Strange weather for December in the States
Up and down
Those who suffered or lost in Kentucky and elsewhere
Heartfelt wishes and prayers as well as help from a charity or two as they become available
Ida hurt many and that includes those I love
Help others if you can and that includes our furry
friends
Bought a monument instead of spoiling her with gifts
Flashbacks of a Christmas time long have come and gone
It does not get better with time it just is reminder
So no matter if you celebrate Chanukah, Kwanza, or Christmas
If you can't wait for Boxing day
The wishes are the same Peace, Great Health, Understanding
and hope you are surrounded by love and joy
If you are missing somebody as this poetess is
Remember them fondly and cry in the shower
Let's not spoil it because we have all lost so much

It is the feeling in your bones
RUNS DEEP IN YOUR SOUL
You have it together and then you lose control
Amazing predicament
Behold its magic and allure
It has blue eyes seeking a rainbow of imagination
It knows what Love is and knows it is different for all
Once Flow and Love get together it does more than make the world go round
It the gift that gives beyond this Earth and time
You don't believe, look at those you love and adore
'The Flow surrounds you

You hope their stories will be truthful and noble
Not the kind that leave questions in your mind
Not the kind you can discuss or the belt comes out
You have to know your place
My home and I do as I **** please was there way it was
Your story about Martin Luther King was read at school
In the Auditorium,quite special for a fifth grader
Until you read it at home  your were told they lied to you
Don’t listen to them
You don’t have to take History classes filled with lies
We will see to that not your problem
The story was written after Dr.King was assassinated
What you learn in school and at home are very different
You have to be carefully taught as an old song says
One arm does not know what the other is doing
Storytelling needs to be on board and above board
More so today than yesterday
The crumpled school certificate was crumpled and discarded as she ran to her room in tears
She remembers after all these

Two young people being assaulted by Cancer
Both are relatives of people I love.
It could be you but hope against hope not.
So please say a prayer or wish that these two beautiful people see this Christmas, Chanukah ,or Kwanza
Hopefully next year too.

He somehow knew
You were the one
World's largest Christmas tree and chestnuts
Talking after graduate school til one am
Work beckoned later that day but he listened
His blue eyes always do
The beautiful Teddy Bear in the big box that told you more than you could imagine
The key to the future and he is still with you
Dealt with a parent that never wanted him in your life
And Yet
What he did for love

Wish that wasn't true
The gift wrapping entices but the contents somehow disappoints
Cheers to contents
True friends are there until the end
Others get what they came for and return when it is convenient
Uncle Walter used to be the last word in the United States
So many choices so much confusion
The US Civil War continues with rights and wrongs
Sorry to say what used to be no longer qualifies
The Pillow Guy is on a team that deserves wearing orange jumpsuits
Hoping they all get what they deserve and Democracy shines once more
Try respect and balance instead
