"behooved" poems
Oh, how the mighty art fallen Lucifer, son of the morning star Behooved by manner of thy own devices How pompous thou hadst become to refuse to bend thy knee to man It was pride that filled thee to burst Had it not been but a few millenia later Even your knee would have bent to the King of Glory Whenst He did stoop down to the level of man Even you wouldst have cried out "Lord, Lord wouldst thou not take upon thyself my raiment of glory? Clothe yourself as a king, not as a commoner." Were it so much that us being made of dirt and you of fire that your proudness could render thee blind to our beauty as endowed by our shared Creator? Though our mediums be different, were the Crafter's hands not the same? Wouldst thou haft only humbled thyself, a different world we could have I pity and thank thee, oh fallen one For showing me how not to be

How the Mighty Art Fallen
The gracegel fixed a whisilpur stir Of beamish walldows plenty glee Lursting gentile sodjar words To rise a slumgraven lad from slee Wiss! Youshun beware of me! Yelpsured this famil somber chord For I tis sent from spirits upthee To scrapple luscious souls earthwart Whose frangled lives are of odd degree. The lad’s eyes engrossed with squinty cheer Permazed at this zartrous sight. The gracegel behooved its transparent skin Then wishbamboozled the rooms in a fandacisnt blight And Together lad and gracegel consured the night Word Meaning Gracegel: a high and elite angel Whisilpur: silent, purring noise Beamish: concentrated light Walldows: shadows on the wall Lursting: quiet echoing whispers Sodjar: important, necessary Slumgraven: distraught, troubled Slee: worried state that leaves people to stay awake before sleep Youshun: you shouldn’t Yelpsured: to make certain Famil: inherently known Upthee: refers to head gracegel Earthwart: out of earth Frangled: mix-matched Permazed: perplexed and amazed Zartrous: uncommon Wishbamboozled: to spin something violently Fandacisnt: magical Consured: to fly without wings

A Gracegel Gift
Face swelled with rejection Wonder whether the path walked was worth the stepping  and stomped on me and stomped on me and stomped on me  Tiny ants beneath the trees  Gravel pathway, paves way graves Of grief collected, modern day.  Start to say a word or five, confusion claims his ugly prize. behooved are those who stand alone  In spirit and in broken bones A walking shadow, i reign on and frown along and frown along  and frown along

Island
More times than I can count you've haunted my dreams. You've left me behooved, not sure what to believe. Those dreams were precious, What I wish would exist. I know I can do better, But I just want your lips. I want to have your taste linger on my tongue, Your smell to stay within my sheets. All these things I'll never know, Until I get you with me. So here we are again, Night after night with you in my sights. Hoping that this one will be even better than the last. And until that day I find you and me together, I have my midnight memories to remember.

Midnight Memories
Thump, thump, thump Thy heart hath been cast in the dunnest depths of hell Where all is horrid, and none doth fair well Thump, thump, thump Cause teen doth thee, nay! For teen done unto me, is not as such unto they Thump, thump, thump And louder and louder grows the melody of thy temperament And not four, three, two, but one doth descend from the firmament Thump, thump, thump To bringeth peace to the wretched, woeful pentameter And wish dismemberment upon thy casted phenyl ether Thump, thump, thump The hurtling, the hurtling, it grow’st, ever so behooved! Make it stop, my dearly beloved! Thump, thump, thump O, that cursed noise! Let it be dispelled! Wish I not to feel! To hear! To hell, be it! To hell! Thump, thump, thump O, I beg of thee, let thy ***** heave one last time! Let thy heart love once more, bittersweet as thyme! Thump, thump, thump I can go on no longer, I’m sure of it now! Tear my mind from its host! O, please, my love, my one and only, let it be death’s turn to boast! Thump, thump, thump O yes, yes, I wish such upon thyself, for glee I hath not! In thought, in feeling, I am most distraught Thump, thump, thump Can not the same be said for thee? Mine own love, mine own lady! End thy teen and let it beest seen! Thump, thump, thump I wish this odious hurtling beest heard nay more! O! Mercifully, shalt death’s hands cradle thee, and bring peace? Nevermore! Thump, thump, thump M’lady, my everything, say what you will But pain any less seems rather fittingly ill! Thump, thump, thump To leave behind what ye hath built, Arm in arm did we, as one; it would hurt more than a sword through that drum, deep to the hilt Thump, thump, thump O, let still it be heard! For cease, it shall not! And lest not, we bethink our final bethought Thump, thump, thump For forever in my heart lives thee And forever will thou be cherished, my fair lady Thump, thump, thump
