Iggy & Lou,
my iron angels
I do love you two
I am your sister now
schooled in experience
a Passenger
a Transformer
of dark days
though, Lou
they never tried
to fry my brain
thank god
Iggy, what did you do
when you were bored
locked up
what did you do
to shock them
I want to see your notes
& what they wrote
what havoc you caused
if you tried to jump over the fence
Boys, no matter how they treated you
your music still came out
they couldn't stop you
& they won't stop me
for with you, I am free
donning my leather
strutting my stuff
spitting words
out like charcoal
& grit
through the night's
backside

Today I listened to a song that I first listen to it when I was 16...
some verses that I never noticed that they were there.
The lyrics are a little bit different from the studio album because it's from
a recorded tape in a show on 1969...
Lou Reed was a amazing person, writer, guitar player and unique!
"(...)
Lisa says on a night like this
It would be so nice if you give me a kiss
And Lisa says that you just want a little smile
And I sit next to you for a little while
(...)
And Lisa says that you must be a funny kind of guy
Wait allways staring at the sky
Lisa says...
And now that you are next to me
I just get so upset, why am I so shy?
Those good times, they just seem to pass me by
Lisa says

Just a perfect day, drink Sangria in the park
And then later, when it gets dark, we go home
Just a perfect day, feed animals in the zoo
Then later, a movie too and then home
Oh, it's such a perfect day
I'm glad I spent it with you
Oh, such a perfect day
You just keep me hanging on
You just keep me hanging on
Just a perfect day, problems all left alone
Weekenders on our own, it's such fun
Just a perfect day, you made me forget myself
I thought I was someone else, someone good
Oh, it's such a perfect day
I'm glad I spent it with you
Oh, such a perfect day
You just keep me hanging on
You're going to reap just what you sow

Money, the temporary saviour,
Your own convenience betrays millions
And you fake everything,
Pathological liar, you are, it is part of your breath now
Funny things happen,
Still no jewelries could give you politesse
It's too late to save your soul, governor,
You were born with sins inside your genes
Lobotomized countrymen, ****** and shallow,
Majority wins, we somehow deserve to be inside of this damnation.
