"ankhs" poems
Vacant, empty, bottle corked
sour
followed
shadows
stalked
billboards, ankhs, purple peace
fever
groupies
slow
release
pill pushers, drunkards, hollow wholes
pimps and
******
broken souls
black, white, all in tune
sunsets
rising
wednesday's moon
nothing inside
nothing out
listen how
silence
shouts!!

Salt rocks and lollipops
Gemstones and Zen
Spellbinding wizards
and dragons that eat men
Lightworkers and Indigos
Heart chakra crown
Don’t block kundalini
you’ll surely break down
With Ohm in the house
like it or not
Theta beats Beta
No judgement or thought
Malas and Mantras
to the Seat of the Soul
dissecting wavelengths
to uncover the whole
Ankhs and crosses
With fire and white light
Circle of crystals
bring spirit into sight
Mystics & healers
heed the cosmic call
extend love to our planet
to save us all

In halls of dust-speckled relics
In labyrinths filled with prehistory
There is a room where scarabs still creep
Where the Great Pharaoh forever sleeps
Books of the Dead are affixed to the walls
Ankhs are clutched tightly by sculpted Gods
There is a room where mysticism yet seeps
Where the Great Pharaoh forever sleeps
Watchful falcons seem to soar overhead
The Sands of Time are forced to retread
There is a room where one body lays deep
Where the Great Pharaoh ends an eternal sleep

We stand idly, our backs against the wall
Unknowingly the darkness awaits a time to fall
Though in the glory of your presence
You offer hope; life's undying essence.
Many still fall victims,
Caught amongst the shadows.
But, Lord, you wipe away their sins,
And guide the warriors in their battles.
Each day we pray and offer thanks,
To you alone shall we devote our ankhs.
Granting praise and seeking salvation,
All connected as sisters, no divide in cognation.
You stand as our king, our prophet, our priest,
Three beings in one God, to none we owe the least.
You hold us in our struggles,
And watch your children grow in faith.
You let us fall with the gift of free will,
Yet act as a guide through life's inevitable skaith.
Now we ask for your sacred blessing,
The gift of clarity to all our guessing.
We hope for entrance into your kingdom,
Life in eternity, led by your wisdom.
