Once, the summer sun will rise in London
Like the half of the Ge meets the other half.
Like a magic by the Lamp of Aladdin
The love flame hidden in the chest lits out!

Like a blooming rose in a glowing beam of light,
Like a smiling face speaks a gentle word,
Like a beautiful sunrise colour in the first light!

The summer in London will pop and sizzle
We will see a threshold in our land.
The rose for a while is tucked away
Off the winter and is given to the sun
Winter is not forever spring is on the corner
Come back in the sun with the early bird
Before Cinderella takes on the primrose path.

Keeping an eye on a thriller is in the winter’s field
Oozy ozone misty land gets a gingerly seasoning
What on earth will it strike, will it dish out?
Ah, the sun will pop out like a river breeze.

Like a southern song singing on a dream scene.
a smooth fairy dance facing the Moon
a thrill of exposing Stonehenge once and for all
a melodious raindrop in the serene pond
a butterfly dance on the rose
a turned on tall tale of the blue peacock
Like a pure belief in heaven without a pinch of salt!
This is a poem from my book Zero and One available on Amazon.

You lay in a field of flowers counting each bird that passes overhead.
You've erased concern and decided to live for the moment because you always would say, "we might be dead by tomorrow."
Flowers grew from your heart and bloomed across your lungs,
creating a garden that sang the most beautiful hymns,
while my garden was withering.
Each breath you took was never wasted,
but I couldn't help but count mine like they were birds passing overhead.
Every night you would view the stars and moon with pure amazement as if it was your first time seeing them.
You gave all your love to me and each kiss was coined in my pocket.
You fell in love with me every night and I fell for all your hymns.
Soon enough the world would pass us by but I wouldn't blink because I could live off your touch for the rest of my time.
You showed me there is more in life than just one color,
but instead, the world is a whole painting with colors that can't be described.
You showed me just how beautiful the world was.
You taught me how to grow beauty from my eyes but lately, I've been dreaming and falling for stars.
Imagining what it'd be like slow dancing with the planets, getting lost in constellations.
But I'm just not ready to go yet however I do not control time.
You showed me that dying can be beautiful.
That we'll be okay because when we leave we all become one with the earth and one with nature.
So love, love me until time runs out,
until I become one with nature.

And many years later as time starts to fly by and you slowly start to watch your clock tick down, you'll know where to find me, my love.
I'll be up with stars.
Somewhere lost in the cosmos.
I'll be spinning with the planets dreaming about what it would feel like to be able to walk on flowers again.

A beautiful meadow
Lays dormant inside
I wished it blossom
But it’s not its time
It’s been neglected
For such a long time
But it needs attention
To bloom in time

I’ll take care of you
If you let me in
We all have our troubles
No one is immune to sin
I know you’re not perfect
But neither am I
We’re just mere mortals
On this garden of eden
We call life

My eyes run blood red
Like the moon at times
I’m always wishing
I could be by your side
But you’re so far away
You’re my Andromeda
You’re two seconds away
From fading away
But don’t worry
I’ve made it past the ISS
And my final destination
Is your constellation
I wouldn’t have it any other way

Sweet Springtime blossoms bud and bloom again
When all that Winter frost is done away
Each nodding stem, each petal zephyrs sway
That’s laden with petrichor after rain.
Hard by the lea and meadow grass and grain
Which toss about in breezes from clouds gray
Along yon wold where creeks flow all astray
And ferns beneath old oaks trees bend and strain.

O yet with gentle passing day and hour,
All emerald green trees resort their dress
Which one beholds with awe all eagerly;
So bask in joy and gather up a flow’r,
Time now to cherish Spring in loveliness,
For soon cold Winter comes on greedily.

Every atom is lenient towards the human being
streaming up from the deep root they spur
laying down the perfect descending of the stars.

They can take on the stellar in their deep club
that shows up opening the windows up in the sky
and down on to the earth cast their eyes!

The slim fit sharp atom knows all the shortcuts
constantly vibrating not a single star can catch nor will it ever
thin out – it has the extraordinary ****** of luck.
But the eyes are on the humans not over the amber.
Dreaming to be physically absorbed within the human being
to be in the human’s divine proportion ever transcendental
a far cry from the sun and the moon but with it both gel together!

Once they came so close almost touched the dream
they rose to the occasion, squaring the circle,
laser scanning through, as above so below, so humble.
Submitted them without waxing lyrical took the brush off
the colour bowl of the day then blindfolding the moon
in the night reached out to the paragon of the phi mania,
flawlessly made to measure, numerically perfect Fathima!

Presented themselves before her as pure blank
whereon she can jot like her chalkboard
or do as she please like she could show up
taking it as her shadow, she exactly did that.
Touched down on the earth, in the veil
and revealed her as above so below.
The ocean moved stirred the water but none saw the sunshine
behind the full moon in bloom that steals the starry night.

Day in day out Fathima did all in a veil she lived and gone.
Keeping the atom on its toe ever honing tracing the footprint
in its own shadow as once a human being without a mark
crept in it lived in pi magic and leaped out!

The rose will disappear
in the shadow of the night
for a moment or two.
Just for a cool break
only to bloom on the Moon!

Bloom from decay
Follow moss of black rain
Run towards shattered laughter
Pierce nightly noose as if to welcome him
Wait and stay patient
“Time will arrive soon enough
Though, only few understand”
The mystic in teardrop’s reflection whispers
She is a woman, creature, a not-yet-spirit
tallons reach to comfort
Iris torn, fragmented judgment
Those eyes melted off skin
They sunk towards the floor
Deep depths of pit, madness separated weeks
Fall, fall slow, invite the insanity
The lady with the crook smile and stolen wings
You hurt like all that sugar drip dropped from the mouths of those that hate
Unaware of the diamonds in your eyes and the mellow curve of your smile
A rose locked in a cold cellar
Away from the sun
If only you could see what I see
If only you would feel the warmth of my adoration
That you might know love and let loose your beautiful petals

We danced half-clothed in my bedroom
With a Beach House vinyl playing in the background
The needle scratched the surface of its cold blackness
As we hovered just close enough
To feel the warmth of each other’s skin

It spun around the center spindle
And grainy music poured out the speakers
It filled the sunlit room with the most beautiful sounds
As I rested my head against you
And felt the strength of your arms around me

Words were lost between us
As our hands did the talking
Pressing each other closer with each verse
The silence in the air filled with music
Bursting with a chorus of love instead

We moved together beat by beat
Swaying back and forth to “On the Sea”
Our feet taking the smallest steps to the side
As you cupped your hands under my jaw
And lifted my head so you could kiss me

And in that moment,
Everything that once was hazy and confusing
Suddenly became crystal clear
I realized that I had never felt more loved
Than that one time we danced in my bedroom
Alone and half-clothed.

At last the sun is out and about
indulge in your piece of summer.

Today London in bloom
white clouds, white swans
roam out to the sky.
Welcoming the punters
the sun is rolling down.

Come never wonder,
for once, what they're worth.
Hop on, pop in, drop by
bask in London summer!

Go, pick yourself a rose
Might as well pick your nose

Eloquent april showers kiss her forehead,
Oath-enriched may flowers fleck his cheeks.

& now there’s rosemary bursting from his venus veins---
ashes aligning in those sickly tear-ducts.

( w h y  i s  h e  w e e p i n g ?)

What a coincidence;
her love was her forte
    and yet his eyes
were foreign to the music.

My dragon princess is in love
    with a sickly raven boy;

and he’s caught a icy cancer. . .

    “Raven boy loves his rosemary”
Look, love’s fingers bittersweetly

    entwined with death

...are now limp.

The rain is her salvation        and his

                            roots.

Maybe it wasn’t a drought

Maybe it was

            a flood.

After all,
there’s no such thing as too much beauty, on venus,
and there's no such thing as too much rain,

in April.

(I'm sorry dragon princess, but not every flower was destined to bloom.)

i am not alone you see?
for everything i see is me
the trees, the mountains
and the moss covered trees
without them i would not exist
nothing in this world persists
without you either... just be still
can’t you feel your cells are eager?
knowing just how much you grew
doing all those things you do
at all the perfect moments too
your energy leaves deep imprints
within the grooves of all existence
the fallen leaves can feel your truth
the sky forms colors pink to blues
just as your heart loves to do
the sun seeks darkness
to shine through
all you bloom
the world is
spinning
all for
you

do you remember spending hours
in that old beat up car of yours
sharing fresh packs of gum
and old stories about love and loss
concerts we wouldn't see together
moments both shared and separate
and even now we laugh together
share a pint and share our scars
and I don't miss being that young
but when I look at you, I still see
the same person from a decade ago
and it's as though no time has passed
and we are both still teenagers
driving around way too late at night
you pressed your palm up against mine
comparing fingers and hands
I hoped you wouldn't see through
the red flush of my cheeks
so let's have one more pint
get sloppy drunk together
and compare the stars in our eyes
After being painted over
In black and blue

When we split in the Spring
I carried on I bloomed

No longer recognizing
Such vibrant hues

I flourished more beautifully
Without you
On no longer needing you

“Flourish” continued..

how i spent two years without you
i will never know.

your kindness lowered
my shoulders
and i could finally breathe in freedom.
i could soak myself in your eyes,
and drench myself.

i dried flowers from my chest
until i bloomed violets
-and emerged as a meadow.

i crossed through your arches
where you held me
with your eyes,

suspended,
to float.

i climbed iron stairs
i hung thyme in doors
and cast shadows in your living room.

i hung branches from my wrists
because i wanted you to see me.
i told them:

“i see everything

all the time”.

they didn't believe me but
i know you see it
all too.

i slowed down my music
so they could hear it
but you heard it all so loud.
i wiped off my lips
and ate bitter
leaves of anise
just so i could feel a pulse on my tongue.

i hung branches from my arms
so i could feel the soil on me

i felt new again when you brought me there;

its like i went upstream
   like i fell through walls
   like i became a woman

i could only see my eyes
in yours,
and i don't think i can breathe again
normally.

(in your eyes i had forgotten
everything that i lost
and was brought home again).

love the person whom it isn't easy to,
where we find hearts hardest beat.
past pain holds us back from bloom
don’t hang that heart in defeat.
Petals will still spring buds anew,
love is closer than you think.

for ‘Love’ is,
to love the ‘you’ you’re offering.

grow strength from within, to reach out.
the way roots spread, to hold longer branches,
and fall short, when watered with doubt.
turning trust into **** and torn into ashes.
loves whisper can’t be heard if we shout,

for time, is worth it’s weight,
and to find yourself amoungst it.

As the wiser stars above will say,
if you love yourself little,
so will be your love and what you own.
so love yourself a great deal,
and grow colours you’d forgot you’ve sewn.

I.
The moon sings the languid flower,
  to bloom at midnight hour
Harmonious feast transpires -
  luminescent choir

Pedals mirror la hue de Luna,
  but pale below her glow
Though the desert sweet aroma,
  is fragrance plus photo

Neither causing nightly failure,
  in idyllic charm
In fact, those powers are greater,
  together than apart

II.
The moon a long gone distant rock,
  yet pulls on ocean tops
Cereus lures with sweetest tricks,
  and stings with countless licks

Battered holy asteroid face,
 woos flawless solar gaze
And even though it causes mire,
  lunar eclipses fire

The cactus thrives in driest sands,
  and chokes in fertile lands
Alluring lonesome wanderers,
  promising mere water

The lucid beauty bewilders,
as much as it can haunt
In fact, those powers are greater,
  together than apart

III.
You, once my cereus and moon,
were drowned in my love well
Perhaps, I was this to you too,
though your hole I’d not delve

However, what was first velvet,
  morphed into devil’s horns
Winter shed those thorns in my chest,
now spring gifts hope and more

The icy grips of each winter,
  provides spring fuel to spark
In fact, those powers are greater,
  together than apart

IV.
Although we've gone on our own ways,
  I wouldn’t change the past
For each step was necessary,
to find true love at last

We were once greater together.

I’m now greater apart.

When the desert gets rain, it wants to dress up
Their colors abound in the brightest of shade cups

The reds, pinks, and blues are showing off they're flair
Their beauty will amaze you, as you seek them with care

Some are hidden from view by their larger, taller friend
Their color will call out, cause they don't want to blend

You will not be disappointed with what your eyes see
Go out to the desert and see what can be...

I rhyme best when I'm in agony
When words fly smoothly on my lips
And barely graze my consciousness

Before they bloom, with no second thought
To writer or emotions alike
I rhyme best when I don't think
