She was sad, so was the sky She cried, so did the sky She held back, so did the sky They could no longer hold back, finally they cried. Her smile was wide, so was the sky's What made her smile? Despite the mushy eyes. She was joyful, even the sky was merciful.

So Was the Sky
in every broken dream, there is an abundance of possibilities waiting to be explored. in every grave misstep, there is a new chance to stand up and try again. in every lost soul, there is a compass waiting to lead the way. in every tiring day, there is solace and comfort at night to lean on. in every doubtful thought, there is proof of certainty waiting to be seen. in every guilty conscience, there is someone listening, someone who is ready to accept any change of heart.

the habit of nature
A failed life and a cheek-pinch are quite alike, they both hurt.

Life parallelism
Shadows are everywhere. Against corners, next to a pair of lovers, beneath my eyes, touching a thousand souls. Shadows tell tales of abandonment and emptiness tales of lust tales of exhaustion tales of misery and darkness. Shadows block out the light of happiness and holiness Light that left when the sun set on the stories of the lonely stories of the desired stories of the weary stories of the sad. Shadows bathe us in darkness hides us from hovering eyes so we can be alone so we can sin so we can rest so we can end.

The Story A Shadow Tells
Somehow, You have Excavated the tiniest crevices of my bones Nestling into the cracks as comfortably as if you were born to sleep in them Somehow, You have Crept into every quiet moment of my mind Inhabiting my thoughts as naturally as if you were created to be in them Somehow, You have Uncovered the center of my heart Feeding my emotions as easily as if you were made to care for them
