I said, “now or before?”
She replied abruptly, her eyes
Still fixated on mine, “all the times?”
“Without any doubt,” I said, looking away.
“How about you?” I asked her.
She just giggled and said,
“Don't be silly, I can't die twice.”
Then she walked away.
