What took you so long? I’ve been waiting for you. Dinner is cooked; our drinks are chilling, and I’ve taken a hot bath. I want to be comfortable so I can enjoy your company. Your kiss is tasty, did you just pop a mint? That’s okay love, it’s all good to me. Go ahead, make yourself at home, wash your hands, I’ll fix our plates. Yep, you have a steak and potatoes, and I have fish and veggies. But King my Dear, you’re my main dish. Can I fix you a drink? Do you need some ice? So how was dinner, did you get enough? Thanks for the compliment, I’m glad you liked it. Sure, I’ll pour you another drink, and top it off with ruby red. Do I want to hear some music? You know I do. Put on what you think I like? Kem is fine my **** King, and pump up the volume cause I am ready!

GOOD TO ME
I'm eating kale to slim my waist Lord knows it's not because of taste It took some while to appreciate The leafy green I love to hate The fibrous queen of super foods Can satisfy nutrition prudes, And comes in leafy shapes galore: Curly, Tuscan, dinosaur For variation I can gnaw This crucifer sautéed or raw, Just as is, or baked as chips, A smoothie blend to please my lips But having said all that, I'll add Too much of anything is bad, And I've been craving, as of late, A change of greens to grace my plate I now peruse the produce aisle To find the foods that make me smile It's time to choose my next big thing Like watercress or collards green I'll greet my new nutrition trend And say goodbye to you, old friend Kale, we've had a lovely run, But now my time with you is done.

Kale
Two peas in a pod We share the same space Happily enjoying This time and this place Side by side we now sit Brought together by fate Comfortable and cozy In our pod on a plate Not a care in the word Like teens on a first date But both praying inside Neither one of us gets ate…

Two Peas in a Pod
Like tiny cabbages, they look a green and leafy fare and with butter, cooked steamed with utter care Ware not the subtle flavor or pungency of scent but you must be prepared as gaseous, their intent Roughage but a name for things passing through to the bowels, it's all the same just vegetarian-al glue Spare your loved ones the attack retire to the loo after all my friends there's nothing else to doo

Brussel Sprout revenge
Carrot dances in a sweat an onion laments it's death potato sings the potato blues the parsley is dreaming of some tea for two the cabbage is tired of the baggage it's lovers bring with them & remembers the knife cutting through it the stock cube listens to the chatter of the bubbles rising through the *** & the salt & pepper are feeling a bit hot
