Like superman to your batman I actually got power Power with ink, Power with flow Don't even blink I'll make your mind blow Like my cape to your batmobile How does it feel? Knowing I can fly, You just spinning your wheels Throwing around money While I'm saving the world Like my Lois Lane to your Robin I'll actually get the guy You sitting there cryin Cause money don't but happiness Neither does fame Just writing what I feel And you'll never be the same My Clark Kent to your Bruce Wayne Might as well just give up Cause you'll never be me I'm just made of stronger stuff Its the end of the line Especially for you Maybe it's time To figure out what else you can do...

Superman vs. Batman
Let the world always remember, That fateful day in September, And the ones who answered duty's call, Should be remembered by us all. Who left the comfort of their home, To face perils as yet unknown, An embodiment of goodness on a day, When men's hearts had gone astray. Sons and daughters like me and you, Who never questioned what they had to do, Who by example, were a source of hope, And strength to others who could not cope. Heroes that would not turn their back, With determination that would not crack, Who bound together in their ranks, And asking not a word of thanks. Men who bravely gave their lives, Whose orphaned kids and widowed wives, Can proudly look back on their dad, Who gave this country all they had. Actions taken without regret, Heroisms we shall never forget, The ones who paid the ultimate price, Let's never forget their sacrifice. And never forget the ones no longer here, Who fought for the freedoms we all hold dear, And may their memory never wane, Lest their sacrifices be in vain. 09-30-10b.

We Shall Never Forget (9-11 Tribute)
gods and goddesses stilled mid-flight, immortalized in a glory fast fading. distilled sunlight filtering through, unheeded, as a devastating dawn for redemption awakens.      _dust scattering over marble hands, forever supple,_ as angels fall from grace, wings clipped and torn asunder. the sigh of a thousand lost souls, searching; the thunder of a thousand chariots, unbridled.      _a wing outstretched, a bow pulled taught;_ drawn, not fired. frozen heroes lifting voices unheard;      _the calm before a storm, a fight unforeseen,_ silver linings beckoning victories of heaven's epics left unsung. look up into the clouds and you'll see a history unwritten, for they speak to you in murals of smeared colors and pure light. but hush! sweet child, off you drift into an insincere sleep, until these stories buried beneath your lips,      singed, searing, burning away memories of the battles that    linger ,over your tongue  , are no more than a shadow of a flame.    and as his lashes flutter closed over blue eyes    and his heavy golden curls fall on white sheets    she whispers,         _the renaissance was not painted for you._

When the world turns upside down Because of a computer virus Who ya gonna call? The magical IT department. On horses of cabled veins They charge to vanquish The evil that lurks inside The internet. White flags blowing in the breeze Always on hand and Well educated But miserable in their own way.

Heroes
It is not the world that is unfair, but the people are. The more power they gain, the greedier they become. Justice, seems to be just a word. If only this life were a movie where the heroes would win and the villains would lose within 2 hours.

The Inner King,
We walk among hero’s every day. And they are recognised, But not nearly enough. They all fight on the same team, They don’t always have the same uniforms, But they fight for you, out of love. They get paid sure, just about, But it doesn’t keep them there, It’s their compassion. They suffer long hours, and bad pay, Overworked, overwhelmed, Something we need to refashion. Yet they continue, fighting for your health, Mending wounds, treating disease, Doing their all, doing what they can. They do it with a smile, a friendly face, They do it agile, and with grace, Yet they’re just human, not Superman. They’re on the frontline, hands on, They’re behind the scenes, Each a cog, in a massive machine. But this machine is built by living parts, And they’re breaking more and more, Physically, emotionally, everything in between, Yet they carry on. They continue to fight. A battle never won. Recognised and praised, These are our heroes, Recognised, revered, yet still unsung.

Walking Among Heroes
I write about what disheartens me And this one does, way too deeply The harm cannot be undone Most were lost, not just some To go into a field, gambling with the universe Our brave soldiers, with actions they can't reverse Lost their life fighting for he country Til the very end, only one thing on their mind: family We sit here ignorant in our comfortable seats While they defend our people, only to end in defeat Every bullet shot into their hearts Their blood splatters, turns into art Thank you dear soldiers, for your service We will forever be grateful for this No words can heal and no money can repay You'll remain in our hearts every single day

An ode to the Fallen 44
O brother, tell us where you've been! What is the world like beyond these trenches? Is it safe to crawl out — we heard the wolves were just 'were-' with a sweet tooth. Won't you help us sniff out the lotus from the roses, their thorns so cleverly hidden… Sisters, we're tired of hiding in the dark, our eyelids shut by the nurse's damp cloth; To our champions: were you blessed in your travails? Did you find the loving, the caring, the fabled Happy People that Nashville balladeers croon about? brave children, remember to return; we dreamed of setting foot in a place of our own, too. does one exist in their world || // NOT THEIR WORLD NOT OURS EITHER BUT ALL OF OUR UNIVERSE //

Giha Village (When You Return)
Prowling, like a wolf on the periphery of the unknown betwixt knowledge and dread I saw the dark truth I felt the gulf the waste the expanse the difference in power the taste of defeat the vice grip of the inevitable the long, slow bleed of my dignity flowing out with the gold of my entrails eviscerated by my pride how I dared to topple the monolithic, undeniable truth that there is always a better you a better me a better us, out there stronger bigger faster smarter more hung more fashionable more handsome, more beautiful, more androgynous more capable more accomplished more patient more... loving more empathetic they know more random facts they've been more places they've known more people they've seen more sunrises they've counted every moon their worst is better than your best day he cares for her more deeply than you did she loves that she's forgotten you he tells her what he never told you and she loves him for that you were always afraid to find out they never invite you because you're not fun what a downer what a bore there's always that one person upon whom your envy is never sated they lope in moonlight flowing locks of grace teeth bared in a frightful grin they know all your cards they can play you like a fiddle they're out there where you fear to go the apex predator the person you'll never be but dream you could and dreams are all you'll have...

~~~ The unsung heroes They work every day Without complaint At a job with low pay. There are not many are out there Who place their laurels On the person who's right But ends a quarrel. It takes a person Internally strong To accept a defeat And say they were wrong! Those little things matter! But don't get much ink Like the husband who shaves And cleans up the sink! The mother who picks up The toys from the stairs The wife who cleans drains And removes the hair. The child who sees That grandma is old And therefore replaces The toilet roll! The boyfriend who remembers The day of first date A girl who pays dutch To help out her mate. Remember that you Are needed and wanted! So many small tasks Are taken for granted. At last the bell Is taken and rung For the persons who do this... ... the heroes unsung.
Unsung Heroes
Mao’s on the wall. Mao’s on the cat, Mao’s the cat, And Mao’s on the truck. Mao’s tucked text. Mao’s still the cat Mao’s on the hat; And Mao’s rendered stencil. Mao draped in red, Mao embalmed vacuum, Mao smiling dirt And Mao in slaughter; The good, the bad, The, “godly,” great The ’89 slaughtered, ugly, And as putrid as the scholars Being spat upon. So Mao’s tempered glass And Mao’s tempered solemn, Surrounded a spectacle, When I, Mao and I, Author and other, other and Away, gaze eye-to-eye with, “Before.” His are closed, Mine, unblinking. I think of heroes, I, “tinker,” butchers, And ponder, “Just,” and to the right of, Right,” what is, “right?” Would he have been? Would she have been? Would I have been? “Right?” Just what the hell is,” right?”
"Mao's" on the wall
Their names still burn your throat with the same fire that lit their pyres 3000 years ago. And yet you still have the audacity to call them dead?
The Dead Don't Die
The question, within its very core nature .. almost solely hinges around our own deeply hidden, internal self-betrayal: In the creatively-covered up alliances we make.. In order to prop up, the parts of us that refuse to respond in any growing, self-sacrificing way, that would lead to the true growth of change. And so.. within our own, internally/externally-manufactured, form of consent, comes a smile-washed, deep contempt for anything, and everything that would (or could) expose Just how deeply we have sold ourselves out through the ultra-fine art, of alliance. And like a lamb to the slaughter are those who choose to unknowingly (or with agenda-based blinders) Love, defend, and support those who use such an alliance to prop themselves up, from falling over. But the Universe.. within its deep ache for us-- It never stops asking of us the Primal question We can respond through the suffering of the self (leading to true growth and change) Or make alliance with Death as a way of short-cutting the answer. #
There is one thing that is certain you possess impeccable strength and you love a challenge.        Your always improving your flaws on top of  the obstacles you manage.       Superman does the same dealing with villains and their new tactics mainly.        You've always worked hard no matter what life throws at you daily.         Superman fights for those who are good, when they themselves can't. He saves the day.       When you see the innocent being troubled you step in to set the record straight.       From standing up for people to throwing jerks off the bus. A man of Steel is what your body is made of.        Your only human and there are times you feel under the weather, Even superman gets weak when kryptonite is near him.       But, I never seen or heard superman say what he couldn't do and to be honest I also never heard it from you.       Superman only exist in DC comic books However, this is reality and you are what a real superman looks.
The Real Superman
(Sung to Where Have All the Flowers Gone) Where have all the assassins gone, I'm just asking, Where have all the hit-men gone, It wasn't long ago. Where have all the psychos gone, Ones like Sirhan Sirhan, Or a crazy American, Better still, a red Russian. Where have all the agencies gone, I'm just asking, The MI5, the CIA, KGB, Mossad; Where have covert actions gone, When there's a guys like loonie Kim Jong; A psychopathic American, A dictator with no where to run. Where have all our heroes gone, I'm just asking; Where have all our leaders gone, Not so long ago. Where have all fine Presidents gone, Biden was the last good one; When will we ever learn, Ego-maniacs can't govern.
Superpowers- People always wonder what it would be like to have superpowers like their favourite heroes, Their hero’s powers are purely subjective as you will see, For the person who wishes for invisibility, ask an introvert in a business how it feels, to not feel seen, to feel like no one can hear your voice, and feel like you could not be present and no one would notice the difference, For the person who wishes for super strength, Turn to people who lost loved ones, people who suffered heartache, people who dealing with strife. These people have the strength to wake up in a morning, and carry on, with the weight of their emotions on their shoulders, but they know to keep moving. A Sign of true strength. For the person who wishes for the ability to read minds, Stay with the people who love you, build strong relationships, care for those around you and over time you will learn their expressions, reading them a book, knowing what they’re thinking and feeling. For the person who wishes for super speed, Practice, master, do things with passion and dedication, the expression follows “it takes ten thousand hours to master something”, view this as a starting block. With time, speed and proficiency will come and you’ll be able to amaze the others around you For the person who wishes for the ability to move things with your mind, Never take what you have for granted, for it could all be taken away so quickly, soldiers who have lost their hands, or arms serving their country no longer have this ability, artists who suffer from nervous system disorders who are no longer able to create. Never take the ability of free movement for granted, you move things with your mind every day. For the person who wishes for super agility, Read, solve puzzles, read the news and learn constantly, agility is a loose term and mental agility is actually useful. The ability to learn things quickly, the ability to adapt and evolve is invaluable. For the person who wishes to heal quickly, Be comfortable with your emotions, your thoughts, and express them in a healthy manner, because if you can get comfortable with yourself, then the healing process won’t be as destructive nor be as long. For the person who wishes to be bulletproof, Take pride in yourself, be it your looks, your smarts, your personality, or a mixture of all three, insecurities are what make us vulnerable, but if you work on them, people will have less control over your mood and view of the world. If you learn to do all of these things every day, even if it is not for long, over time you will seem like a superhero in a world filled with people who lost their way. Just remember, Superheroes help out every day people, no matter who they are.
Bravery is not a trait to be learned, but a decision that's yet to be made. When standing against overwhelming odds there's good reason to be afraid, but despair does not ensure cowardice and adversity does not equal defeat. Every man still has a fighting chance as long as his heart still beats. Be always valiant and forever fearless against what others may forewarn, because the decisions made amidst catastrophe are also when heroes are born.
Courage
As the little minds drift off to sleep with a strife, the unsung heroes of the night come to life. Protection from the succubus of the eventide, using their powers of whim with a glide. Stitched smiles and button eyes defend the adolescents under the shine of crescents. While the nightmares attempt to emerge, the guardians uphold with a surge. Unable to pirate their minds, they dissipate with a wind. The unsung heroes take their win with a fain, therefore the children of the world are safe again.
Unsung Heroes Stuffed with Cotton
I am here now Amidst the ashes; Away from the world's mystification. Do not weep for me now Remember my sacrifices; My love, my life for the nation. They reckon they've won now They laugh, they celebrate- Sad! they do not grasp the ramification. Mother have lost her child now Holding a grave ache in her heart. And me- a fallen father for my girl and son! Will I be avenged now! Or end up like a long lost memory Of honor and love for my country? Will I be avenged! Or end up as a tool in the game of politics Between vultures clutching on the opportunity?
