In the soft glow of your sorrow, where the sun fades, and shadows follow, I see the tender ache in your verse, each line a whisper, a silent curse. “Seems Endless,” you write, and the moon listens, reflecting the tears that your soul glistens. In the night’s embrace, you break, you bend, hoping the darkness would never end. In Missed Connection, your heart speaks loud, a love lost, yet covered by a shroud. “I would trade my life for another day,” for a smile that once chased your clouds away. Guilt weighs heavy in your heart’s core, a stain that no tears can restore. But your words are rich, like wine aged deep, capturing the pain that makes us weep. In The Cost, you share the price of love, how dreams shatter, pushed and shoved. Yet in your heart, you still hope, still give, for in your sorrow, we all learn to live. You say it’s Too Late to turn back time, yet in your regret, there’s beauty sublime. To let go of love, to feel that sting, a silent price that time cannot bring. Love’s Altruism, you so plainly say, is not in promises, but in the day-to-day. To give with no return, to let love flow, a lesson in grace that we all should know. Jess, in every word you breathe, there’s a truth that we all believe. Your pain is poetry, your sorrow a song, in the melody of life where we all belong.

In the Heart of Her Words @Jess
Dogs who are so loyal and giving, deserve no less than this; As they depart for heaven's gate,   with a final good dog fuss   and a tearful, loving kiss. Holding tightly to their paw,   till their eyes softly close,   while their gentle, peaceful spirit soars,   but, continues living within   that broken heart of yours. This is where their pain ends,   and where your sorrow begins.   Yet, they will be looking down from the beautiful stars   over the rainbow bridge. We know that all good dogs go to heaven,   to realms beyond this earthly plane,   to a paradise where they run free,   in a land of boundless joy,   where fusses and play never end. But, good dogs will never forget you, they will be waiting so patiently,   for that wonderful moment when you will join them,   and call out their name. They'll come running so quickly, their tail wagging incredibly fast as they eagerly lick your face, overjoyed to be reunited with their forever friend at last. ©️Lizzie Bevis For Jess 28/01/2014 - 11/01/2025 Thank you for all of the cuddles you gave me, when I looked after you when your mummy and daddy were at work. I’m going to miss you Jessica Wabbit

All Good Dogs Go To Heaven
1. I did conspire to love you. 2. The moon was happy with us. 3. Baudrillard’s concept of “Object Fetishism” is more relevant than Marx’s. 4. Thank you. 5. Trees are closer to heaven than the angels. (I know, you already know that, but I like the line). 6. You have the most beautiful sorrowful eyes. 7. The future enters into us, in order to transform itself in us, long before it happens. (RILKE 1912) 8. Locomotives fall in love going in opposite directions. 9. Certain earthquakes do not like themselves. 10. The more one contemplates the less one lives; the more one accepts recognizing himself in the dominant images of need, the less one understands ones’ own existence and ones’ own desires. (Debord 1967) 11. I did plot to love you. 12. The black crow on the wire is not me. 13. Umbrellas can be opened inside. (Only black; counter intuitive, I know). 14. Your touch; my body remembers softly. 15. I did love you. 16. Clocks sometimes stop for no reason. 17. Even the most unexpected dream is a rebus that contains a desire or its reverse, a fear…Everything conceals something else. (CALVINO 1972) 18 Sometimes letters sent, never arrive. 19. Only you ever made me blush. 20. In the end, everything is just a dream. 21. This poem will maximize your interval times. 22. Love is ambiguous, at best a “Contamination”, from the Latin *** tangere. “leaving a tactile print.” 23. I will let you go. 24. I will publish this poem 25. I will always love you. Sincerely Mr. Leibow

I dreamt of a glistening burning radiant Sun A gold crayon sunflower fire on the stove I feel the heat warmth hotness Of the sun against my skin I’m dancing leaping spinning Across the soft ground Flowers blooming around me But then I fall and wake from my dream and deep sleep I wake up to see the pounding endless crystal - clear Rain An ocean of sorrow despair misery A single raindrop The thunder is roaring booming whopping Outside A storm swirling with everlasting rain and thunder The misty sky so hazy foggy cloudy The rain shower continues

All Summer in a Day
Not a goddess, More. Not a fighter, More. Beyond a friend, More. Not just beautiful, More. Loving and, More. Sweetness and, More. When the time has come, And the day is done, Then all will see, That she, Is something, More.

The Air hung tremulous Waiting with curious expectation Her mind gliding with Tidepool Dreams Waves caress the sand - playful. Teasing. She listens To the song of the Sea The laughing foam becoming giggling mist The ***** seagull's cry with false grandeur The weary Wind sighs with a breeze And Her. In solitude. Waiting, Waiting.

Lone Coast
we would cry ourselves to sleep in each other's arms and wake up to a dark sunrise, counting tear drop stains on our pillows

hope(less)
i know i don't see when you cry but i know that you do i know you want to die and sometimes i do too i know i don't see the cuts that you make but i know that they're there i know your smiles are fake and that you have so much to fear i want to reach out to you and tell you "you're not alone" i want to help you get through -run the demons out of your home you've got to know i'm just as bad with scars i do not show and others making me sad i've cried myself to sleep every night for years while trying not to cut too deep i drown my sorrow with tears i know it's stupid to say but i do love both of you i want you to be okay and i believe in you all these words i'm giving to you i wish one day to hear i just wish that you knew just how much i care.
