I sped up.
They said be realistic
I dreamed bigger.

So I did it twice.

Running with the scars, never got so tired,
fighting for the truth,never got so fired,
swimming with pain , never got me dried,
i built rampart for my dark ,but not for my dreams
cause, limiting yourself would be the poison you eat,
dodging your risks, would be the path you wait,
holding back n not trying, would be your allowance to be a bait,
challenge yourself n trying so hard, and mind it's not too late..

He sees the clouds, skyscrapers, and rooftops
And that moment formed a vibrant ambition
The biggest dream among the dreams of the entire nation
Before these buildings were buildings
they were skeletons of lumber and scaffoldings
Before they were dusty skeletons,
they were girders and crossbeams
of metal, hardwood, and concrete
And before they were that,
they were construction plans
Long after that,
they were architectural plans
And what we don't know is in the past

I said my year was 2020
That’s why my visions so clear
Just got out neutral
And really got my life into gear
You have to hit the floor
Before you can bounce back
And trust me I hit the floor
And I’m gunna bounce back
I took a trip to the bottom
Then seen that life is worth living
I’m ready to live my dream
That’s life with all the extra fittings
I know that I’ll make it
But right now patience is key
I’ve just got to keep going

Sometimes I wish to be one with the sky.
I wish I could see the view up from above.
It would only be a day or 2.
Am I ready for blast off?
Fitting right in with the colorful sky
See all the beautiful lines and clouds in the sky while I float along with the lines
Reaching for stars I could finally touch
It may seem like a crazy thing
Maybe I would discover something new
But I will have to wait till I’m Ready
I will have to wait to be one with the sky!
