Blue oceans blues

Calming blue ocean
Take me away
waves of see
Carry me to eternity
Rock me with your movements
Lull me into sleep
Let me relax in your rhythm
In your beautiful sound beats
Blue ocean  beaches
Calming waves of sea
playing the blues
Come and take a stroll with me.
Whenever you’re down
Beaches rhythm will set you free.

A walk on the beach can be like meditating.
In  meadows early evening twilight
Lay down between
wild flowers
Till the birds are silent and
all  the shadows disappear
Watch the moon appear.

Nature calms you. Just be silent look and listen.

The open door is not always a welcome invitation
Neither had time to
meet each other.

When they finally agreed
to meet, time did not agree
to be a witness.
I’ve been kissed in the night
by the moon
Everything so  light.
What a delight!!
Changes are following
Changes of  tides
During day time I am blue.
The kiss was tender ,It’s true.
It’s the key for my existence
For me to be!
I am the sea!!

When the day meets the night
and the sun greets the moon
Something magical happens
It's over too soon

A moment of silence
A colorful sky
The sun closes eyes
and says it's goodbyes

The moon takes over
and watches the birth
of another beautiful nightfall
falling over this earth!

Isn't it a wonderful world?

The Walls of Jericho came down tumbling,
they fell onto the ground,
they heaped up dust and rubble
all happened with a sound.
Standing, wrecked, solitaryobserving
as the ruins lay bare forlorn,
I felt my heart like old ways
irretrievably torn,
A new foundation is needed,
pile carefully brick on brick,
building firm on this foundation
because the old walls made me sick.
thank you path humble for sending me your poem You have taken my voice, it hurt me deep, it made me sad, and inspired me to write the above, I have been holding onto trauma a long time, I only realised it was there a year and a half ago, once I saw it I couldn't unsee, now to build a newer me, thanks I think I healed something today.

Why write a poem?
Write a tweet instead.
Goes the internal monologue running in my head.
Why write a poem?
Go and do some work.
Getting out the fountain pen is an excuse to shirk.
Why write a poem?
Nobody cares.
Spend your time on snapchat racking up the 'flares'.
Why write a poem?
Heaney's been dead for years.
Can't read Mid Term Break without it reducing me to tears.
