Lying in bed at first light,
I jump start my day
with breath into heart.

Energies spiral
Eyes open consecrating moment
Sounds tickle fibers of ear
And mind pulsates with thought.

It’s a phase perfect for poem to be launched
Verse to be scribed upon computer screen

Moments unwind as sun rises in sky
as keyboard is taped in song like fashion
as
perhaps a person on other side of the world may read
to nourish their mind and jump start their day.

The moment engulfs me,
as I gear up to more physical
discomfort in day.

Heart pulsates feeling pain
inside cellular malfunctions are activated,
as body readies itself for onslaught

Senses attune
to voice patterns
that whisper affirmations
to ground
and orchestrate some relief.

Slow motion
actions are calibrated
with determination
and prayer.

Perhaps today,
will be the day I succumb
to its aches and rest in God's hands.
But I think not!

For I love life to focus
on trust and my inner truth
that pain will heal past life trauma.

That the toucher will soon end
and normalcy to move free will be mine

After all I am a sacred visionary being
able to handle anything
dished out
as I recall
I am love.
I am light.

In Meditative state
with open third eye
under golden moon
I ventured outward.

Out to visit the timelines
of Earths future.
My ticket was heartbeat
My intention to learn.

I investigated,
evaluated,
and witnessed
more and more
possibilities.

Some bleak
at mercy of evil ones
that still control
but are loosing ground.

Some riding waves
of peace and compassion.

On returning I knew the answer
and went to the task of
harnessing it
of distributing it
of living it.

The answer LOVE
Its in all human forms
just needs to be
accessed and nurtured.

Have a Great God-Given day
in heart
in dreams,
in life
connected to all of who YOU are.

the truth in reality is distorted
altered to fit societies callings.

How truth is rearranged in mind
fed by the ego who knows only judgements.

How far it is from the truth
when many walk in our  journeys
trying to please others
or fit in.

How far have we wandered from
true worth and Glory
of our hearts song to live in a
misinterpreted reality.

Truth is WE are divine
the product of perfection,
a gift to this world
Meant to wake up.
SEE IT.
KNOW IT.
BREATH IT.
LIVE IT.
