you nourish relationships that don’t want to grow
maybe you should leave, you should just go
you put energy into so many people
that in reality sting you like a needle
they can’t give you anything in return,
nothing that sets your heart on fire
or makes it burn
and if you only would know
that those people don’t want to glow,
or at least not with you,
then maybe you should
adapt your crew
so stop watering death plants,
maybe you should just replant.
