#raze
Oh, Darling. You can’t fix yourself by breaking someone else. No, perhaps I can’t Love, But when the heat rises up in me. Making my skin glow, Lining the holes in me with molten gold, Perhaps I can burn them down. Raze their structured beliefs Until there’s nothing but choking thick ash. If something survives it is beautiful. If something new grows in that new fertile ground Then it is precious.

Razing
Cold crusted on the outside Boiling agony folded in Twisting, turning and squirming On the verge of spitting flames Withholding the hunger for demolition To raze the idols of perfection Fuming with each punishing breath Throwing up the grey smoke in skies Ashening the way to thoughts That red heart is on fire The hard knuckle are pale Soft lips caging venomous eruption Eyes searing suns of combustion Virulent brain going haywire Grumbling of the lethal unsaid words Fervid fluid of darkness filling the veins

Why you'd ask if you saw me now, My head slung low and shoulders down. You  used  to  be  so  big and strong, Baby  tell  me  what  went  wrong. Why  won't  you  tell  me  what  went  wrong I used to be a tower, but now I am no more. I used to wield such power, likes never seen before. I used to be a castle, till one crept in 'guised silly and aloof. And razed my lands around me while I fiddled on the roof.
