Goo goo gaga, a happy little sound,
She makes as her daddy lifts her tiny feet.
Gently, soft,
and warmly all around,
He takes a breath, smelling something sweet.
The sweet smells his baby girl makes,
Holding her close with a binky and bear.
Beneath her ruffled little princess clothes,
A loud rustle and a change are there.
As her daddy tends to make his little baby cozy,
Safe and small,
on him she can depend.
He lays her down flat to see her bright eyes,
As a rustle here and there starts to blend.
He takes off her wrapping to see the little surprise,
The sweet little gift that she made for daddy.
As he freshens her up, a clean layer he provides,
Wrapped back in her ruffles so gladly.
Wrapped back like a prize,
With a snap and a swish.
