10w Fairy Stories
Deep-down fears rest quietly. Across inherited worlds, voices sound so differently— some wrapped in flowers, some held in warm homes, some loved through dinner and dates; yet elsewhere, solitude is companion, days measured in nurturing tasks, where sharing ends yet walls are shared.

Where solitude is company 🍃
So untamed, it Blows So surged, it Howls So wrapped, it Unfurls There swirls thee stumbled Here narrows the gate of nestle Drizzles are drown too subtle to afloat, Stormy navy sky's gone too distant from home. Only yearned Thatness. The grounded drop took a leap into the sky soars the azure into the sunray flows the torrid As the rain not yet make its curtain call, is the next symphony coming? Summer sundown sinks me in subtle Here I heard a cuckoo

Thatness
Like a flower, you are ever spring, ever fresh, and ever beautiful. Like a flower, you are wrapped in hidden secrets and elegance. Like a flower, you are the song of rain, wind, snow, and melodious birds. Like a flower, you are the start of new life, a new day, and a renewed promise. Like a flower, you are the source of peace, love, and inspiration. Like a flower, you radiate the fragrance of sweetness, humility, and giving. Like a flower, you are the beginning and the end of every romantic poem Hussein Dekmak

Like a flower
got my heart wrapped around your lil' finger- every sound that escapes your lips is a trigger. just the sight of your face makes me shiver, yet the nonchalance in your eyes is a splinter. ruler of my heart- I'm begging you, love me like I love you.

my heart
I feel the cozy, warm, soft and pure sheet around my back, shoulders and arms, it’s so light it’s so soft until it tightens its grip and you feel its hip. The sheet becomes hard and cold when you feel its eyes digging into your cries. Tight and dark when the sheets chest presses onto your ******* Suffocating and breaking when its neck feels like a whole ship wreck around my aching neck . The river down my cheeks even if I know that it was just a wrap around me.

Wrapped
It’s December, it’s foggy and rainy, but that fits. Of course, a rainy Saturday means gathering in the common room with my roommates and watching either “The Hunger Games” or “Twilight.” Leong’s never seen Twilight, believe it or not, what are they DOing in China? We were explaining that It’s ok to talk through Twilight because it’s completely senseless. Yeah, good times. We got back from Thanksgiving break, and we had to hit it - grinding to squeeze half a semester into 18 days. It’s a cornucopia of pressure. Yes, we’ve hit the books, but we’re still us. Here’s a question: What’s the first season in December? “Spotify wrapped” season! EVERYONE has Spotify and once a year you get a summary of your listening habits. The reports came out this week and it’s all people are talking about. Comparing their lists, artists, tastes. Those lists say a lot about someone and it’s ok to not have taste, we should normalize it. My top artist was Taylor Swift (duh) my top song was Taylor Swift’s “Renegade,” Spotify says I listened to it 285 times but that’s biased because more than once, when writing a paper, I put that song on a loop for 6 hours. My second most listened to song was “Champagne Problems” By Taylor. That song is so Rory, Gilmore Girls coded - like Rory saying, “you're on your own.” My other top artists are TV Girl, the backseat lovers and hypo campus. Yeah, I roll big. Taylor’s also been in the conversation because Sophie has an ex-fem-friend (a freshman) who started seeing a 45-year-old guy. Let me ask you, what does a 45-year-old man have in common with an 18-year-old girl? We have Yale friends in their early 20s who consider themselves still teenagers and children and THEY are horrified. It’s naked fracking ********** (Sorry, that one foamed over.) The whole situation is ripped from Taylor’s 2010 masterpiece “Dear John,” which is about her dating John Mayer when she was 19 and he was 30-something. Her friends warned her, but she wouldn’t hear. Taylor Swift can be corny, and I love the corn, but she can be topical too and even though I was 7 when she released “Dear John” (2010), it’s a timeless lesson.

Today
A single pixel point of light In warm and dank, rich dark I tread with disposition mild And countenance so stark Enveloped in effluvium The senses grow too dull Emotions try but do in vain This darkness always culls So be this place; so be its pow'rs Its pangs touch me not much Be it friend or be it foe So am I in its clutch

Wrapped
We were laying in bed and I was drowning in your gaze. You wrapped your arms around me and slowly whispered in my ear that I was a national treasure to you. You told me my essence, my power, and my presence overwhelmed you and that I was your Niagara Falls.

Niagara Falls
She wrapped herself in confidence and wore beauty like a ribbon. She is a present and the world is her eager child.

Open Me
Pretty Little Pink, all wrapped up in silk, for me. Beautiful you are, a gift to gaze upon, making the hunger grow inside. My oh my, you do look delectable, my dear; and I am starving.

Let me smear your lipstick
I'm wrapped around your fingers. Your fingers are wrapped around my neck. Choking the life out of me. Breath by fading breath. The Killers playing in the background.

look on the Brightside
What a great reptile, A Royal Python - no less, A serpent so dapper; Never seen in a mess, Non-poisonous, deaf, mute; Except for its hiss, It likes nothing more Than to hug and to kiss! Though it has no arms, Harmless it is not, Make no mis-snake a Mean streak it has got, Outside of its coils The view is just fine, But if invited inside You'd be wise to decline! Don't be enticed in By its hypnotic stare, For when those coils tense, They act like a snare, For those patterned coils; Look brill' from without, But lose their appeal When wrapped Around your snout!

Re: Coils
I grabbed the teal towel Your naked body had been wrapped in last Used your slimming bar of soap Conditioned my armpit hair like you do I even swirled shampoo in the palm of my hand Because today is my first shower without you My back will not get washed Your wash cloths will stay folded Still on top of the glazed porcelain And only one lofa will get sudsy and wet I think i'd rather ferment in my own sweat

GLAZED PORCELAIN
Our moments of silence                   meant more than vocal outbursts... We lingered heads gently                   leaning on the others. Thoughts, just smiling .. Were a mess, tidily wrapped within                     each others eyes...

Collecting Upon The Other
Complain how you want Give up what you hate Everything I've done Was nothing but for For your Love Just tale my story to your kids I've dead desperately Missing your touching Mine love has become a mystery Wrapped inside my mind Letting you go away It was nothing but for For your Love

For your Love
I'm just another angry kid to you, I'm just another kid whose problems Are just meaningless In the reality of things. I'm just another angry kid to you, I'm just another kid whose problems Are wrapped around me, In the tightest shell I could create. I'm just another angry kid to you. My problems are worthless.
