#unseenbeauty
I am so beautiful it startles mirrors. My skin holds light like it has secrets with the sun. My smile could tilt a room. And still, I sit alone In quiet spaces where no one is watching. What a strange thing to bloom this brightly in an empty field. What a strange thing to carry galaxies in your face and feel unseen. They say beauty is power. Mine feels like unopened mail. Like music played to locked doors. I am so beautiful and some days it feels wasted on me. But maybe beauty is not meant to be spent. Maybe it is mine to wear even when no one is looking.

Wasted
A sunrise that no one watches. Unseen. Unappreciated. Neglected — it dispatches, From the horizon, looking up at the sky, Only to see the moon approaching by.
