the amount I feel
it's too much to understand
its hard for me to grasp too
you are on my mind
every fleeting second
of every day
you make me feel
things I haven't felt in
forever
or maybe even ever
your smile makes your eyes

glow

fairy tales, dreams, far away lands

Eyes the color of clear skies after a storm
Skin soft and bright as silk sheets in summer
Her smile is the start of every good day
Her laughter is a melody you never want to end
She is grace in motion,
Long and elegant
Five foot ten,
The perfect height for holding close
Every step she takes is poetry
Her voice fills the room,
sweet and haunting
Notes linger in the air,
Gentle as a promise
When she sings,
you remember every childhood wish

She is beautiful in ways cameras cannot keep
Stunning in the way the stars are,
Silent and sure
Amazing in every glance,
Every word, every gentle touch
She feels like coming home after wandering lost

She is the daydream that finally comes true
She is hope dressed as a woman

walking down the isle,
Who will say I do,
Who will she look onto.
Where will I be,

What could I do

My dark colored butterfly. Why do you stay?
Others could make you so much happier.
You have beautiful majestic wings;
why don’t you use them to fly away?

Maybe I don’t want me dark colored, female butterfly. We started well, then started fighting.

The first time i met you in person,

The moment you first kissed me,
i did not see that coming

Your hand fit perfectly with my hand,
I held your hand with pride,
cuz i knew you were mine.
When i first looked into your eyes for the very first time….

When i first danced with you,

I am torn between two choices
I am debating on whether to leave her
