SHORT POEM OF HOPE
Flowers still bloom,
birds still sing,
we never know,
what time will bring.

Enjoy their songs,
inhale the smells,
hope our God,
this virus repels

Read a good book,
call an old friend,
clean a closet,
gardens attend.

We'll get through this,
perhaps not today,
we must stay at home,
and for mankind, pray.

Inspiration leaves me,
This overwhelming fear,
Grips my every thought,
Is what this virus brought.

Just a few days ago,
Life was normal and sweet,
Now death hovers above,
Will it take one I love?

Our God has sent down,
A cross for us to bear,
And all people must pray,
This evil goes away.

And all people must pray,
This evil goes away.
