A Second Chance (Italian Sonnet)
Don’t dwell in the past Or life will never seem to last Live for today, die some other day Life will not have meaning if you cannot move on Follow the path of your heart Don’t bother to leave that part Only truth will uncover lies So, better yet- don’t say goodbye Try not to drown in the pain Forgiving might wash it away in rain Only time will whisper what occurs next The past is over, and future’s growth remains in its grain.

Don't Dwell in the Past
In the sky roared like an eagle the day give a gift of life To others across the universe When a gift is opened The gift of life shine upon our heads. Gift of life Show confident in whichever I live For what whispers would blow below Clap, clap to the life of gift My life is my gift. Gift of life To let the daylight run the east Of which is by the love of god's gift As I rise above mountains   Whether my gift is made of gift of life.                         By K-mari ©2016

The Gift of life
Live for today and don’t worry about tomorrow The next sunset or sunrise, just might never come Don’t even bother with all that sorrow Just don’t let your tears burn Spend your time on earth the best it can be! Give your care to everyone, so it won’t fade Try to smile, just for me. The warmth of your heart will destroy the dark shade Don’t let your family dissipate, far away Your life is needed for all You need them more and more each day I won’t let you fall So breathe your last breath, let me be. So, in another life, We can be FREE.

Live for today, and don’t worry about tomorrow
Baby bump, little baby bump She is so happy, very very happy It is her first time to be a mom And she doesn't want to be ****** She's excited to see her 1st born 9 months, it will take 9 months Girl or boy, sure she will adore 9 months, it is only for 9 months Everyday she talks to her angel Sings a song or tells a story She always wispher Mommy loves you baby Wanting to reassure the little angel Days are fast and the long wait is over The gift of life is about to be unwrap Little angel is about to be born Little angel will bring smile to the world The sky is beginning to light up But there are still stars dispersed in the firmament In the vast universe, a new gift carying her blood She's so moved that she couldn’t stop crying What a lovely sound she heard The first cry sounded like an angel’s trumphet The most beautiful melody of the moment The music of the gift of life

The Gift Of Life (Acrostic Poem)
From the very first time I felt that flutter in my belly move I knew the best gift of life and that gift was you My son My gift from God You are my happy place Nothing brights up my day more than when I see your smiling face I will do my best to teach you and raise you right Always say please and thank you Know what battles to fight Do not worry about love, son You will find the right woman When you have become the right man Don't take for granted this life that god has given you Treat people the way you want to be treated and always see things through We are not promised tomorrow So live it well and seize the day and ride the sun the entire way

My Gift
What wealth for us humans to fare The gift of power, the will to dare Wit so sharp and insights rare Hearts to share and souls to care       The prime motif in God’s divine design In us, the body and soul mysteriously intertwine We are bestowed with intelligence to discern And light and warmth like candles to burn In kingly glory we stand ***** n’ tall Over all animals that beneath us crawl Blessed generously with copious gifts and skills And discretion to ward off all sinister ills Though here on Earth, uncrowned we be We are the royal princes of the life to be And legal heirs to celestial glee After our perilous voyage across the sea We are flung unasked into this world And the gift of life to us is generously furled Never let the vessel of life go adrift       Steer clear of the shoals n'storms and guard this gift!

The Gift of Life- A Stack of Wealth
The dark gift, my friend Between the fields and mountains Whose will work overwhelmed In my thoughts of life How will you be disappointed? Of not being dark gift, my friend Darkness of misery with no luck In addition we may need help To whoever else is needed Humanity has rise to be strong Against the wall of fire Up until no confident return But will be no more dark gift. The dark gift
Confusion stems from infatuation Depression spills over happiness sometimes Ponder over said events Why am I so disconsolate? A chill makes one tremble and my hand refuses to write Should one put up a fight? This being is aching From within breaking Emotional bonds-block all? Let everything fall. This pitch black crippled the good in me. Can't you see? Too consumed in tears, shrieking and bleeding The ones who surround vanish from sight Life is a gift-I cannot obtain Pain is the punishment I gain

Breeding's Line (Loop Poem)
a tide of much strength wrenched the struggling surfer under its briny churn shoreline rescuers hauled this stilled person onto golden sands whereby commenced a resuscitation act to fill starved lungs with stocks of oxygen reinstated by life guards salvation granted

Salvation Granted (Haiku Format)
Scars on my heart tell a tale of a little girl; Misunderstood, different, outcast, But one day she’ll take over the world, And the tear drops on her journal will no longer be vast. Stars are bright tonight, The night reminds her of what the future for her will look like, Whilst the winds sing her a tune, Of the things that are not impossible even if they are not in sight. What she observe now is rare, Watching the rivers reflect back what they see, A beautiful rose stuck among the thorns; She read that message loud and clear. No more shedding tear drops on your journal.                               Jonesy 2016 ©

Tear Drops
*Each day is a gift with adversity Stretching my two hands open Receiving the gift of life chosen by God Where God feels the capability in me To carry the luggage with ease Making me stronger in facing life!*

God's Gift
I stalked along an endless maze Of hallways, grim and green, Where sterile wards of curtained bays Masked sickness with a screen. The coloured lines upon the floor Served as my silent guide, And led me to a torture room Where nightmares preyed inside. Upon a crisply cornered bed With sheets up to your chest, A knot of vein-pumped fluids fed To keep your heart from rest; Your eyes were closed and peaceful, And all pain gone from your brow. You've never looked more beautiful Than how you do right now. I fiddled with the little card You gifted when we met, Not knowing then 't would be too hard, Wishing I could forget A promise made in youthful bliss When plans were bold and grand, And giving you one farewell kiss I let go of your hand. I never asked to know her name But if we ever met I'm sure I'd know her all the same And still would not regret The day that life was cruel to us And tore our world apart, Yet granted life to her because You gifted her your heart.

The Little Card
Time for those wounds to mend Where is all that fear-hiding? Let the time be, and for it to bend Why must we be in a massive quarrel? She started to flee; We began to run Why oh why must it be after me? Fate himself released a gun The path itself unfolded To the dismay of our human hearts The knots of life once again, reholded What has erased those starts? Unexpected happenings in the light Now is best to face life, and take our last flight.

Happenings in Life's Light
The gift of life   The curse of life    The bitterness     The jealousy      The heartbreak The pain of love   The thrill of love    Pursuing the impossible     A conquered heart      What cuts us to our core... The greatest gift of life is our loneliness, our pain. The things that make us vulnerable to love from one another. To have a shattered heart be held by a friend, as you confess to being violated. Cut my heart in two with this hope. Shiver my spine with this fear; That I will suffer loneliness all my days, That not a single day will I ever be alone. Set me off on the river in my casket, When I am gone with the flowers passing. I'm waiting for the fall, for the gift of life... I tell you again: the greatest gift of life is our loneliness, our pain. The things that make us vulnerable to love from one another.

The Gift of Life
*Fear haunting me of dark evils Visions chasing me to asunder Nowhere a heart to protect me Aloof a saying women are God's gifts And no life without them They remain beautiful as quotes Searching a place to hide Staying secluded from stray dogs Abiding in a thought of suicide Afore surrendering in their hands ! Unrivalled request to this world Words nevermore protect us Prove it through your actions We are your gift in this life !*

Your Gift
When the sun goes down All darkness seems to hold Now the light is to fold So give this life some sort of reason So we can all stay and move on to the next… The text within, remains unopen The last path stays, unbroken The voice left unheard So give this life some sort of reason, So we can all survive And the darkness starts to learn And the light is to return So give my life, all the reason to live And fall into the dream
