was to fund the arts
as propaganda

1950's & early 60's
America saw unbridled
expressions of mass,
individual, artistic &
intellectual
creativity:
facilitated in large
part by the invention
of LSD by the CIA

so far the greatest mind
of recent times has been
essentially a disembodied
