#meteorite
so, if you happen to pass by,
be not an aurora but a meteorite.
crash gates and leave a mark,
meet me at a crater in my heart.
my bright burning star,
tell me about your journey,
where you travel high and far
to come to me again like Halley's.
i will watch you do wonders,
for my love does not tire.
even if the world is in reverse,
noir or iridescent, you love i.

The meteorite shower that I allowed blindly
Leaves pieces of glass unwelcomingly
Creating an unwanted fire necessarily
That mends the glass powerfully
Just in time for the early July moon
obeying universe’s rules exactly

They call me a special name.
They call me a meteorite,
and I know I can fly forever.

A flash of bright light
A meteorite
Shooting across my universe
Destroy
ing every
thing
in
it s
path
(for the better)
Leaving fragments of burning matter
Shards of glass in the ****** beating sun (my heart)
As quickly as your burning fire came into my sight, you were gone
Nothing
(but vivid memories, toasted lyrics and throbbing heartache)

The death of a meteorite
Is the birth of a star
For a moment that it’s falling
Down the atmosphere, speed it’s gaining
For a moment to be shining
For a moment to be sparkling
In exchange for that moment
Is the meteorites’ ending
But the meteorite didn’t care
Even when it hit the ground
Crushed, broken and can no longer be repaired
For even just but a single moment
It was not a meteorite
But a star
A falling star
Yes indeed, the death of a meteorite
Is the birth of a star
