What's the love feeding?
Could there be something I'm not seeing?
It comes and goes,
Into the ether it blows.
Returning here and there,
Tenfold or nothing to bear.
I would like to know,
If it's all for show,
Or if it means more,
Than throwing it to the maw to store.
The give and take,
Keeps the flow for our sake.
Going for an infinite loop.
Forever throwing us around,
Like toys for a toddler on the ground.
I know it all ends.
Luckily, sooner rather than later, my friends.
So maybe I'll stop wondering, why?
And just trying to get by.
Smell the flowers,
Do something that empowers,
Maybe. That all seems far ahead,
So for now I'll stop the dread.
Let it all go and drop it.
Let life live and grow.
My pleasure to witness,
With the number of experiences, countless.
I applaud our creator,
And smile knowing I'll meet them later.
