#outskirts
you threw me far flung away from myself, an act of hate and fear. but it feels good i have to say, to look at myself objectively from this point so far from the beginning. i am on the outskirts, looking back at myself with love, and a dedication to walk through this new fire, in an effort to make myself even bigger than before.

the outskirts.
At the skirts of the town on the hill near the copse where the trailer wide park situated then was whence they drive her in conscious though deprivèd of any ability to move or to scream or to even f moan whence they drive her snickering drooling high no need e’en for ropes or twines she just lies still and demure and obedient without even a drop of tear to gutter down her cheek to moist her flaky skin all dry within but without perspire to she can tho’ you know so they pulled up lights off keys in the pocket they look and they smile and they fawn on her while she lies there alone by herself and no one around nor to help nor to try so they leave and they close and they go and they open and drag on the gravel they throw and with hands on the belts they above and they brood and impend like the vultures that hover above the sight of their prey putrefying and they down and they stretch and Stay that right yess oh thats just perfectly fine stretch them nice pull then no tear those off and up whereas she looks into the sky on the moon so shiny and pale gal and bright and so chaste so unlike to oh she just stares while they’re doing their so very so distant business

Distant Business
I've lived in the outskirts all my life I've met in the outskirts my friends and my wife I've built in the outskirts a comfortable hive I'll make in the outskirts my kids, four or five I've been here in outskirts both night and day I went to school, college, work in the same place I've never been made aware of any other way Than the one I've been using in outsirkts again and again The outskirts are comfortable, the outskirts are safe Nothing's ever going down there, neither good nor bad There is no grand ambition behind its bland face No life goals or life to love behind its made bed In outskirts I've lived, loved, ate, ****** slept, dreamt, hated, berated, been bored and amused, adored and abused, depleted, exhausted, destroyed and rebuilt, encouraged and spewed, all encompassing comfort of life's dullest views The outskirts are comfortable, they are always secure In outskirts I've lived my whole life and more All outskirts look the same, but mine is the best For my outskirts is where my humble home stands

The Outskirts
The rain is awkward today it falls straight, in a logical matter There is no wind to speak of It feels like the liquid that pours from my eyes Straight forward Pained by the standards of others They do not accept my kind There is no intersection of understanding No wind... It seems to pour as I begin to think and only stops when I find resolve
