I never knew I would meet someone of my type.
The way you think,
The way you speak,
The way you plan,
All just like mine.
It mesmerizes me.
It's as if I am looking at my reflection.
Oh~ so lovely!
A shock to the crowd
for Narcissus has been tamed,
by someone none among the commoners can take.
He, indeed, is one of a kind.
Will Narcissus take the leap of faith?
For this man trained to tame her kind.
I don't think so.
Unless this man is true to his pledge.

sadness is one of my closest friends
she's never left my side
not once
she has been there for me
stayed by my side
when no one else would
when all of my "friends" disappeared
she comforted me
and told me she'd never leave
sometimes i get tired of her
and tell her to leave
but she knows that sometimes
she is all i have
and that she must stay to keep me company
when no one else will
sadness is my only true friend
she has never left me and never will
and on days where she, too, disappears
she always comes back to me
stronger than before

Lost in my mind. Only way life seems real. It's so hard being tough when tough is all you've ever been.
No excuses. I played my hands like **** But as long as I'm at the table imma try my best to win.
Life's hard for everyone. No one escapes that truth. But for some the scars are so deep they penetrate straight through.
Silent tongues hold back tidal waves of feelings *No lifeguard. Afraid they'll never be treated fairly and true.
Lost in my mind. Only way life seems real.u
