#suggestions
Much thought, that I've invested
into the disposal of my fleshy, mangled hull.
Exquisite cadaver, worn and tested,
infested with maggots, fattening themselves
on marrow, digging through my skull.
Take your pick upon my passing,
most I've shared my plans with.
All you who know what to do,
though it might be a minute.
Those plans were made in dire times,
expectant of winter's end in a blink.
Strap my sack of bloated meat to
a float, equipped with fireworks and gunpowder.
Light the fuse, send me to sea, make it rain.
Feed the fish, marvel at macabre shower
of total annihilation and colors of
bliss, rainbows and proud refuge in
endless abstract nothing.
Grind my bones into dust, feed the earth,
grow your plants and inhale my essence.
Satiate your curiosity, save a finger,
fry it in canola oil and do tell
what I taste like
once you're down here with me.
Pick a painting on my skin,
it's yours for the taking.
Frame it, jar it, keep me around.
For the curious occasion that
I rise from the ground
and observe some patches missing.
Stuff me with wool, embalm my cadaver,
set me up in grizzly stance.
Whatever you do, don't mourn me.
I've seen the nature of this world,
enough for seven lifetimes.
Mourn the fact that
we lost one more degenerate
but don't mourn me out of love.
If you feel so inclined then
mourn me out of spite
and take a clue from Thomas,
same as I decided
to rage and not give in.
My plans have changed, I'd
like to stay around. But
should the void ever find me,
read this poem out
and take your pick
upon my passing.
Make my exit
strange, massive, morbid
and wonderfully loud.

Could I have done more, yes
But I'm worn out at best
Sore by the pound and stressed
The more I try to get it back like before
The more I regress
I know the score,
I know what's in store,
What it is I'm in for
But sure,
Let's hear what YOU suggest?

I don't have any answers
I can't recall the right questions
Even with makeshift blinders
I find myself open to suggestions
I've had enough with these reminders
I catch a glimpse of the problem in reflections
Dark and light are missing critical dividers
Please help, can't tell angels from demons?
We three share the same voice as Pinocchio nose liers
What road is it they say is paved with the best intentions?
Something about a destination of eternal fires...
Eh, it's a moot point now,
I fly by the stairway, going 107 on the highway, it's one way, no need for directions

She was lost
Just a girl who is alone
She was lost
Just a girl who is alone in the woods
She was lost
Just a girl who is alone in the woods in the dark
She was lost
Not yet found
"The woods are scary. Don't go there"
She was told
"The woods are scary. Don't got there alone in the dark"
She was told
They were right
The woods are scary in the dark when your alone
She was lost
Being looked for
She was lost
Still is
She is lost
Not yet found
She was lost
Almost found
Still alone
In the woods
In the dark
But almost found

A love lost, amidst
Unspoken words through seasons
Misunderstandings.

Lovers friends confidonts
lost in the game
shattered by the selfish sin
when fire meets fire
it leaves no room for water
starving for attention from each other
Result, smothering the bond nature creates
why must humans try so hard?
the question answering itself
love exists only when allowed freely

Please re-read as I will be making changes to this poem over and over
I want to tell you something
I am a man who loves changes
Changes of everything
You will see me suggest
A change in every retrospect
This morning I was re-reading
my own HP site and I was impressed
by my choices and how I ended up
With 3 different reposts of "My Fears"
from 3 different poets
that I reposted without me knowing
It's amazing how I am amazed
of my choices and have read them
like as if I am choosing them again
Now hear out my new suggestion
To HP and if you do like
Please make your voice be heard
It goes as follows:
If you like to relive the poetry
and you like to re-read your choices
and you like to reread the poems
you chose before once more
and get surprised while reading them
as if you did not choose them before
Then, we either need a second love button! Or
we need to automate the love button
and every time we reread it knows
and the love gets even stronger
and somehow it grows
Another suggestion that hit me in the head while I was re-writing my poem
*"The new suggestion is to give a comeback wink
to the previous folks who just read my poem
and ping them of my new important fix
To invite them to re-taste the cake that I just re-cooked
Or the cooking does not get posted
Until I feel its real good
and I press the release button
Before I let it go like I should
And may be we need to check our poem button with people that we trust
Before we embarrass ourselves badly
with a poem that may bust"*
The problem with this is honesty
That we don't do it for just the fame
So for this I need your opinion to fix
my suggestion in playing the game
and make HP an even a better place
and enjoy it again and again!
Additional suggestions to HP:
* please fix the current suggestions which is still lit even when I fixed my suggested misspellings. .. Call it repair
* a suggestion button to HP in the menu
* a share with others button that can grow .. You can click and see who I shared it with ... it can also be private
* a playback button ... Reads out loud
* a favorite button .. Quickly adds it to your favorites
* a read later button
* by double clicking a word you can ping the poet for a misspelling or a suggestion of a new word or love that word
* a unite with another poet button
* Go Interactive button .. Others can re-write your poetry!
* a challenge button .. Encourage challenge with another poet
* a marry me button .. which starts with an enragement ring ..
*friends .. siblings and brothers and family button ... they have to accept you as a family member!

Love Overcomes
Love Becomes
Hate Never Prevails
Hate Always Fails
Upmost Sincere
Bonafide My Dear
Always Faithful
Simply Truthful
Stay Positive
Refuse Negative
Beauty Fades Away
Inner Beauty Pays The Way
Nobody Is Perfect
I Completely Understand
My Hearts In Abyss
Journeyed In A Twist
Clenching My Teeth
Trapped Beneathe
Ground Level By The Devil
A Rebel Fighting Off These Demons
Surviving Every Season
The Climate Is The Reason
Stipulating Treason
My Love Still Lives On
After Whats Said & Done
I'm Staying The Same
No Fun & Games
My Hearts Wide Open
Truth I Have Spoken
I Went & Came Back
Lost From The Tracks
A Blurry Vision
A Bias Collision
Nevertheless I'm In It For The Best
As You Rest On My Chest
You Whispered I'm The Best
Be Aware I'm Always There
Ready To Catch You
As You Fall I'm Right Beside You
My Words Are True
Smile When You Feeling Blue
Keep In Mind Someone Cares
When Your Alone & No Ones There
I Love You With Words & Actions
I Love You With Heart & Soul
I Love You With Mind & Body
One Of A Kind Like Nobody...

There's a silence in this solitude.
Yet a calamity in the violent storm that is my thoughts
A violent riptide
drowning me under the weight of the
imagined pressure on my chest
Breathless
I'm falling into a rabbit hole
that is the mind
The thoughts are killing me
Black and white pictures
memories that only I recall
Talks that I have yet to have
People that I love
Those that I don't
Those that I desire
Those that I won't
My thoughts are an endless ocean
And I'm a shipwrecked sailor
Swallowing too much salt water
For these veins to keep pumping blood
And this heart to keep a steady rhythm.
