clarity comes in waves, you weren't searching for, like pieces of shipwreck, floating to the surface, flooding the face, with forgotten memories recounting treasures, once lost at sea.

Treasured Memories
Locking eyes created a burning flame. The look that lingers across the room, or silently haunts throughout lifetime frames. The gaze that wanders through mysteries, of who you might be. Finding yourself in lingering thoughts, the mind retreats into dreamscape spots. Drawing images of creamy gardenias,   Tangled up mazes of wing laced dreams. Echos from the soul, like quiet thunder, willingly sparks. Alluring radiance from breath taking oceans and streams.   Weaving canvases of braided devotions, only from your golden, sun lit beam. As time folded on, you became the warm center of my vision, my eyes forever found a path fate seated.

Full Length Gaze
Another day Like any other Nothing special until I stretch When I see a spot on my arm Curious, it's never been there before I inspect it curiously Did someone draw it in my sleep? No, something moved I inspect it more closely And I see something there In a room I'm not familiar with A woman with raven hair and hazel eyes Dancing about to music I can't hear But the sound doesn't matter Her movements are hypnotizing Mesmerizing She's unmatched in my eye Untouchable by all others Graceful and untamed and free It was a wonderful sight I had a spyglass embedded in my arm Connected to that which I saw as my world And since that morning Day in and day out I would look through the hole with every waking moment To watch her and let her beauty flood my mind with joy And one day, I find myself longing for more More than just spying through some strange hole So I gather my coat and leave in search of her The source of my estranged situation and the subject of my dream For hours Then days Months go by And years are wasted And decades go by to no avail I have grown old and weary Chasing a dream So I return home And grab hold of my door handle Then to my left I hear another door click From the house of the neighbor I've never seen I turn to face them and greet them kindly When I find myself taken by surprise To be met by a gaze from beautiful hazel eyes And flowing raven hair Slightly grayed from the passing of time But no less flawless in my eyes She smiles kindly and greets me with a wave Her arm has her own spot "Did you enjoy your trip?" She asked I'm stunned What do I say? I take a moment to breathe To greet her with a soft smile of my own "I certainly did. Would you like to talk about it over a drink?" "I'd love to!" She exclaims and follows me inside And I've finally found what I've been searching for

i found the girl who felt things too deeply and instead of burying her back inside where she had resided for a decade i cherished and nurtured her and told her it was okay to come out i found the girl who bore a fragile heart and gave too much of her soul away she could only see the good in others and through loss and rejection she learned she was too sensitive to exist in this world i found the girl who lost her softness she swallowed pills and smoked to stop feeling she took a blade to her own wrist to make herself go away she swallowed rivers of emotion within and wore armour over her chest to be more like everyone else but i was no longer ashamed of the little girl with temper tantrums broken daydreams and sad eyes who felt deeply — all she ever needed was love and acceptance so i found myself i found the girl who was once lost i uncovered all the parts of her and set her free

i found her.
A light cry, gentle and small The scent of fresh flowers A new and confusing world A story every corner Laughs and smiles all around Something I'd love to explore How boring things are in this old world The toxic smell of smog and odor My life leading down the drain, Everything uninteresting Time to see things for myself Experience my life Forgetting all past mistakes Leading out of sadness I remember what has passed My own clock slowly stops But I would never change it. Though my imprint was so small I smile and leave with flowers.

From Start to End
Rosemary blue berry Red cherry scented fragrance Stubborn flower found a way to blossom in a vacant basement Tried to pluck her to grow her in my own garden, told her she’s as rare as a spilt milk that found its way back into the bottle after suicidal thoughts led it to the pavement Delivered silence Her voice was nameless Rosemary blue berry Are the words whispered to the girl you want to Mary Dress in blue, give her a rose let your persistence stain her thoughts like mashed up blue berries do to white collars Yet be gentle Her innocence roams the city parks of your thoughts like a wandering toddler For should she agree to be plucked from her comfort zone This flower you are to give to you loving daughter Rosemary blue berry.

*Before the evening came, The dusk spoke up to my spirit 'bout the redemption it brought to beautiful lives, I got sunk into the ocean, in a minute & the memory of my heart walked out into the ashes... to darkling nights The ashes of my heart flattered across the street I smoked for a while & a glass of wine stole the breeze My eyes glared at the pages written by me late-night I tried so hard to arrange but every note got flamed up into the pieces of my life.*
