Desires

I might not be able to tell you,
that how much I love you really,
And it saddens me to even think,
that you,
could just walk away from me,
and you,
Wouldn't even bother to turn and look back,
But know this,
when you do carry on with your life, forgetting about me,
you will be taking my heart away with you,
These are silly words which you might not ever hear,
And I might have to take it to grave with me

It's rather hard to know that you're not gonna say some things to the one you love, because it might mean an end of everything.

Avoiding

I think we're so afraid of breaking
each others' hearts,
That we can't even start a conversation
in the first place.

That is unbelievably painful.

It's cruel how this world has turned out to be, is it our ego or the fear that we'll be breaking our hearts eventually?

I've learned today that,
No matter what,
There's something beautiful about being able to lose for you.
There's satisfaction in winning with you, but there's more joy in losing with you.

Not enough.

Poem,
isn't enough.
Words,
aren't enough.
Letters,
aren't enough.
Ideas,
are too much.
Thoughts,
can't get enough.

There'll not be a special time, special day, special moment where I can say I love you too much.
Because every moment, my soul, my mind, my plans, my future, my actions are for you, because of you, and unfortunately I wasn't enough.

Tell me, why is that special someone for whom you'd do anything, can't see that they're it for us.
