#halflife
I want to travel behind, Backwards to that time, When you were mine, And I was your crime. Breaking up was routine, And so was making up, Then a calamity struck, And I survive to live a half-life.

Today is tomorrow's yesterday Today is yesterday's tomorrow My half life in past and in future I don't know much about today, the very same day, what about now.

Today's observations
and often nights? i - i’ll have no trouble it’s the screens that do me in. the fallen angel the lithesome, spent glow of do-overs it just does me in. i am too possessed by mercurial vapor a dead self at 2 and 3 and 4am egging on, asking “keep looking? it’s somewhere in the archives. it has to be.” i promised, i promised i wouldn’t, i promised or I’d spend months years, decades of life living in the guesswork the in-betweens lying in the pathways between the thought and the reflex. i could scroll a whole lifetime away in wanting. it’s the screens that do me in.

Half-Light
We live so that we may love. This love makes life worth living So what happens when we aren't with the one we love? What happens is that we lose that life We become a shadow of what we once were. Doesn't it make sense to try to strip away this shadow? To return to the light of our life ridding us of that terrible shadow Life is for love Love is life
