#sprain
I sprained my ankle once when I was 9. A silly incident, many say, Running after to catch my friend, In a childish game of ‘tag.’ The pain was lasting. A mark of my early onset of recklessness. Now I am 20. I have sprained my ankle yet again. Running after to catch a person In a grown person’s game called ‘love.’ I think this pain will last as usual I am used to this childish recklessness.

The Kind of Mess a Child Makes
Still learning to balance myself, Struggling hard not to fall, Still falling like an oversized kid, Struggling on path unbeaten, Still getting sprains and strains, Struggling to keep my head. Fell down yesterday morning much to my own dismay and I fell down on a hard surface, my ribs ache from the right side now.

My Physical Status
Yes, Doctor First it hurt horribly Unbearably Then, It swelled up So I wrapped it tight Till the swelling went down Next, The swelling was gone, But it started to bruise It turned bright colors; purple and red So I iced it numb Till I felt no more Now, The bruises aren't so bright But the numbness went away And back came the excruciating pain So I took some medicine To make things seem better But Doctor, Here's the thing: I don't think it will get better So Doctor, Can you fix my soul?
