I shake time's grasp with firm shrug
Before I know it
Again feel its tug
Then spit in its face
It spits right back
Taking position on top of my back
I guess we are stuck together for good
Stays longer than I wish it would

when you would have thought that nerve had gone, worn down,
when you would have thought that sense was a nub, tuckered out,
given a well deserved rest, after all, it was the best of each of us
maybe a glow, flickering in and out, a summer sun between clouds,
the occasional pang pinging, radiant, radiating in forgotten places,
luxury good, can’t longer afford, once, given with a happy reckless
crazy how love stays with me, low grade infection, ready to spread,
bud by morning, afternoon full blossom, black wilt by next daylight,
can’t decipher, finally decide, these tremors make old age life worthy?
absent, but memorized slivers, old poems, drive by glances of places,
hurt like hell so briefly, double over, no one notices, so fast dispensed,
it’s crazy how love stays with me,
and it’s a crazy that tastes so good,
hurts so awfully good, so badly bad
perhaps that is why behind my back,
not to my face, they whisper, call me,
the guy, still crazy after all these years,
just still crazy after all these tears, or just,
still crazy

I'll bear the consequences of falling in love with you.

Can It Be?
Can it be that we
No longer have to worry,
Be concerned about IQ and such,
It not much longer meaning much
When something’s to be learned?
Can it be we do not need those centers
To adapt and enter
Higher states,
Taking in non-useful crates
Of knowledge and/or information.
Wouldn’t that be lovely…
Days that don’t demand the shove
Of knowledge from an app
To make you happy?
Synapse, axon, neuron:
Hordes of intricate connections
Just to reach a level new;
Some new standard, some new status
You consider you.
Well, it seems that they’ve discovered
What you probably knew all the time:
You only need a darned few dendrites,
Through the days and nights
Of facts and figures all around;
Surrounding signals chemical/electric
To slow down the darned runaround.
Can it be that life that thrives
Is simpler than our brains surmise
From all the data thrown at us?
Maybe just a little meditation
And the silencing of motion
In the ocean of illusion
And the feeding of a news that’s false -
What we’re really needing,
The concoction and the potion
Has been right before our noses
All the time.

Again it has been assessed and proved
A loss of focus not only will cause delay, but also result in failure
Keep a focus on your goal
Awaken your mind
Activate your senses
Mobilize your thought process

Obstacles have always been there in everyone's life
They are part of everyone's life
Dealing with obstacles enriches the level of experience
Skills are honed over a period of time
Same are put to test when overcoming an obstacle
Time and again it has been proved that time is the most critical factor in dealing with an obstacle
A lot of time gets consumed when tackling an obstacle
When dealing with an obstacle always be sure about yourself
Be firmly grounded
No matter what happens
Even when things get out of control
As each and everything moves towards an extreme end.
Recall, recollect and remember everything
From the past and from prior
Be optimistic about yourself
Don't give up
Never lose hope
Learn and remember
Keep it in mind
Dealing with obstacles is a part of reaching towards goal.
A lot of things come into focus when handling things in routine life
When we miss something

Shaping the future does add the much needed zinger and spice to routine life.

This sadness I feel
It depresses me...
I just don't know anymore...
I don't fake smiles
Everyone can see how I feel...
"Are you tired? What's wrong?"
They'll never understand...
Neither will I..
This empty feeling.
Yet I know there is something inside me
I can feel the pain
It's definitely there, it never left...
It never stops
I wish it would, but it stays...
I just don't know anymore...
Actually, I never really did
And probably never will...

this kind of desperation gets repetitive
and i forget the words i used to know
just to make more space for your name
and it overflows from between my lips
and dribbles down my chin, to my pen
onto the letters i will never think to send.
you were the passing breeze
the humming sound of working bees
the touch and go motion of a strip tease
like sitting in a waiting room,
hoping you will finally find me.
