#interdependence
Love smiles where Chandrachur rests at Shakti’s feet— dominance dissolving into surrender, the universe balanced in Ardhanarishvara.

Chandrachur 🌙
not one, but many, for the transitional is everywhere about, the sun heats, but the fall chill negates, the animals sense the change, knowing instinctively that soon, soon enough, the land will be of humans almost denuded, and they may go forth, about, their reclaimed land, writing their own, history, their own stories and their own poetry, and the treaty between nature, living creatures, earth, and once more, their national Day of Interdependence, will be freely celebrated...

there will no poem today...just...interdependence
You're different today, I hope that doesn't mean, You're diverging. Because my nation, Isn't functional without your aid, I'm not ready for independence yet. "Athens and Sparta, two Greek city states, developed divergent values despite being of one nation."

Interdependence
When ego gets hold of your mind Then the notion of self is confined To a tight narrow cell And forgotten how well Every sentient thing is entwined

You and Eye
Started with denial Too unreal to believe Then we were lost No remedy to relieve With uncertainty & despair Many are broken beyond repair But we crawled into acceptance Built a fort of interdependence When normalcy seems a far-fetched wish You realise the time wasted on bigger fish Maybe its a hint to straighten up priorities When its life or death, too futile for insecurities

New Normal
All at once, the breeze cools my skin. the air is sweet. All at once, my heart is here, the line is thin and at my feet. All at once, the rose is me And I the rose. All at once, this garden is old, yet fresh to see. All at once, no desires, just what is. All at once the clouds the sea The rain in this rose The pollinating bee. The sun that shines Is free to see Not just in the sky but in the leaves The earth that feeds Every ounce of me. All at once, all that can be Not just outside, Inside too All at once and all that is Is right here Right now All at once.

All at once.
When feeling down, depressed, detached, isolated, or lonely, don’t forget everything you’re already a part of. Your family, your community, your country, the broader population of all humanity. Even if all of them leave you with a sense that you don’t belong, that you have no value, and that you are not worthy, remember that you’re not the first, nor the only, nor the last made to feel this suffering. Close your eyes for a moment, take a few deep breaths, and remember all that you do not see. Remember the all-pervading interdependence that weaves between all things. Remember the universe did not make an exception when bringing you to be, and you share an interconnected existence, same as everyone and everything. Remember that you are worthy and of value in the architecture of the universe and no one has the right nor the power to take that from you, not even you, and this is true, absolute, and forever it will be. Find yourself by knowing, feeling, observing, the others who smile in silent disdain, who wake up aching in their cores, rising to meet another day. Find yourself in those that have yet to come, for those that have yet to break, yet to despair. For it is there you’ll find yourself, in a place, in a time, preceded by all that is the past, amidst all that is current, so that you may find a way to ride the wave into the future and vibrate vibrantly for eternity. Find yourself in human history, the rise and fall of human societies, the historical human afflicted atrocities. Find yourself in the grand and universal architecture, for you are there, close your eyes, breath deeply, and may you see. May you find your strength, your will, your courage and let your heart be still. May you find it in yourself to take that torch, handed to you by those who battled doubt, were ostracized, those who before you, found a way out, to idealize, who against the darkened odds, kept on seeking better and brighter days. They’re waiting for you, but wish to see you flourish before you join them to perch upon eternity. Sometimes all they did was endure, and maintain dignity and grace. Or simply made attempts to change what many around them thought was just the way it would always be, who simply dreamed what those around them could not imagine, the ones who thought of you, who had yet to be, and your place in this universal scheme. Who found themselves in you and their hopes for all that you could be, who found themselves and let themselves believe. May you find yourself assured that simply being you is all you have to be and that it is okay, it is enough, and the universe will see. May you help carry forward the human legacy and bring forth humanity into a moralistic and heartfelt harmony.

The sun climbs over the horizon, casting me into the shadows. I'm cold and so lonely, my heart aches for you. My heart is so full it breaks for you. If I buried myself further still into the earth, could I be swallowed whole. Will i be born anew? With no recollection of you? What am I without your warmth, your laugh? A bundle of self hate and personal anguish. In the prettiest little package

Interdependence
If I could hold you close would I rip your clothes, or run my fingers through your hair? I think I prefer to love you from afar, my guiding star, my Beatrice. From you would I steal a kiss? That would just make earthly my heavenly bliss. I know what I love is more than you, you are only a symbol of what’s beautiful and true. We revolve in twin orbit, fan and star. Love is like gravity, bending space and time, locking us in a dance-- spinning in rhythm, a cosmic balance-- what seems like great distance bridged by the knowledge of a fast-beating heart. Together we glow more brightly than apart. And between us there is no night, only heat and fire and light.

Twin Orbit (Fan and Star)
We are not a thing, We're a happening We're coming and going all of the time Never staying still, just like my rhyme We are not a thing, We're a happening You can't point at me! If you try I will disappear in the blink of an eye We are not a thing, We're a happening You can't drive a wheel because it's not a car If you try you won't get very far We are not a thing, We're a happening Doctors know this because they've seen Inside our skin with an Xray machine We are not a thing, We're a happening Still looking for the book, for some thing to read? Or maybe the beginning of a seed We are not a thing, We're a happening Without the fish and egg where would we be There'd be no you, there'd be no me We are not a thing, We're a happening We're coming and going all of the time Never staying still, just like my rhyme

We are not a thing
Elements, indivisible, naked A single wayward rain drop falls from above Clouds a whisper away Sun heat thawing my helplessness Tender wind cascading in the space between my fingers Stubborn bones draped on stubborn rocks Awake again, surrendering to their dance
