It's raining cats and dogs today,
my tongue the cat has stolen away,
and I watch in silence as pigs fly,
then tumble earthward from the sky.
A cheeky monkey, full of guile,
pulls wool over my eyes, for a while
and as the wolf cries false alarms,
a wild goose chase begins across the farm.
In a China shop, a bull runs free,
shattering porcelain endlessly.
An elephant now stands in plain sight,
as I hold my horses and watch this plight.
The top dog lounges, cool and wise,
as others bark their foolish cries,
up wrong trees, early birds take flight,
to catch the worm before first light.
The lion claims his hearty share,
while flapping fish gasp in open air,
now, take the bull by the horns,
it must be tamed
by a red herring so aptly named!
The cat slips free, the bag is untied,
there are no secrets left to hide,
the bird now sings, a call to all,
"Oh, to be a fly upon a wall!"

You know what they say about men with big feet –
“the socks don’t fit so easily on the first try”
And by the series of events, the more you get to
know someone; the easier it is to relax together –
"Netflix and chill"
But a job not done so well has an obvious result –
“hit it, and quit it”
A few men put up so well with a woman’s
whole bag of ******* lets just blame –
“that good junk in the trunk”
Find someone to rest your worries on –
“some good pillow talk”
Have a kick out of extracurricular activities –
“with an *** to boot, in your boot knocking”
Still stand on your standards, but avoid living
on _double standards_ – not everything works
so well with their – “double meanings”

Today, my train of thought
Is a bit off track.
It's a dark and confusing smokestack.
You see, questions abound.
So buckle in as I go to town.
Which cider you on?
Apple or hard?
If a tree falls on a copier
And no one is around to see it,
Does it make a forest?
I'm rooting for yes; but quite unsure.
How many coins can a fountain hold?
I wish I knew.
Is Paul dead or the walrus?
Is Paul dead AND the walrus?
Coo coo ca choo.
What's the beef about red meat?
It fills but kills? It sells but fells?
Who knows!
The proof is in the pudding.
All other desserts are unsubstantiated,
I suppose.
If peanut butter leaves Los Angeles
Traveling east at 100 miles per hour,
And jelly leaves New York
Traveling west twice as fast,
Will they become a sandwich when they meet?
What a treat if they did.
Maybe one day these
Universal questions will be solved.
But for now, I'm quite dizzy
From all the lunacy involved.
Catch you later...

We looked at the world through rose-colored glasses,
sped through the night under blue moons,
parked in cars and gave boys the green light.
Explored gray areas, dreamed of golden boys,
painted the town red and got caught red-handed.
We saw adult freedoms and were green with envy,
we experienced blackouts (I’m talkin’ to you 151 ***
swam in black water alone and talked to strangers,
told little white lies, yet somehow, we didn’t die young.
I think of college students as dyed-in-the-wool adults.
The grass always looked greener on the adult side,
and we’re tickled pink not to be infantilized any more.
We’ll show the world our true colors
and pass college with flying colors.
Life won't be handed to us on silver platters,
we’ll get white collar jobs.
Of course, as adults, we’ll have to deal with red tape,
and we can’t be yellow-bellied or try to whitewash things.
We’ll stay out of the red or sing the blues.
We’ll stay off the yellow lines, seek golden opportunities,
attend black tie events, obey the golden rule, avoid pink slips,
support our men in blue and look for silver linings.
Adulthood sounds exhausting.
On the positive side, I’m told adults practice safe ***
Practice means what it’s always meant - right?
Is that why adults go to bed so early?
Besides, as adults, we won’t be kept in the dark anymore,
and we’ll get to chase rainbows!

sa paglikha ng tuwina kong katha
madama mo din sana ang kakatwa
ngunit nakasanayan ko nang pagtatwa
hinggil sa himpilan ng tagong lubha
naririnig kahit di man pakinggan
nahihilig saglit kundi man tanggihan
inaaliw pilit ang sarili sa kundiman
bumibitiw singkit kong ngiti panandalian
dahil sa dingding lang ang pagitan
hilahil ng singsing dagliang pasakitan
walang pasakalye kang papanigan
humarang pa sa kalye silang marasigan
sapagkat ang magtengang-kawali
sa pangkat ay sadyang balewala rin
kapit sa patalim talagang tatanggapin
kahit pa maitim pawang palipad-hangin
wala kasing malaking nakapupuwing
ika nga nitong napipintong
pagsalubong
niyong yaong paimbulog na daluyong
tila halinghing, pakiwaring
may naduduling
wari bagang mapupunong inuugatan !
Martes pakatapos ng Lunes ! Linggo lang ba ang pahinga ?

An apple a day keeps the doctor away, unless he owns the orchard.
Either way you have to pay to keep the doctor away, or in a bushel basket. A signal from your own mind keeps the doctor away. That's free though...and we don't want nothing free! Not even our neighbor! Not even our dom. Or is it dum? No handouts buddy! Until we figure out a way to tax your mind, no handouts.
Get it yet Waldo?

It was love at first sight
me feeling high as a kite
Ah, but this too did pass
left me a blithering outcast
Crazy love at first sight
It was love at first sight
thought of you every night
Can’t stop thinking of you
what am I gonna do?
Blinding love at first sight
(Chorus)
Head over heels into the unknown
Doomed to fade before true love’s seed sown
Loss of control by true love’s praesidium
Love’s cliché coup (surrounded by idioms)
~ Crazy, blinding love at first sight
It was love at first sight
but not all black and white
Throwing caution to the wind
will my life then upend?
Stormy love at first sight
It was love at first sight
Why am I so uptight?
Will it lump me with fools?
Or exceptions to rules?
Scary love at first sight
(Chorus)
Head over heels into the unknown
Doomed to fade before true love’s seed sown
Loss of control by true love’s praesidium
Love's cliché coup (surrounded by idioms)
~ Stormy, scary love at first sight
It was love at first sight
but two wrongs can’t be right
One plus one’s never two
when one’s heart isn’t true
Fickle love at first sight
It was love at first sight
That dizzy passage of rite
Love is blind at what cost?
Best to have loved then lost?
All’s fair in love at first sight
(Chorus)
Head over heels into the unknown
Doomed to fade before true love’s seed sown
Loss of control by true love’s praesidium
Love's cliché coup (surrounded by idioms)
~ All‘s fair in fickle love at first sight

What complicated way
To simply express the power of words.

If you try to hold sand too tightly,
It slips through your fingers,
Love isn't too sightly,
It poisons and it lingers.
Even a brave lion in a cave,
Will starve and fall If it doesn't change,
From that fate, love can save,
But without, is far more strange.
The best time to blossom is now,
The old idiom man said,
Trees planted in the past don't grow,
And down my long path I'm led.
Every story and poem ever told,
Whisper me meaning and truth,
And although touching souls is gold,
I've got to lift up my youth.
I lie in an orange field of green grass,
Emotions overcome by colour,
And this freedom might be my last,
I don't want this busy world any fuller.
Music and nature is enough,
Oh forest in love's shade,
Take these blue feelings away.

The other day I came across
A rabbit, very small.
I asked him how his day was
( I know I’m off the wall.)
The bunny started laughing.
He said, “You crack me up.
Now pull yourself together sir,
Come over, and we’ll sup.”
I couldn’t wrap my head around,
How I would get in to
The rabbits tiny house, but I,
Bit off more than I could chew.
‘A piece of cake’ was what he said,
When asked how I would fit.
‘Slow and steady wins the race
Just watch how I do it.’
Throwing caution to the wind
I curled myself tight
More fit than fiddles though I was,
I didn’t fit, not quite.
Curiosity near killed the cat
Or a human in my case
So stuck was I, I couldn’t move
A problem I did face
I pushed and pulled and wheezed and huffed
The rabbit left me here
Until I got my second wind
I was stuck, with no one near
A fox was loping past right then
And as he went he thought
‘He’s off his rocker to go in
A rabbit hole for naught’
Instead of beating round the bush
I told myself “Now look”
“Get your act together Ned.
And out of this tight nook.’
To make a story very short
With much work I wiggled free
And then to make the matters worse
I got stung by a bee
I know that they say live and learn
And look before you leap
But how was I supposed to know
It’d go downhill so steep.

Its dark,
Dark as night without shining star and brightening moon,
Neither lights nor lamps on,
North south east west,
Any direction I turn;
If someone near, if you can hear,
Please answer my fear,
Is this day or night, why am I here?
Why is my whole body shrouded in white linen?
My family, where have they gone?
No response,
Still Silence..... Can’t be defined, only be felt,
No sound I hear, not even my own heartbeat;
I am left to live here alone,
Does not matter, my eyes kept closed or open,
Dark and silence, not so good companions;
My first and new experience,
But shall remain for eternity.,
"Silence of the grave", "Dead silence",
The idioms now make sense;

The early bird has nothing to attend
His caution cured throwing to the wind
Rising lands in a gold coat dawn
Blue Moon hangs out of spite to free insight
You and me under stars tonight
the best of both worlds
rolling water, blowing air
our heads aim zen but our bodies hang 10
taking ease limits risk in breaking leg
An act as planned should get out of hand
Snow in hell rang the rain check bell
Keep your view on the stars tonight
There's a common realm where our eyes align
You and me under stars tonight

The moon's not a crescent
It doesn't glow
It doesn't shine
It doesn't hang in the air
It doesn't show your love
Or mine
Blood moons? Not ******
Blue moons? Not blue
Super moons? Not so super
New moons? Anything but new
Superstitious? Full moons
Don't fill the earth with fright
Don't induce labor
Nor raise werewolves
In the night
No man in the moon
Hate to break it to you
Moon's mysterious myths
Mere legends
All untrue
These unscientific lyrics
Carelessly thrown around
What a load of crock!
The moon is nothing more
Than a cold empty sphere
A pale lifeless rock
And this just in
From all the moonlight lovers:
So is my soul, what a shock!

May I a penny for your thoughts?
Said the voice of reasons chat.
But I hold my tongue as still I think,
Curiosity killed the cat.
As I burn the midnight oil,
In the job that I don't have.
Add salt to the wound of truth,
Just burn the other half.
I'm stuck between two choices,
Caught between two stools.
Cross that bridge when you come to it,
Find the unavailable tools.
Maybe what they say is really the case,
Actions speak louder than words.
If that's true, you'll find ecstasy,
Using one stone, but killing two birds.

If a tree falls in a forest
Does it make a sound
When the woods are open and
There's only three people around
One of them remembers it
As clear as it was day
Yet as to wether it was real or a dream
She cannot really say
The second has no memory
But he wouldn't say it didn't occur
And he has the vauge memories of after
When little echoes could be heard
And the third may know the answer
But the other two can't ask
Because going down that road
Is taking the devil out of the flask
So did the tree really fall?
Or more important still
Can anything they remember be trusted
Wen they tell their stories as they will
