So little for so many
Our shame on display

my heart when I try to join in a conversation and no one hears me so I slowly stop talking, getting quieter and quieter into silence.

I remember getting teased as a kid
'Cause at the place that we lived
We never had it easy, believe me
But that don't excuse the things that we did
Wouldn't accept that I was never accepted
Shed so many tears like I fell in depression
But if I changed, I wouldn't get called names
But it was all the same, I was feeling rejected

"is a wonderful place...
         but nothing but thorns grow there.

Your enthusiasm
Your smile
The way you light up the room
When you giggle.

No, it could not have been anyone.
Its you. You make me write.
You over flow me with poetry.
You're my library.

Everything i said is true.
You are my muse.
I refuse to forget you.
