, because his cuckoos call. III One year, death and war prevented the jasmine scent And the jasmine islands were ****** martyrdoms. How was it then with the central man? Did we Find peace? We found the sum of men. We found, If we found the central evil, the central good. We buried the fallen without jasmine crowns. There was nothing he did not suffer, no; nor we. It was not as if the jasmine ever returned. But we and the diamond globe at last were one. We had always been partly one. It was as we came To see him, that we were wholly one, as we heard Him chanting for those buried in their blood, In the jasmine haunted forests, that we knew The glass man, without external reference.

*A coarse, yellow coat with dark spot aplenty Lean as a greyhound with limb long and lengthy, Faster than hare from a cold standing start Impossibly glimpsed in tall grasses that part. Crystaline jewels in two huge hazel eyes With the svelt of a feline’s cold killing surprise, Explosively quick with an elegant gait And a murderous jaw full of canines that wait For a fleeing gazelle or a springbok at speed Then a launch that would emulate bullet, when freed. Incredibly smooth with a fast loping stride That would tax any racehorse an envious ride, Snapping manouvers to left and to right That mirror a quarry’s evasions of flight. A blur in a frantic explosion of dust Then the life blood erupts, splashing red as the rust. Heaving great flanks after thrill of the chase Wide open muzzle and gore on the face, Guarding the game till the kittens locate Then the spoils of the chase will make portions dictate.* Marshalg Serengetti Plain Central Africa 30 November 2012

If I wrote a book, you will be my central character. Million copies later, I may write through your impeccable knowledge. If I wrote a poem, you will be in every word. A couple of views later, I may speak through your poetic silence. If I acted in a play, you will be my audience. A few applauses later, I may act out a monologue of glorious affection. Say hi, Say hello, Say no more, When words stop, I will understand, That we are where we need to be. If I met you in real life, you will be my soul mate. A few decades later, I may seek a second life with you. So, meet me now! :)

Money Talks and what it said back then on the railway bridge at Bloomfield Road (no longer there of course) was "You can spare me – it means only one less penny ice lolly from the corner shop !" (no longer there of course) and the train will make me huge (steam no longer here of course) and the others will laugh and cheer as you scramble down to the line place me centred and climb back up here again before the train shoots through to Central Station (no longer there of course). Gigantic copper-coloured disc and this recall. Still talking half a century after. (c) C J Heyworth August 2014

Kashmir is not just beautiful It was also free of violence, Not too far back in history, That did occur just 7 to 8 centuries ago. Then they poured out of Central Asia, Hordes getting bigger with each wave, Eliminate they did the original people. In 1320, it was Zulju raiding Kashmir, Then Rinchana, a Tibetan Büđđhïst refugee, he took over. Rinchana had Shah Mir as his Minister, Shah Mir persuaded Rinchana to Islam. After Rinchana, his son was set to be the ruler, However, Shah Mir killed this lawful successor. In 1339, Shah Mir became the first Muslim ruler of Kashmiri lands, Initially, they did not dare harm the original Hïnđū inhabitants. Then it was just Muslim kings for few centuries and slowly the Hïnđū heaven slipped into Muslim hands. Now we know what is the ground reality, The demography became Islamized over centuries, All arts and crafts stand dwarfed by violence, What they aim is an Islamic State, an Islamic Earth.

How They Changed Demography Of Kashmir
The best places are hidden like stones in central park secret roof top not accessible except for the morning staff overnight, the sheer weight of moonlight paralleling through a Brooklyn window pours on to a frozen floor of patterned tiles where touches are like turning on a lamp dimly at first. Flickers a bit then bright as Chicago (1871)

Ah, the season of gifting. Antagonist of year-long thrifting. Tradition sadistic, Materialistic, Four quarters in pockets worth sifting. This year I hereby proclaim I shan’t be consumed by the game. Cycle of curse Purpose perverse The namesake, an oversight became. Christ’s birth did in fact begin, Holiday distracted by sin. Misguided it be To forget idly The sacrifice He made for all men. We naively regard generosity As holiday’s behavioral piosity. But if dollars and cents Are the tools of offense Over shadow favor luminosity. Water in Africa is ***** American child in poverty. Politics aside, Convenient homicide, To enable the ills of society. In the global economy we flaunt Wealth by comparison, bitter taunt. First world problems abound Pass the turkey around Central heating and air, what a jaunt! What if this season we decide To extend two palms open wide? Sacrificing ourselves Rather than stocking our shelves Dying whispers echo true: “we tried.” Don’t spend your money on me this year. Not iPhones, not tickets, not Blu-ray or beer. Instead know you can Distribute more than A snort, a lie, and a tear. (optional conclusion to assist interpretation of last line) Snort of derision, Lies of provision, Tears, even true, Hardly subdue Anguish deprived of tradition’s revision.

A blank page waits for words that it will never see Created from the head of someone writing a story Characters, plot, setting, theme, are central to the tale Without them every narrative is simply guaranteed to fail Stakes and consequences must exist for someone to pursue Whether treacherous of heart, or noble, brave, and true And if these traits stand not alone but mixed in with the rest That simply adds more intrigue to the outcome of the test Will he get the girl?  Will she rise above her station? Can a rags-to-riches fable captivate the nation? Who done it, where and why?  Are three questions most effective But often ****** requires the help of a detective These may seem like idle, fragmented bits of a much larger whole But actually they’re not; every type plays a role For you see, “someone” mentioned above is not a professional writer But an individual on a journey, and we all must face it like a fighter Characters are those you know and love, plot is what you choose to do Setting is where you live, theme defines what is important to you So why a fighter you may ask, someone who faces pain and strife? Because we encounter both good and ill as we write our book of life

If I were doing my Laundry I'd wash my ***** Iran I'd throw in my United States, and pour on the Ivory Soap, scrub up Africa, put all the birds and elephants back in the jungle, I'd wash the Amazon river and clean the oily Carib & Gulf of Mexico,   Rub that smog off the North Pole, wipe up all the pipelines in Alaska,   Rub a dub dub for Rocky Flats and Los Alamos, Flush that sparkly Cesium out of Love Canal Rinse down the Acid Rain over the Parthenon & Sphinx, Drain Sludge out of the Mediterranean basin & make it azure again, Put some blueing back into the sky over the Rhine, bleach the little Clouds so snow return white as snow, Cleanse the Hudson Thames & Neckar, Drain the Suds out of Lake Erie   Then I'd throw big Asia in one giant Load & wash out the blood & Agent Orange, Dump the whole mess of Russia and China in the wringer, squeeze out the tattletail Gray of U.S. Central American police state, & put the planet in the drier & let it sit 20 minutes or an Aeon till it came out clean.                                                      Allen Ginsberg                                                     Boulder, 26 April, 1980 .

Right. Listen to this: Whenever life gets you down, Mrs. Brown, and things seem hard or tough, and people are stupid, obnoxious or daft and you feel that you've had quite enough! Just remember that you're standing on a planet that's evolving and revolving at nine hundred miles an hour! It's orbiting at nineteen miles a second, so it's reckoned, a Sun that it the source of all our power. The Sun, and you and me, and all the stars that we can see are moving at a Million miles a day in an outer spiral arm at forty thousand miles an hour of the Galaxy we call the Milky Way. Our Galaxy, itself, contains a hundred Billion stars. It's a hundred thousand light-years side to side. It bulges in the middle sixteen thousand light-years thick, but out by us it's just three thousand light-years wide. We're thirty thousand light-years from Galactic Central Point, we go round every two hundred Million years! And our Galaxy is only one of Millions of Billions in this amazing and expanding Universe! The Universe, itself, keeps on expanding and expanding in all of the directions it can **** As fast as it can go, the speed of Light, you know twelve Million miles a minute, and that's the fastest speed there is! So, remember when you're feeling very small and insecure, how amazingly unlikely is your birth! And prey that there's intelligent life somewhere up in space because there's ****** all down here on Earth!

The Galaxy Song - Monty Python
Everyone in me is a bird. I am beating all my wings. They wanted to cut you out but they will not. They said you were immeasurably empty but you are not. They said you were sick unto dying but they were wrong. You are singing like a school girl. You are not torn. Sweet weight, in celebration of the woman I am and of the central creature and its delight I sing for you. I dare to live. Hello, spirit. Hello, cup. Fasten, cover. Cover that does contain. Hello to the soil of the fields. Welcome, roots. Each cell has a life. There is enough here to please a nation. It is enough that the populace own these goods. Any person, any commonwealth would say of it, "It is good this year that we may plant again and think forward to a harvest. Many women are singing together of this: one is in a shoe factory cursing the machine, one is at the aquarium tending a seal, one is dull at the wheel of her Ford, one is at the toll gate collecting, one is tying the cord of a calf in Arizona, one is straddling a cello in Russia, one is shifting pots on the stove in Egypt, one is painting her bedroom walls moon color, one is dying but remembering a breakfast, one is stretching on her mat in Thailand, one is wiping the *** of her child, one is staring out the window of a train in the middle of Wyoming and one is anywhere and some are everywhere and all seem to be singing, although some can not sing a note. Sweet weight, in celebration of the woman I am let me carry a ten-foot scarf, let me drum for the nineteen-year-olds, let me carry bowls for the offering (if that is my part). Let me study the cardiovascular tissue, let me examine the angular distance of meteors, let me **** on the stems of flowers (if that is my part).. Let me make certain tribal figures (if that is my part). For this thing the body needs let me sing for the supper, for the kissing, for the correct yes.

Mirror by Kajal Ahmad, a Kurdish poet loose translation/interpretation by Michael R. Burch My era’s obscuring mirror           shattered because it magnified the small and made the great seem insignificant. Dictators and monsters filled its contours.             Now when I breathe its jagged shards pierce my heart and instead of sweat I exude glass. Keywords/Tags: Kajal Ahmad, Kurd, Kurdish, translation, mirror, shattered, magnified, dictators, monsters, jagged, shards, sweat, perspire, leak, bleed, extrude, protrude, glass The Lonely Earth by Kajal Ahmad loose translation by Michael R. Burch The pale celestial bodies never bid her "Good morning! " nor do the creative stars kiss her. Earth, where so many tender persuasions and roses lie interred, might expire for the lack of a glance, or an odor. She's a lonely dusty orb, so very lonely! , as she observes the moon's patchwork attire knowing the sun's an imposter who sears with rays he has stolen for himself and who looks down on the moon and earth like lodgers. Kurds are Birds by Kajal Ahmad loose translation by Michael R. Burch Per the latest scientific classification, Kurds now belong to a species of bird! This is why, traveling across the torn, fraying pages of history, they are nomads recognized by their caravans. Yes, Kurds are birds! And, even worse, when there's nowhere left to nest, no refuge from their pain, they turn to the illusion of traveling again between the warm and arctic sectors of their homeland. So I don't think it strange Kurds can fly but not land. They wander from region to region never realizing their dreams of settling, of forming a colony, of nesting. No, they never settle down long enough to visit Rumi and inquire about his health, or to bow down deeply in the gust- stirred dust, like Nali. Bi Havre (“Together”) possibly the oldest Kurdish poem loose translation/interpretation by Michael R. Burch I want us to be together: we would eat together, climb the mountain together, sing songs together, songs of love, songs from the heart, sung from above. I want us to have one heart, together. Many words in this ancient poem are in doubt, so I have excerpted what I grok to be the central meaning. And because Kajal mentioned Rumi, here are my translations of Rumi: Raise your words, not their volume. Rain grows flowers, not thunder. —Rumi, loose translation/interpretation by Michael R. Burch Birdsong by Rumi loose translation/interpretation by Michael R. Burch Birdsong relieves my deepest griefs: now I'm just as ecstatic as they, but with nothing to say! Please universe, rehearse your poetry through me!

stars and radio master intercloud motion—1000 light years in most directions. However, I am still blind to anything but you. This dark matter aloha steps off my mind’s plane into the muggy air. A string of flowers is placed around my neck, and I look up— starbursts spit their rings violent and central—your body in music. Now, tropical space—population one. A tear rolls down my face onto the runway—I can’t remember the sound of your voice.

The fiscal snare is drawing tight Putin’s day... now courting night, Rouble tilts vertiginously To Satan’s **** religiously. Fiscal snare is drawing blood A trickle then... is now a flood, Russia’s central bank adjusts But ineffectually, combusts. Hard line prospects elbow dance Aligning for assasins lance. Perhaps…. Better now, the Devil known Than facing down an Unknown throne….. Facing down an Iron call With finger poised in nuclear thrall. What choice now for ego’s Prince Retreat from Eastern Ukraine’s wince? Retreat Crimea’s balmy shores To face the nationalistic howl of hordes? Brinkmanship…the other way A gamble that the West might sway? Either way the game is up Now bitter wine brims Russia’s cup. M.
